Very disappointed in the food. The Tuna Melt ended up being cold tuna, with unmelted cheese between two pieces of half toasted bread. On the plus side the French fries were warm.Features: None

I was very disappointed in my order. We ordered a pizza and it was completely burnt on the bottom. We order here all the time because my baby cousin love the pizza, but never again. I don't understand who would even send food like that.

I have ordered from here several times & used to love it. The last two times that I've ordered, the portions seem to get smaller & smaller. Hibachi isn't cheap so paying $90 for 3 dinners, I expect a decent portion. Definitely disappointed & probably won't return.

The kids working there are doing their best. But the food was ... not good. The grilled chicken was dried out and tasted like stale freezer. The bacon was pretty good, not great, but there was only one slice of that. Even the lettuce was sparse and wilted. Tomatoes were the cheapest, most watery kind.Very disappointing, overall. The kids working there were all that you want them to be and doing all that you want them to do. But they can only work with what their bosses give them to work with.I'll give it a year. If they're still in business, I'll try them again.

I order from here frequently. Usually very satisfied but ordered the hibachi with shrimp and the portion size of rice was very small. Not worth 13.00 I understand shrimp is expensive so no problem with the six shrimp. But rice is cheap and that's why Chinese places give you so much. It was delicious but won't order again because of portion size of the rice.

Their food is great but the delivery time is terrible. Called my order in at 4:17 and it's now 5:32. Called to get status and delivery person hasn't even left. I've ordered here before because they have great food, it's been a good while since I've ordered and then the delivery time was terrible to. I thought maybe things would've changed with delivery but I guess not

Messed up on a order of mine months ago.. Forgot to put french fries in with order.. Called and the Owner said next time I called in they would send the fries out.. " I'll put a note on your profile so when you order the next time we can make it right" So just called in to give this company another shot and was lied to again.. I only order from this place due to where I live.. If had other choices sure would pick the other place.. Food is nothing to write home about...

VERY disappointed. Our fish sandwiches were so dry and they forgot to put a topping on one I requested. We threw them away. I asked for gravy for my fries and they gave me about a tablespoon in a tiny cup. The only good thing was the milkshakes. Definitely not worth 32.00 plus tip.

So the food was delicious! Had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Burger had that homemade taste. So much better than nasty fast food burgers. Fries were good. They still require a silly mask to enter. No indoor dining unless you were dining alone like I was. For such an extensive menu, it is a SMALL place. I can't see there really being anywhere to sit normally.

They have good pizza but sadly, it’s always over an hour or 2 for delivery. The last time my drinks were busted in the driver's car and I was issued a credit. I haven’t been able to get through since. 17 rings and no answer is ridiculous. I’m sure they’ll be closed soon. They need to advertise help wanted.

I had been a customer for several years and the food and service were worth the money, until now. The drivers were friendly and courteous which was appreciated during Covid-19 height. The food is now awful, I ask for extra lettuce and barely see lettuce, pizza used to be tasty but it’s flat out tasteless. Management has changed hands several times in the past few years, but lately I haven’t been able to get a return call. “Dave” promised me a refund or fresh bacon double-cheeseburger, but when I called for it he was no longer an employee and no one offered to honor my refund. My name is known at Back Street but loyalty doesn’t seem to hold weight there any longer. I am done with them and will never order from them again.

New cook is amazing! The quality of the food is way up and the wait times are way down. Delivery times are usually no longer than 45 minutes now as well!

Ordered a pizza for the first time from here and really disappointed. Have to try something else. Spoke to Gary, the owner, and he compensated us for another pizza. I will say that Gary's pizza was WAY better than the his employee who made our first pizza! Gary made the pizza not only look delicious, it was delicious! Thanks Gary! Seriously think about reevaluating your employees for training on how your food should look and taste.

Was driving through the area and saw the signs on the side of the road and thought “Why not?”. Oh My God! Was this a great idea. Food was exception and not what I expected. Will definitely be going back, even with the hour drive to get there. So worth it.

Called at 7:58p on a Friday night & they didn't turn me away! Ordered 2 chef salads & 2 burger combos....food was excellent, Italian dressing was bomb, portions were plentiful & prices were quite reasonable!! Considering I burnt dinner, they saved my bacon & now I have a great place to order from!!

Had a bacon cheddar burger and an antipasto salad delivered for lunch. The salad was solid and they didn't skimp on the meat. However the burger was not very good at all. It was dry and overcooked with not much flavor to it. I would consider going back but would steer away from another burger.

Great little location near the mills. Fast and friendly service and excellent food. I’m very pleased with the burger fries and shake I got for 10$. Burger was fresh, fries hot and salted perfect, and a great creamy milkshake. 10/10 will return when in the area!

So excited they delivered I was able to order online and have them deliver food to my boyfriend while he was at work!! Amazing service and delivery. My boyfriend loved the food. I highly recommend this place.

Great place for lunch. I usually have a milkshake with onion rings to go but i tried the blackened salmon over veggie fried rice and found it excellent. I make a point to stop here whenever i am near Pittsburg. The owners and staff are hardworking young-ish entrepeneurs and they insist upon good service and excellent food.

I picked up an order for someone so I only got icecream, however the icecream was delicious. I haven't been able to find cherry vanilla in years. But the food got rave reviews also.
