I thoroughly enjoy the service visits from Alex with Orkin.He's timely, respectful during his visits, attentive to the particular issues I'm dealing with at my home, giving suggestions and proactive steps that can be taken to resolve the problems, and knowledgeable/experienced about treatments and insects.On one particular occasion, he took the time to educate me on what I thought was a termite, he explained it was actually "citronella ants", a type of ant that smells like lemon.The service Alex provides is rare and exceptional.

No one told me to have cupboards empty, he only did a soft spray. Seeing more now since he did it. Needed to be a full house spraying. Was not worth the money I paid for the amount he did. Our service person, Meghan, is a star. She's so much a trusted member of the family - she doesn't even set the dog off. She remembers the peculiarities of our 1850s farmhouse and always makes a point of checking all of our many nooks & crannies.
