We cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic! They took care of all 3 of our furbabies before they crossed the rainbow bridge. Countlessly went above & beyond to help us when emergencies happened. We appreciate them so much for all their love & care over the years! You can tell they love our dogs as much as we did. Thank you so much for the sweet card we recently received after losing Nova. It made me weep! Thanks again for everything. Will always highly recommend!!!!

The staff was so kind & accommodating! I was pleasantly surprised they could fit both of my cats in that week for our first visit. After some terrible vet visits in the past (at a different vet office), I was pretty worried but the staff here made the whole visit so painless and I feel great about the care my cats are now getting! I would recommend this office for any small animals that need kind and gentle care.

We are so thankful for Dr. Strock and the vet techs and staff that stayed past closing time to assist our pup who had eaten things she shouldn't have. Dr. Strock was so conservative in her approach and was willing to try the least invasive approach first before surgery and we are so happy she did because it worked and she is feeling so much better. We are so thankful she didn't need surgery! :). Thank you Carlisle Small Animal Vet Clinic for all you do!

Terrible customer service. Called to make an appointment to get a wellness exam and updated vaccinations for our pet, was told they weren’t taking new clients and wouldn’t see us. They might want to consider changing their “welcoming” and “best care” messaging on their website because it certainly does not apply.

They do a great job of caring for my two girls, a Maltese and a teddy bear Bichon. They have on-site labs, x-ray equipment, and the full spectrum of veterinary services. They care about the long term health of your pets and are very thorough. Thank you!

I love Dr Plumpton!! I realize that she sees many animals and families, but she always treats Belle and I like we are her only ones. I really appreciate that she calls and checks up on Belle when she is ill and when she has blood work done, she takes the time to explain the results. And the vet tech, Elianna, is amazing! She is very personable and offered to look into a need for me and actually followed through by calling me after the visit with the info! My kitty Belle is now 4 yrs post diagnosis with diabetes and still going strong and I know that the drs and staff have been a huge part of that. Thank you!!

Carlisle Small Animal Veterinary Clinic always takes the best care of our pets. They're patient and kind. They have always squeezed us in for emergency appointments when needed. They give me practical pet advice about food and training. I think their prices are excellent. They referred us to a canine cardiologist when they discovered my dog's heart mumur. They've given my parents referrals to not one, but two, excellent surgeons (so my parents could choose the best fit for them and puppy) as treatment options for hip displasia in a Golden Retriever puppy and the outcome was the best case scenario. We've been taking our dog for almost ten years and we just started taking our kitten there too. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Absolutely recommend them. Oh, and did I mention they've done Christmas pictures in the past? They're seriously great.

Carlisle Small Animal Veterinary Clinic has been a wonderful find for us and for our puppy litter of golden retrievers. When our vet clinic closed, Carlisle Small Animal Vet Clinic came to the rescue and was able to see the whole litter so we could have them all ready for their new homes. I have never been to a vet clinic that has even come close to how good of a job they do here. Every single person I’ve dealt with here is professional, kind, and respectful. Everyone is always so helpful and kind! I rarely wait very long in the waiting room to be seen and if I do it’s because of emergencies and the staff lets you know about that right way. The concerns we have about our pets are always taken seriously and are taken care of or a plan of action is put in place right away to ensure our pets are the happiest and healthiest they can be!

I called them today I was so very friendly and they were EXTREMELY rude. I normally don’t even write reviews but this had me speechless. I called them and they picked up asking if this was an emergency, I said no, they said they put me on a brief hold. To which I replied “of course” . Once they got back on the phone I introduced myself, told them we were military and moved to the area and asked if they were taking any new “patients” while I chuckled. I didn’t know what to call my cats. They said “unfortunately not at this time” - which is okay and “you can call back in maybe a month” to which I replied “well, we kin-……” I was literally interrupted mid sentence by the lady hanging up on me!! It was definitely on purpose and I’ve never seen anything so rude!! I was so tempted to call back and give this individual a piece of my mind but I figured this is a better way. Needless to say I would never bring my fur babies here!

The entire staff is kind, patient, caring, and compassionate. They are incredibly knowledgable and are happy to help educate the pet parents as to options. They make your pets and the families feel valued.
