I had to leave this vet. Gina who is so rude was afraid of my dog and said he had behavior issues. I would never say that in front of my baby nor would I tell a mother that. My Doyle was kind and did not like her aloofness. Worst place. Who says that

She's a rescue with lots of anxiety and doesn't do well with strangers but they've all been so patient and understanding and have worked with her every step of the way to provide the best care possible. One of the Best Vets that I have ever encountered! Attention to every detail and with Love and Care, they have taken care of my pets to their very old age and in passing. All About Pets has a family like feel about their business attitude. You (and your pet) are always greeted with smile and your pet is always shown loving attention like you were the only one there at the moment. The staff is exceptional and friendly. Absolutely would Never take my pet anywhere else!

They are pricier than some other vers, but they are really top notch. Dr Sackstader is up to date on current research and super competent. She's empathetic but won't beat around the bush either. The staff are all wonderful.

All About Pets is hands down the best veterinary clinic. Dr S. and her staff are so compassionate and caring for every pet that comes through the door. Dr S. Is always eager to give you a hug and assure you everything will be okay. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. S and my 2 elderly cats. The whole staff was very caring and it’s obvious they have pride in what they do. I didn’t feel rushed and they took the time to talk with me about medication and different options. Very happy I took my babies there!

The staff and veterinarian at this office are awesome! Erin is always so helpful and friendly when you call to schedule or when you check in for an appointment. All of the technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. My pets love everyone there! The PetDesk app makes requesting appointments and prescription refills super easy and they approve prescription orders through the online store quickly! They make sure to take into consideration what is needed and what the best options are for you and your pets. I would highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone in Washington and the surrounding areas! The service and quality are completely worth the drive.

By far the best vet I’ve been to so far. The friendliest staff ever. The vet herself Dr. S is just simply amazing. They have taken such good care of my fur baby I’d never think to take her anywhere else. They have done so much in such a short amount of time I highly recommend this place.

I must speak to the excellence of this clinic. Every staff member is knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for you and your pet. I even receive follow up calls to see how my pups are doing. I trust Michelle the Veterinarian with the lives of all three of my dogs. She is personable, knowledgeable and you can tell that she cares for each animal that she sees. She has seen my pups many times and each time the care given to them is exceptional. My oldest dog has some issues, and Michelle values my opinions on her health care and has formulated a plan of care that works with me and my dog. I have a very tight budget. When it comes to my animals' health care: I wouldn't trust anyone else and I wouldn't spend money anywhere else. All About Pets Veterinary Hospital respects my wallet and does not charge in excess. Worth every cent! Thank you for your services!

They're great. The staff is super kind and patient. My dog was very anxious and they worked with it. They really do seem to want to help your animal. We had been unable to take our dog to the vet for 2 years and they weren't judgemental. They helped it be a good experience for both my dog and my family.

Everyone at the clinic was an absolute delight. They adored my Mollymauk, and handled her Tortitude so well. We got her lab results back in just a day, which felt super quick. They also allow up to 2 weeks for us to bring in a stool sample, which is great. All About Pets is a high quality vet clinic, which is perfect for my spoiled kitty. They're not cheap, but definitely worth it!

All About Pets staff and Dr. S. couldn't have been better. Gina, the tech, explained how the appointment would go, she answered any questions, even giving information before I asked. After my 2 cats were examined, Dr. S. came into the room to give her findings and tell me what all had been checked & results(ears, teeth, nail trim, etc.). This was an initial visit.For recommended flea control and diet, they checked the price for their supplier and for Chewy.com. Very thorough and competent.

Staff inside is fantastic. Super friendly and they even remember my 2 dogs, no matter which location we are at. They're pretty good at returning calls, and my dogs really like them (and they're very "people picky"). Can be difficult to get ahold of the veterinarian though.

My rescue dog, Jojo, has been through a lot with this veterinary practice. He came to us in pretty bad shape and Dr. Sacksteder and her staff have been able to completely transform him into a normal dog. They are great about getting us in for last minute appointments when we need and they’re always willing to go the extra mile for our Jojo. I feel like the doctor and her staff genuinely care about him and me. I highly recommend All About Pets. Great people practicing great medicine!

Dr. S and EVERYONE on the crew are so knowledgeable, and truly treat our animals as their own. They understand that our pets are less than cooperative and still work to win them over, or get snuggles from them! I trust them implicitly with our furbabies, and that says a lot- we are very selective when it come to our furry family. I've been with Dr. S over 20 years and hope we can get 20 more of her being our doc!

Dr S and staff are kind and patient with the scared, jumpy upset dogs. Most importantly, they are thorough. When this vet does an exam, she detects things another Vet would not. That means early and often lifesaving detection. I had a dog that Dr S heard a heard murmur that the follow up Specislist barely heard and was amazed. Best part was with early detection and medication, my dog lived 4-1/2 yrs, to age 16+ as an active dog with great quality of life. Dr S probably will not be your cheapest choice, but she will be your best choice!

I took my dog when owners had to wait outside, and watching the vet tech yank my baby girl by the leash so hard her feet left the ground was absolutely horrible. But I had huge concerns about my dog's health and my local vet was closed. I drove an hour out here for our appointment. In the end I left with an $800 bill and no one addressed the actual issue I took my dog in for, so I traumatized her for nothing. Communication was very poor and the vet tech is not very nice. I do not recommend.

Dr Sacsetter overprices their treatment since the family struggles to afford to their lavish lifestyle. $500 rates for a 10 minute check up and prescribes treatments that will keep you coming back over and over until your wallet is drained.

The staff at All About Pets are highly knowledgeable and very professional. They also have an app that lets you see appointments and your pet’s test results. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.
