I get food from this Burger King in Avis at least once a week and spend 20 to $30 each time. I was there today at about 5:45 in the Drive-Thru and they completely got my order wrong this is the first time I've ever had a bad experience there. I ordered two large double cheeseburger meals and a large double bacon cheeseburger meal. I never got the bacon double cheeseburger I got three double cheeseburger meals, and the drinks were so watered down we couldn't tell which one was the Dr. Pepper which they didn't mark,..Do better!

I'm shocked this place has so many negative reviews. I'm not from the area but I pass through here every week or so while traveling for work. Over the last couple years I visited this Burger King a couple dozen times and every single time I've had a great experience. So much so that it's my favorite place to stop while traveling through Central Pennsylvania, which is weird because we're talking about a fast food place. The staff is always so friendly that it still catches me off guard sometimes, I never wait more than a couple minutes for my food, and I don't know what they're doing, but the Burger King food here is better than any other bk I can think of, almost like it comes out fresh every time. These people are wizards

Ordered the new impossible king. Was told it doesn't come with tomatoes, but jt does come with cheese. I got the exact opposite 2 minutes later. Barely any ketchup, no mustard (as she also said would be on the nee sandwich)Just straight up disappointed in the workers work ethic. You weren't busy. I got 2 items and both were sloppy and not what we asked for. Why? I just wanted a quick lunch.

7-3-22. Just ate lunch at Avis Burger King...... yuck! Sandwich was thrown together, whole jar of mayo used on my sandwich...bun top was hard. Husband wanted a chocolate shake no chocolate....really on a holiday weekend.....NEVER had such a bad meal at BK!!!

Stopped 2 days in a row for breakfast sandwiches for co workers. Yesterday they said would be 20 minutes because they were out of busquits and today they were out of eggs apparently and would need to wait “ a long time” for 6 sandwiches.

This is the worst Burger King! Today they did not have any eggs for breakfast. I have been here several times and they have messed up the order on multiple occasions. Half the time the food is cold when you get it.I know that I said it before but this is August 22<nd and this is the worst Burger King ever. Today they are out of large cups

Wonderful, I am shocked to see so much negativity. It is a new building so most/all of the staff is likely new to this franchise. I had no idea we were getting a BK, just drove past it the other day. Brought my kids last night. It was close to closing, Im sure the last thing wanted was a picture taking mom and 2 hyper kids. Never the less, staff was efficient and overly kind, even joking with my kids. I was talking to Alexis about random menu questions, she was overly kind, just before leaving I noticed she was a manger. I felt bad we had taken up so much time from so many people. I can certainly say, customer service matters here. And Brad, where does one begin? He makes "the best milkshake in the world", my son claims and was great with my kids. Fancy building, nice staff, we had fun! Food came fast, order was made correct.

We recently visited this restaurant for dinner. We’ve been there numerous times before and have always enjoyed our meals but not this time! The food was ok BUT, from the moment we set down, we were assaulted by flies! They were incredibly annoying and pretty much spoiled the meal for my wife and me. We’re in no hurry to go back to this Burger King location!

This new Burger King needs to work the bugs out. They are slow and I have yet to have my order correct. If you go through the drive-through prepare to wait for them to bring it out. It is never done quickly. This place is definitely not "fast food".... they might want to check out their carbonator as well as the soda is always flat

Food is always cold, we almost always have an order issue... most of the people are very friendly... but the food quality is poor... will visit the Burger King in Flemington even tho we live two blocks from the one in Avis

Usually like BK however this location tonight I ordered 4 sandwich in total and waited over 10 minutes for my order with only 2 other people in the restaurant who were already eating. Been to this location multiple times always slow or mess your order up and give you the wrong sandwiches not even the no pickle or anything the entire wrong sandwich. Be a great place if they were quicker and accurate

It took way too long to get our food and it wasn't very warm. The trash cans were stuffed full and wasn't very pleasant to smell while we were eating. My sister ordered her meal before me and I got mine before her. They weren't even working on her order. Just MASS confusion. Very disappointing visit today.

I would have liked it better except there was only one choice of diet drink on their machine. Other machines like that one have had more than one diet option. This soda machine was very confusing to use also. Otherwise the service and the food we're very good. And it was clean.

That’s right Dave Thomas giving bk 5 stars. Corporate too shortsighted to offer the og Italian chicken sandwich, which is incredible, but with the “have it your way” attitude they whipped me one up. Tastes just like another😂. Guy wearing the headset at 130 on 5/16 should be commended. Lady that took my order as well, as she inquired if it could be done. Of course it can, but few places will. Screw those places. Thanks!

Do not eat here. My girlfriend got severely raw undercooked chicken when she was pregnant from here so refuses to eat here ever since. I decided to give them another chance and not to listen to her last week because it’s close to my work. I got a chicken sandwich and ended up missing half the week of work with horrible food poisoning from it. I should have listened to my girlfriend.

Stopped here on a Friday evening. Not busy but service was very slow. Restaurant was clean. Counter worker wasn't very polite but not rude. Food was the normal substandard Burger King stuff
