The girls up front have been very rude the past several times I've visited the store. I don't understand why they are allowed to treat customers the way they do. However, I have always had a great experience with the folks in the back who load my feed for me. The young lady out back is always kind and helpful. If the service doesn't improve, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The store is very cute and nice. We were in there yesterday and bought chicks. So far one has died overnight and another looks sick. We’ve had chicks for years and haven’t had a problem before, first time buying from here. Very well could have been the chicks just didn’t move away from the heat lamp overnight and over heated. Not sure. But while in the store they had baby ducks. One obviously had wry neck and was struggling. I told the girl at the desk how to treat with vitamin E and selenium. She’s like oh. And went back to the desk. Didn’t seem to care. I felt terrible that the duck would die over an easily treatable condition.

Knisely made me feel at home the moment I walked in and I am so thankful. The staff is just wonderful and always ready to help you and load items in your car. Steve, the owner is nothing but a wonderful man. The first time I walked into the store he spent over an hour with me helping me learn how to plant grass as I had no clue. He loaned me a tiller and helped me during the whole process and I am forever in debt to this store.

Wish you could give separate ratings for the store and staff. Would give 5 for the store. Have been buying dog food there for a while and staff has always been very kind and helpful. Not really so much when I was there earlier this week. The young lady who waited on me could use some customer service training and attitude adjustment. The initials on the invoice were CM.

I love to shop at Knisely's because they have wonderful furniture and animal supplies. The cashiers are wonderful. They make you feel right at home.

Got a parakeet a bit over a week and 1/2 ago to two weeks, instantly noticed the bird was deadly sick. which means more than likely all the birds have an illness. illness and birds is very deadly very quick. we called and the only thing they could do was let us bring it back and give us a new one. since then she has now passed. even if i was to bring her back most likely the new bird would have been sick too. so now i didnt only loose my money i lost my pet who id created a strong bond with.

had two store sales girls showed up at my barn unannounced , just walked in and start looking around in to my stalls and contract documents..Clearly I was not there. if you want to sell products come to the front door don’t snoop around the barn! So unprofessional and a turn off to shop at your store.

What a fun place to visit. This place has a huge selection of bird feeders, seed and other must-have items to get your bird-watching game on. There is also a very large selection of pet supplies for every animal imaginable. They have an adorable dog, and a couple of very charming (and loud) birds. So glad I finally had a chance to check this place out.

Got the kids a bunny and ducks.Very affordable! They even give you instructions for feeding and taking care of animals purchased. One stop shop for everything you need as well.

My first visit today and was a pleasant one. The staff was welcoming as soon as I walked in and continued to be through the store. I thought the prices were reasonable and I would rather purchase there than a pet store. A lot to choose from for our 2 Guinea pigs and one large dog. I got some gardening things. They have tons of options for feeders and decor and for barn owners. If there is a reward program I wasn’t told about it but I will be back! Staff makes all the difference some times.

I would definitely recommend. These people are very kind and show the kind of heart needed in a bleak world. My dog was very happy with everyone who worked there. They also give military discount for veterans, which I'm thankful for.God bless.

I thought the store was super cute had lots of options for pets and even furniture. Although I had brought my puppy to visit the store. In which she had picked up parvo. The cleanliness of the floors need to be checked and mopped regularly. There was a puddle I’d assume was saliva that was left lay. Thankfully I was able to get fast care for my puppy and she has survived.

Purchased a beautiful mum for a good price. I only wish when I arrived the day before that I would have gone straight inside. I was admiring the plants + deciding which ones I wanted to puchase , but when I went to open the door it was exactly 6:00 pm + they were closed. When I came the next day they only had 2 different colors, so I only ended up getting 1+ have regretted it ever since.

Love shopping here! You are greeted warmly as soon as you see enter the store! They have a large selection of pet supplies, toys and furnitures. We buy our winter bird feed here also! The store's pet bird is so entertaining! You will love shopping here for pets large or small!

I go to Knisely's for dog food treats, cat litter, rabbit treats, and also because if they are out of something they will order it and hold it for me. They are very nice and the customer service is great. They are so sweet to my dogs when they come in with me and help me with getting stuff to my car. I love this pet store and the people that work there are so nice and helpful.

I appreciate having this store in our area. Most things are a bit more expensive than going to a large chain store like Tractor Supply or PetSmart. However, there are unique products you can't find other places. Their selection of pet animals is also nice. The employees always seem friendly and willing to help.

My first trip there. The 3 lovely ladies that was working couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. They made a definite 1st visit impression. Brought some nice things home. Prices very reasonable. Not a large place but had a little bit of everything. Great job ladies. I felt like I'd been there many times instead of my 1st.
