My mom goes here often . They have a drive thru window .makes it good for if it's raining or cold and you don't wanna get out of the car. The workers are pretty familiar and have always been so kind to not just her but to me as well.

Don't recommend this place. Sells defective produuct. Bought a vape today. Tested it when I went outside, it didn't work. Went back in to tell the associate and ask for a replacement. They said they can't do that. Their boss doesn't let them. Best they could do was offer me half off on my next purchase. Terrible customer service. Not the way to keep customers coming back. Update: on receipt it says non functioning electronic devices may be exchanged within 48 hours. They did not honor this.

The staff here is always very friendly and greatly knowledgeable on the product they sell. They sell many of your traditional tobacco products (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, loose leaf shredded tobacco) along with some vaping mods and cartridges as well as Some pipes For consumption of your more non traditional smokeable items. Have wonderful pricing!

Absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable staff, fast service, great management! I go out of my way to give them my business exclusively! Love the convenience of the drive-thru and how well the employees treat every customer. They go out of their way to make sure each customer gets what they're looking for, and treat them kindly. I have a deaf friend who highly recommended them also, because the staff was courteous, and made sure that she understood the product that she was buying. She also said that they made her feel completely comfortable with her shopping experience which is important to her because she doesn't always get that kind of understanding in places of business. 💯 Recommend!

Great deals on many items, nice selection of those smoke eater candles that work very well, trim your wick regularly for longer life on them. Love the bargain bins on the counter. Very clean and well lit, drive thru window an option, great place!

Employees are good natured. Have a smaller but decent variety of vaporizers. Can't speak on the tobacco half. Open and honest about their shortcomings. Not afraid to compensate you for defects, mistakes, etc. It's a good, clean, quiet store overall.

Great service and value! The girls that work there are so polite and take time to show you how to work things. And stuff. I didnt know what was wrong with my vape and took it in. They looked at it and figured out i had accidentally turned it off. I didnt even know!

Longtime customer, shopped here since the first owner who was a very nice lady. I spent $116 on a vaporizer(Aegis Legend kit) that quit working 10 days after I bought it and these guys told me "oh well, there is nothing we can do. Call the manufacturer." I saw my same vape kit online for $59.99, that means this place is charging about double what these pieces of junk really cost.I used to buy everything here to support local business but now I am ordering EVERYTHING online for much cheaper. They charge $5.99+ for coils at this place when Puff Tobacco charges $12.99 for a box of 5. No idea how this place stays open with the high prices they charge. Then if you get stuck with a product that quits working a couple days after u buy it they don't care or want to help you. Stay away!

Won’t be back, tried to get information on a vape juice and all I got was an eye roll and a rude “I don’t know” well thanks but no thanks, if you’re not happy working there then quit!!!! Miserable employees ruin a business!! I went there a year ago, totally helpful but it was different people working too!!!

Love this little shop off Rt 119. The owner is a very quaint and soft spoken man who is so kind to your kiddos. My boys love the lollies he offers them every time. (Yes,its a tobacco shop but also a bit more.. so you certainly can bring your kids for a quick stop .) The other workers are also very kind and helpful. They've a drive thru as well. A concept I've never seen in a Tobacco shop. The shop carries a big selection that is your typical tobacco/vape products shop including an array of CBD products. An assort. of Kratom products & brands. At the counter are your assortment of pipes large and small. You'll always find what you need here.
