In the past had decent service. Placed an order in Nov, never got it. Called said they would sort it out. Called again a month later and again was told they would sort it out. Called again, now Feb, months later and still did not have my order and they had no answer as to why. Asked to cancel my order (they charged me prior to shipment which they should not do). Was told the order would be cancelled that day and I would get a confirmation that day. 3 days later and nothing. Cannot call as all I get is all of our staff is busy, no one answers the phone. Beyond frustrated, the amount of time I have wasted on this far exceeds the value of the product but there is a principle here....will dispute with the credit card company.

My experience getting loaded at this location has always been positive, quick to load, friendly and no delays in paperwork.

Staff is friendly, unloaded me within 45 minutes. Only 2 docks. There is room for overnight parking.
