After reading the not so positive reviews here, I had to add my comments. I have a custom built doggy den/crate that Jonas built to my specifications two years ago. It is beautiful, stained to match my existing furniture, and I have had many compliments on it’s craftsmanship. I did some texting back-and-forth to clarify some measurements and specify requests. I did have a little difficulty reaching Jonas and getting a response back promptly. I think at one point I even called a neighbor to reach him. But I attribute this to the Amish lifestyle. I’m pretty certain he doesn’t carry a cell phone in his pocket and probably has limited access to a landline. All I can say is he asked me the right questions in order to make what I wanted. He was upfront with the pricing and delivered what he promised. No, I did not get next day “prime”delivery or tracking updates.But the finished product arrived intact and packaged with care. Assembly instructions were included that had to be followed exactly. I had requested that this dog crate have casters on the bottom which required some further modifications. The casters that came with the crate were a little more industrial looking than what I preferred. So I purchased some furniture casters and used them instead. Worked perfectly. Very easy to move around . And yes some of the Amish do use power tools. There was nothing “cheap” about the construction as I read in another review. And yes, I did pay for superb quality! Bella couldn’t be happier. She loves her den. Thank you Jonas

Took over 2 months to receive my litter box enclosure. Once it arrived, the pieces were misaligned and/or missing. The original door did not hang straight and the replacement was not much better. We tried contacting Jonus, the owner, and he basically called me stupid for not being able to assemble the cheap piece of furniture he sent. Also, this item is NOT handmade as he stated several times that he used a machine.

My item was ordered on November 11th. I have attempted to contact them by phone and email. Their phone line is always busy and I have no response from Jonus the proprietor. It is now almost 6 weeks and I have not received my order nor communication from Pinnacle. My credit card has been charged over $400. I will have to contact my credit card provider if I don’t here from them in the next 24 hours. My email to their info address has now been blocked. I hope the owner contacts me soon!!

I had ordered a replacement dog crate tray that was suppose to be 41 1/2 inches by 23 inches. The size I had received was completely wrong and a waste of my time. Next time don't make amazon look bad by putting up the wrong measurement or maybe learn how to read a tape measure.
