I just received my first photo order from LA Photos and I am absolutely blown away by the quality. I ordered both 4x6 and 4x4 photos and the quality is stunning. I would like to add the quality of some the digitals I sent them was not that great because they were very old photos that had been scanned - but you would never have known it! Gorgeous! Outstanding! And service was lightening fast!

We stopped in due to my SD card had chipped inside my camera and had it jammed. The store was going to mail it off but the employee Tom was able to take a moment and remove it and had my camera up and running in time for fall photos. I've shopped in here many times but amazing customer care like this has ensured my future business !

I've used LA Cameras both for their printing services and for their camera gear, and I've been satisfied with every interaction I've had. The two vinyl posters I ordered were absolutely beautiful and were fantastic quality. The design was clear, the colors were accurate, and the process was simple and fast. My in-store experience was fantastic as well. I was lost at trying to find a tripod for my camera, and an employee helped me find the perfect one to fit my budget. I'll always go there over Amazon when looking for camera gear!

I've come to LA Cameras many times over the years and have always had a fantastic experience. They have always been professional and prompt. Most recently, I had to get a print and a frame for my beloved pet, Rocket, who had recently passed on. The staff was very helpful with assisting me with the print kiosk and selecting the perfect frame to match Rocket's porcelain complexion. I am so thankful that the gang at LA Cameras was there for me in my time of need, and would recommend them to everyone I know.

It’s an amazing camera store. When you walk in it’s split into two parts. One side to the left of the store when walking in it’s all camera equipment. On the right side of this store it’s all frames and items for pictures. Reason I give this place a 4 outta five is it’s lack of equipment for cameras. Still an awesome place and I can understand why it’s low in items due to no one is buying just cameras anymore. So it’s really just a default.

We were trying to order reprints. The stout lady was the one that was to be helping us. We asked how to do it several times. Her answer was always very short. At the end we asked how to finnish up. From a distance she said keep hitting continue. Guess what? We picked them up, to our dismay we had 20 extra prints we DID NOT want. We went back in. She said we were trigger happy. Then she was ready to say how we should have done it. We ended up taking them all. We was NOT reimbursed. Will NOT go back

I find them very friendly and helpful. They will talk to you and not rush you. I would rather have dealings with them instead of over the phone or internet business. Their price's are in line with all of the others.

I called and asked if they could clean my DSLR's sensor, and they said they could, so I brought it in. When I arrived at the store, they told me that they couldn't clean it because my camera (Nikon D600) doesn't have an optical low-pass filter. I explained to them that the D600 DOES have a low-pass filter, but they insisted that it didn't and treated me like an idiot. Very unpleasant experience.
