Do NOT waste your time on this pharmacy. RUN don’t walk away from considering this as your pharmacy option. The people behind the counter are horrible people with no regard for customer care or service. Multiple consecutive bad experiences here. I will be switching pharmacies STAT and so should you. HORRIBLE!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at this CVS. For the record I have used this pharmacy since it opened. I went to CVS to pick up my wife’s two prescriptions that had been sent by Doylestown Hospital hours earlier. I was informed by the young lady waiting on people at the pharmacy counter that only one was ready and I would have to pick up the other tomorrow. I told her I would wait with which she replied we close in a half hour. I told her I didn’t understand because they were sent in earlier and they should both be ready. She then told me they had other customers, with which I replied I am a customer. She became very frustrated and called over the pharmacist to speak with me about it and another problem they had with the Prescription that was filled. The pharmacist came over and told me he filled the anti-biotic but didn’t understand the dosage or the quantity to be filled. He said he would do whatever I wanted to do. I asked why he didn’t get on the phone with the hospital if he didn’t understand the prescription quantity and dosage. I still don’t understand why he didn’t check with the doctor. I told him to fill it with the max amount I can get which he did. I also asked him to fill the other script that the lady told me to come back tomorrow to get. He agreed to fill them both. While I was there I listened to another person drop off and was told he would have to come back tomorrow and another person who they could not find her refill. Think I will try County Line next time I need scripts hopefully their service is better.

It was just before they were to close and I thought my prescription was on auto refill but the super nice woman said it wasn’t and I expressed the importance of that medicine and she took the time to refill it for me. Always so nice in the store and pharmacy!!

The manager Rose is Great. I’m a retired cvs manager from New York. We recently moved here. I know what it takes to run a cvs store . The manager goes above and beyond with customer service. The entire staff follow here lead to make shopping here a good experience.

Never experienced a more poorly run pharmacy. More often than not there is confusion about our prescriptions, and everything takes FOREVER. Just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes without being helped. Never again.

Cashiers are always busy doing other tasks beside serving customers. They work so heard. Need more inventory cause there are so many empty shelves specifically snack items like dark chocolate covered nuts and crackers. Cloning during lunch hours between 2~3 pm is inconvenient.

I have no idea how they rate so low this is hands down the greatest cvs I've ever been to out of the 6 states I've lived in and hundreds of cvs I've probably been to. just wow! exceptional customer service about even on Christmas had exactly what I was looking for.

This pharmacy is the worst!!!!! TheIndian Lady did not care about my condition or my need for psychotic medication, she was extremely rude!! Made my condition worse. When I was in the hospital my doctors told me that me medical assistance would cover the meds I needed, I was in between plans but I was told that if I showed my EBT card they could use that as a temporary medical insurance card when I did enroll. I need theses meds and I’m on assistance for a reason, I can not afford them, I’ve been to other CVS stores when I had no insurance at all and they were able to assist me in my time of need. The Manager of this CVS pharmacy is unbearable and should be removed or at least screened on her professional qualifications. When I mentioned the bit about my EBT card she said she did not even know what that was and when I asked to speak to someone else she would not let me. I feel like my right to health has been stripy from me. What is the point of assistance if you can not use it when you need it I. These difficult times!!! I’m very upset.

schedule an appointment for a covid test. showed up and was told “we’re not doing them today” ??? ok then why was i able to schedule one? like seriously scheduled an appointment - what was the point of doing that ? why didn’t they contact me and save me the drive ? surely they can see people scheduled appointments

Some employees are very nice. Getting tired of using this pharmacy. They don’t go above and beyond AT ALL! Seems to me they hate their job and don’t want to help their costumers. Any recommendations on a good pharmacy to switch to? TIA!

This CVS location has gone down hill in appaearance, staffing and product supply. The property owners make it obvious there’s no interest in maintaining the property or taking any pride in the area for the residence who have supported them over the many years it’s a disgrace!

I was getting a new prescription filled for the first time that would have been very expensive. The pharmacist helped me sign up for a discount program that cut the cost considerably. She definitely went above and beyond.
