Horrible horrible people that work in the pharmacy, absolute no people skills. So absolutely rude. Cannot wait to switch pharmacies. How can you run a place like that? Women with short blond hair is the absolute worst! Attitude every time I see her. She made comments on how my “money is dirty and needed to be washed” blurts out whatever prescription is being picked up as if it’s anyone’s business. I called today and it kept ringing they finally picked up just to hang up twice! Get a new job

Something seriously needs to be done in regards to this place . I filed a complaint with corporate & all they did was make the pharmacist call me to see what the issue was . They NEVER answer the phone, ever, and in the rare case that they answer they literally pick up and hang up without saying a word . I also shouldn’t have to call them for them to fill a script . Overall horrible attitudes from employees in person also. Corporate needs to get it together & take a deep look into this place and how it’s ran!

Received an albuteral inhaler paid cash no insorance bought on 2/20/24 it stopped working but still had 80 doses left.. I went back to rite aid to get a new one since this one was obviously broken. I brought my receipt and original box and was told she would not replace it because i had not used it as often as i should have 8 puffs a day. So i guess because i did use it as perscribed i broke it? She gave me the manfacturers phone number so i could do her job. And of course i had to pay cash for another one today 40.00 lets hope i get more than 2wks. Use oh and yes my daughter had given me an inhaler same kind same dose to try and save me money. Thanks again rite aid you never disappoint

I have never experienced anything like the negative reviews here..I have experienced the workers being busy and short-staffed, but where doesn’t have that? They have always gone above and beyond and done as much as they could for me.I had problems with my insurance covering a script they should cover once, and Rite Aid called for me and figured it out, and filled the script within an hour after that. I also came into the store when they were busy and I had a med called in, and they started dispensing it and had it done as soon as they could (once again, they’re BUSY, we as customers have to expect a delay as they have other people to wait on)..The staff have always been nice and I’ve never had a problem, so I’m happy to continue using this pharmacy and would recommend it to others.

Honestly some of the people in the pharmacy are the most ignorant, rude people I have ever had to deal with. Not all of them but there are a few.. one in particular, a female with dark hair and glasses that was there this weekend. This miserable human being literally gave me a dirty look when asking my name. She was just so completely RUDE for no reason. I was polite to her, there was nobody else in line, 10 minutes before they would have been closing, absolutely NO reason what so ever for her to have been acting like she was. I remember her face from past visits to that pharmacy and she has always been just completely rude for no reason. This place really should start, even pretending to care. Maybe start by getting rid of the people that treat customers like total garbage for no reason at all! I've worked plenty of customer service jobs in the past and there is nowhere I could think of that would ever allow someone to treat customers the way you get treated here. Not even mentioning the amount of time you are waiting every single time you go to pick something up. My latest visit I was told an hour, came back and hour and fifteen minutes later and was told to have a seat, they were still working in it (my prescription for 14 pills that they received more than 3 hours prior.) I know people get busy but, this has been happening for as long as I can remember. I've just never been to a place that cared so little about the customers.

Store closes at 6pm on Sunday but doors are locked at 5:45? Pharmacy acts like they walked into their own surprise party every time I get to the window. That’s after waiting 25 minutes for one car. Must be splitting the bill for each perception. Seriously though, stay open as advertised, if the perception isn’t ready in line then tell them to come back or call first. I know it’s probably hard to get workers but as a nation wide store you should be well prepared for things like that. Get it together

Service is bad. Rude people who work in the pharmacy. They don't answer the phone back in the pharmacy. I tried foe over an hour to talk to someone in the pharmacy and they don't answer. Some people in the pharmacy ate just nasty and rude.

Sadly, the other reviews are accurate. They do not answer the phones and when you do show up, they do not check faxed medications so they are almost never ready. I was told by the tech it was due to short staffing. It’s just not a well run pharmacy, and I am sure staffing has a lot to do with it. Hopefully this improves, but for the past year I have used the pharmacy it has been this way.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy! I called all weekend long and no one answered the phone when I finally did get ahold of them the person in the pharmacy was very rude! Not the first time either! 2 months ago they refused to refill my one prescription and they are supposed to fill no matter what. They say a 3 prescriptions will take a couple of hours to fill when Family pharmacy it took maybe 20 minutes to fill! Also they say I’m on the automatic refill but yet again I have to call (which takes forever) to have them refill and it take a couple of hours to fill but when i get there a couple of hours later I’m still having to wait more then 30 minutes! The only one who is not rude or short with people is Erin, who worked at family pharmacy! She by far is the nicest and has the best customer service! She also tries to make sure my prescription gets done asap when I come in to pick up my prescriptions! They rest of the employees are very rude and short with customers!

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the area. Very rude pharmacy techs. I received 3 robo calls from Rite Aid saying my prescriptions were ready. I went to pick them up the following day only to be told they were not ready come back in an hour, I went back 2 hours later the techs yelled at me said I’d still have to wait. Horrendous customer service

The worst pharmacy in the area. They are disgusting rude and could careless about whether or not you received your needed medication. They close a half hr early. They don't call and let you know if medication is ready. You call they don't answer the phone. Do yourself a favor switch to a pharmacy that cares about you and your health. These people are disgusting.

Pharmacy doesn't answer phone. If you leave a message they never return calls. They seem to enjoy hanging up on customers on the rare occasion someone not from pharmacy actually answers.

Horrible wait times to get prescriptions filled! I've gone without medication for 1-2 days because they don't fill it when due. I try calling and the phone just keeps ringing, nobody answers, then it loops you back to the automated message. I can't count how many times I've called to see if my script is ready and am told they didn't see it, give them an hour. I show up 2 hrs later, it's still not filled, and they ask me to come back! I end up waiting in the parking lot for another 20 minutes so they can fill it. Every time, it's the same excuse...they're really busy and no help. This location never has lines of cars in the drivethru, yet says they're swamped! Go elsewhere unless you like going without meds and getting a sob story.

The only reason why I'm giving this pharmacy a 1 star rating is because they recently remodeled the store. Otherwise the service I've received from the pharmacy has always been disappointing. Every time I go there my prescriptions are either not ready even when I call a day ahead of time and other times they just have disregarded filling them entirely. This past month I had to go back three times on the same day because even though I was told my prescriptions would be ready in the allotted time, they never were. The staff is friendly but the communication they have there is virtually nonexistent. I'm not the only customer who has had unsatisfactory experiences as every time I go in there it seems others are experiencing similar discrepancies. I've never been more irritated with a pharmacy and I'm not returning again. I don't understand why the store is even called Rite Aid when in reality, they can never actually get anything right.

Every time I come to this Rite Aid Pharmacy I have a problem. They get my prescriptions wrong or take hours to fill my prescriptions. This is the last time I come here. After being told my prescription would be ready in a half hour, coming back 45 minutes later and then being told it will be at least another hour, after an hour, still will be another 30 minutes. Its absolutely ridiculous! If you don't have enough man power to run a pharmacy then don't!!

I went to pick up two scripts today, I had recently lost my job and health insurance due to Covid and instead of running the two scripts through the various discount programs such as GoodRX the big dope behind the counter tried to charge me the full cash price. I went across town to another pharmacy and ended up paying less than a third of what Rite Aid was trying to charge. If you have extra money to waste and enjoy being ripped off Rite Aid is the place for you, otherwise go to a different pharmacy and save yourself some money. Needless to say I will not be going to Rite Aid anymore.
