This is a nice location to get groceries. I never had an issue finding items I was looking for. Meats and perishables are always fresh. Also very convenient for me as I live right down the street from the store.

management here is trash.. customer service is even worse... not to mention over charging for food that isnt the best quality and half the time isnt any good or expired.. Lady at customer service is rude and snarky.. very judgemental. will not return at all

This food bonanza was a nice clean place to shop for food.surprisingly it’s really clean. Otherwise food prices reasonable and less expensive the big Eagle. Don’t worry about the man who puts the carts back. He is the Hoddy man. Pleasant person, no worries.

The assistant manager is beyond rude. Her people skills suck. From the eye rolls in conversation. The nasty looks she gives you or her side ways comments. That entitlement of nothing is gonna happen to her has definitely got to her head. So you ever have a problem or need lottery tickets I would avoid going to her.

It’s very nice with very friendly managers so every time i go there to purchase the items i need then in case i couldn’t find what i am looking for then the managers are extremely very helpful to help me to find what i am looking for and their 2 claw machines are amazing but definitely should keep it refilled with well maintained on the lightbulbs inside of them.

Delicious fresh steamed shrimp with Old Bay! I wasn’t aware that they steam and prepare things right in their seafood department! These were absolutely amazing!! I will be definitely be back for more! Yummy 😋

Everything I needed, I found. The store is very clean, and unlike other markets, when you first walk into the store, all you smell is seafood. Here, the aroma of Seafood is ABSENT - HUGE PLUS! The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was an all-around great experience!

If you like expired food and broken containers that they won't replace or even acknowledge then by all means shop at this store. In the last 2 months I've purchased at least 4 products that were spoiled and out of date and atvleast 2-3 containers that were leaking or not visibly broken that they refused to exchange management and customer service is a joke

It's not my favorite place to go but they have a great selection of ice cream.A lot of things are overpriced for that this is not a mainstay, the staff is so so except two of the check out people/two younger gentlemen.But if you need quick/easy and live in the area it's convenient.

Check your receipt, I've lived in Canonsburg 25 years and the prices on the shelves are constantly wrong. I recently bought 5 on sale items, and EVERY single one rang up at regular price. This was a $12, TWELVE dollar difference.After complaining at the front desk they told me the new system isn't taking price changes???? Sorry but why are you selling the items then?Duritza's should be sued. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT

Nice store. Good selection and pricing. If you are looking for an alternative to giant eagle try here. Nice produce, big meat selection, a little light on seafood, but the pricing is better.

I went to the deli to purchase sliced ham. I went to open the package the next day to make a sandwich, and the meat smelled bad!!! I took it back to the store and customer service said, I needed my receipt to get a refund. Are you kidding me??? The purchase date is on the package and they couldn't refund $3.50??? The entire store is a dump, nasty and rude customer service. I will never step foot in that store again!! We have several other wonderful, clean grocery stores to choose from, that is my choice.

Stood at the self checkout with the machine repeating “please wait for assistance” every 5 seconds for over 5 minutes.Everyone available said they didn’t know how to work the register.Place is constantly understaffed and lines regularly long.If there was another market in town, theyd be in trouble.

This is not my usual shop ‘n save, and I’m very glad for that. Tried getting help from the customer service desk to get my account number for fuel perks, she claims there was no way she could look it up. With attitude and a ton of fight back, I decided to try a different shop ‘n save because of how rude this woman was. Sure enough, the other location looked it up with no problem and kindly gave it to me. I would rethink who you hire as managers, because this was the worst “customer service” I have ever received.

Shop n save in canonsburg is reliably clean. The staff members there are happy to help you whenever you need it. When I went all the shelves were well stocked with a wide variety of product in an easily understood format. I tend to go to this shop n save over the one in washington because this one is easier to get to and the employees are frindlier.

Shop 'n Save is maintaining their horrible rating for employees for myself and for the neighborhood. I have never known such rude people! Yesterday I was looking for sliced watermelon as a shopper I'm not going to take the first one I look around I am not paid to put everything back! The lady who was working produce verbally made sure that I understood that she was upset that I did not put things back. Then I go to meats, The man stocking beef took his good old time while I waited to make a selection for a filet mignon which is the highest price meat probably in the display. Then he left his cart as he stood and admired his work knowing I was standing behind him waiting. And then of course I get to self check out where Marsha is. She is a hateful woman. She seemingly hates her job I had bought two bakery donuts accidentally Entered a dozen when I asked her to fix it venom came off of her face. Shop 'n Save is really the only place in the area for groceries without driving. The store itself is good, mostly clean, mostly stocked during this unprecedented time. But the employees almost without fail are rude and awful to their shoppers! And I am not the only one who feels like this I live in Canonsburg and I have friends in Canonsburg and we talk. Something should be done. You should not have to feel bad just for SHOPPING

I had a horrendous experience at the Canonsburg location. I bought frozen food when I used the food it was bad. When I tried to return I was told too bad it was bought over 30 days ago. Great customer service I will never walk in there again and apparently they could care less.
