I went into the dollar store just looking to get a couple misc. items requested from home. When I went to check out I totally forgot I left my debit card in my other coat at home! I was so embarrassed as the line behind me grew longer. My total was pushing $50 and I only saw $30 in my purse I tried to write a check, use my apple pay. Nothing was working in my favor by any means! After letting the line go ahead of me I realized I had enough money in my purse (where I wasn’t looking of course). My point to this review is that the cashier Marcie was absolutely amazing towards me and so understanding! While another gentleman couldn’t be bothered for he was “on his break” Marcie took great care of me! When you see this girl in the dollar store be sure to know she is amazing and great at her job! Customer service is how a business operates! Thankyou Marcie! ❤️

Not to happy with them I go in today wanting to buy a pack of smokes cashier ask for ID i said I don't have that but I do have a permit on me she says sorry I csnt sell them to u now I do understand she is only doing her job but why is a permit not a form of ID when it has all the same info on it as a drivers license or state ID

They really stepped up lately. The coolers and shelves are full again. Many times I've went in and it was empty. Also I like the people that are working there now. I hated going when one employee was working and I miss Robin alot. She's excellent! I give them a four ⭐

This dollar general in conneautville is not very friendly. I get followed around like I'm gonna steal something. I'm a frequent shopper as I love dollar general for there cute finds and decent prices. Also they get mad about the coupon app and know nothing about or so they claim

Sometimes the shelves are a little bare. I've noticed other Dollar Generals have some things that they just don't have. But it's convenient and usually has the basic items I'm looking for

Both the men's and women's restrooms are out of service even to vendors, and doesn't sound like they will be open to the public again anytime soon.As well as very disorganized aisles.

The dollar general in Saegertown is horrible. They usually only have 1 cashier that would rather talk then keep the line going. They obviously have a problem keeping cashiers also. It seems to be a new one everytime. Might want to consider changing management if no one lasts for more than a few days.

A handy place to pick up odds and ends without traveling 30 min. The staff is friendly and I regularly get everything from pizzas to household goods.

Shop there alot just about every day most of the staff is friendly. And I can find what I looking for and it . Doesn't cost me alot of money. I still end up spend to much money. Because I find to much stuff I want or need!

They recently remodeled this dg. I really like how they increased their freezer and refrigerator space. Come and check out the great conneautville mall!!!
