it was fun, i went with my little cousins when i was in town and everyone broke into groups and wandered around for an hour or so. lots of stuff, some of it pretty weird (see pictures). lots of bulk hardware supplies like pipe bends, nuts, bolts, chicken wire, tubing, chains, rope, and more.

Love this place! They have everything a crafter could want!! Plus tons of outdoor decor for EVERY holiday!! A whole section of fabric & rows and rows of nuts and bolts/odds and ends for the DIY people! Their prices are a fraction of the cost of other big brand places!

Very large selection on fabrics, amongst a large array of household needs less expensive than the "big guys". Nuts, bolts, screws, plumbing, electrical, tools, paints, etc. Worth a browse for sure

Great place to find a little of everything. It's definitely a good place to go when you want to go looking for something and don't know what you want. It has fabrics and door mats but also rough steel and fasteners.

Stay safe here. The owner wouldn't let me send a very sick employee home during the pandemic, demanded I come to work when on isolation after I and most of the staff got COVID, and when that employee died, he just sent a two word text: "He's dead."Then he fired me for it (I guess? These guys never write anything down, and I'd never been so happy to get fired.), and lied to unemployment about it.Oh, and my forklift training was "this is up and down, this is tilt, this is back and forwards," and just leaving the building when the next vendor came. And I went ahead and did it without complaint, lol.

This place is AWESOME, they have damn near anything you would need for basic home repair, they would even have some of your basic material if your a contractor. Prices are fair, and they also have surplus military gear. Even if you go here and don't spend a dime(I doubt you wouldn't buy anything) just to walk to store and see the wide variety of things they have is great.

I always loved this place, the only place in altoona that had a 24mm wrench for the rear of my car. Always have cool home decor to supplies and auto needs. Definitely stop in prices are great.

I was surprised that the prices were not bargains. I will say they have a HUGE selection of almost anything you can imagine. I expected prices to be better. My only other negative was they don't have a flow to the store. Rows are blocked off so you go down one only to walk all the way back the same aisle to get to the other side. Very strange layout.

I've been going to this place since I was a kid. There are some things that my parents and I will only shop for there. They got good general items and some odder things that are hard to find. Always have good prices and helpful staff.

If you like stores that have a little bit of everything, you'll like looking around in this place. They have hoodies and huge pieces of different thicknesses of foam rubber. Screws, nails and rubber floor mats. Burning barrels, all kinds of tools, sewing materials (including leather) and knick knacks. It's that kind of place. Not fancy, but fun! And sometimes you'll find something you've been looking for for a long time.

Everything here is extremely fair priced. They're have everything from fabric, nails, toilet replacement parts, paint, chains, shirts, you name it. I normally go here for fabric or hardware such as chains and metal rings to make jewelry. I always leave with a big bag and a small bill. Would definitely love to see this place thriving for years to come.

If you like to make things, or spend a lot of time fixing/maintaining things, this place is a gold mine. Every time I go in here I find merchandise that gives me inspiration for projects.The staff have always been pleasant also. They make sure to ask if you need help finding something.

If you like coming in for craft work (men's crafts, tools, metals and nuts, and some decor for guys and gals), this is a place you might want to add to your stops if passing by. It's a surplus outlet store and has some interesting odds and ends.
