Took Bo to Moondoggie Spa for the first time today. I was very impressed and felt very welcomed. This was only the second time Bo has been to a groomer. I was nervous because Bo is just 6 months old. But my worries quickly went away. As soon as Jay opened the door and called Bo, they made an instant connection. Bo met Moondoggie and played while Jay and I discussed what I wanted. I absolutely love the quiet atmosphere, bright, airy, and pet friendly. Jay sent me pictures which melted my heart. When I came to pick Bo up he was sitting on Jay's lap. I highly recommend Moondoggie Spa. Thanks again Jay.

Took our 3 month old puppy to Jay for the first time this morning and I cannot say enough great things about him! It was our puppys first time with grooming, Jay was very patient and took his time. He made sure our pup was able to get used to all the noises and gave us so much information on training! He is fairly priced and I would recommend him to anyone looking for dog grooming! Thank you Jay for making our first experience wonderful!

We were SO nervous to get our miniature schnauzer groomed for the first time. We were very particular about the schnauzer cut. Jay was perfect! We are beyond happy! So many people have said to me, “now that’s what a schnauzer is supposed to look like.” Drove from Derby because we saw the reviews are all 5 stars. We got the best service for our daughter Tully. I have two dogs, a Shepherd/Chow mix and a Schnauzer/Poodle mix. I used to take the two of them to pet store groomers but they never cut them just right. My Shepherd/Chow loves to swim and her thick coat traps water and starts to smell a little moldy. I've taken her to lots of pet store groomers who've failed to get that smell out of her coat.Then I found Jay, the St. Francis Professional Pet Groomer!Jay is AMAZING!My dogs love him. Other people's dogs love him!I'm never disappointed with his work. My dogs always leave looking their very best and SMELLING their very best! I'll never go to another dog groomer.I highly recommend Jay! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Jay was fantastic. Extremely professional and clean. He groomed my golden retriever in such a way that demonstrates a clear understanding of the breed and hank himself. Hank looks beautiful and was cared for as if he was Jays own dog. I will be back and you should go as well!!!

Just took our 10 month old Border Collie to Jay’s and she was done in around 40 minutes. Her Dew claws were cut and she had a full wash and blow dry to remove her undercoat fur. She looks like a new dog and was very relaxed afterwards. She’s usually a little standoffish around other humans, but she was very comfortable around Jay!

Jay was very patient with my dog, Yukon. We talked while Yukon got adjusted to his new surroundings. I helped to hold Yukon while Jay trimmed his nails. It went very well. We had a nice conversation and the price was very reasonable. I will be taking Yukon back for his next nail trimming.

My Chorkie pups just had their first appointment with Jay this morning. He showed amazing patience with my nervous little dogs making their first experience at the groomer's a successful and positive experience. His many years of experience were evident as he worked on the boys and they turned out cute and comfortable with new summer hairdos and lovely pedicured nails. We plan to make visits to Jay's Moondoogie Spa part of our regular routine.

Jay did an amazing job with our puppy Golden-doodle Wrigley for his first haircut. Wrig was nervous when we first dropped him off but was loving being there by the time we came to pick him up. Jay spent a lot of time talking with us about what we wanted since Wrigley would be losing his puppy coat, which we really appreciated! We will absolutely be going back and would definitely recommend Jay especially if you have a nervous puppy, they will be best friends with Jay in no time!!

Jay did an amazing job working with our difficult Alaskan Malamute and made him look SO wonderful. He was not scared of working with a dog who had been difficult to groom previously! I wish I had come across his place before trying the other places that we had tried.
