kept calling about my cheeseburger milkshake and i was completly disregarded because they thought it was a prank call. It wasnt. I want my cheeseburger milkshake. im coming to pick it up tmr. it better be ready after my 4 calls which were handled irresponsibly. if i get it. rating goes 5 stars. if i dont. stays a 1 star

I ordered mozzarella sticks and somehow I got hot Sarella sticks when I called and told them they messed up on my order and she told me that’s what I ordered with an attitude and told me I couldn’t and they wouldn’t do anything to fix the situation

What a terrible experience. One cashier working with line wrapped around the inside. I'm here writing this review still waiting for my food 20 minutes later. On top of that, store is filthy, floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Disgusting and won't be back.

never ever get gas here. they CHARGED me 75 DOLLARS for 7 dollars worth of gas, then told me it would be back in my account within a day when my card company said 3 days. will never be visiting this awful location again. awful customer service. go to literally any other sheetz!

We ordered 3 drinks. 2 frozen mocha Frappuccino and 1 🍓 smoothie. My oldest was drinking her Frappuccino and a clump of hair was stuck in the straw. A clump of hair is inexcusable..... I'm very dissatisfied. I did get reimbursed for the drinks. But how did a CLUMP of hair get in the drink?????? Please people in food industry....... brush your hair before you pull it up and use a lint roller to remove access hair from your clothes.

I live close by, so it's very convenient. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I often buy specialty coffees online and pick up in store to avoid waiting in line. It's busy on the weekends especially, but the staff work hard!

This is not a very big Sheetz but it is still very good it is updated they have a great selection of snacks chips candy and beer the prices are normal and the employees are friendly overall it’s just your typical Sheetz. My only complaint is they don’t have in house slushees like most Sheetz do but other than that everything else is good

I went and bought two burgers and when the screen asked me if i wanted it toasted I said no but because i didn't tell the employee, they toasted. Okay fine, took a bite and the bread was stale. When i called and complained they said it was because it was toasted. Breaking the bread with my fingers was a hardship. Ended putting it on slice bread to eat it. Worst food ever. Thanks for the attitude when i tried to explain, thanks for the excuses. Was just trying to tell them not to do that to the customers that are paying for supposedly good food.

The employees here are unbelievably rude, and I won’t ever be going back there ever again. Honestly if you don’t enjoy customer service then don’t work there, simple as that, people shouldn’t have to be forced to deal with you especially when you put yourself in the position of working in a job you hate. I work in customer service and I have enough common sense to be respectful towards all people, don’t work in a place you can’t handle.

I dont go to the 7th Ave Sheetz anymore. I actually go out of my way to gas up and pick up stuff at non Sheetz stores now. I refuse to take my kids there, especially 7th Ave. At any given time there are idiots outside smoking, blasting rap music, using bad language, "hollering" at girls, giving bad looks and sometimes arguements. Over the past year there have been incidents of people flashing guns. Not to mention the parentless kids stealing and harassing people.I see job postings for Sheetz security all the time online but obviously making their stores safe isn't a priority. Just profit. They have an obligation to this town to keep ALL their stores safe and clean. Even in lower income areas with mostly foot traffic. They haven't gotten a dime from me.

I come to this location 17st and 7th ave alot because i live a few blocks away never had an issue with my sandwiches until tonight 6 inch ham and cheddar cheese. Well i have never had my meat stacked in the middle of the bun until tonight and the cheese was hardened. Went back wirh my brother and the manager Katlynn says thats how they make sandwiches i asked if its normal for your first bite to be all bread. So i guess this is the new way to make sandwiches????? I call bs and because it was cheddar cheese i guess its normal for it to be dark around the edges and hard. Please sheetz tell me when this bacame the new way

Only some people follow directions an get orders correct.They mess up something as simple as a cappuccino.Im manager myself and would never allow this to happen everytime my customer comes in. Worst store ever! They mess up EVERYTHING.

Average Sheetz. Can be difficult to acces the small parking lot and gas pump areas because of 17th Street traffic. Easier to use nearby 17th Street location.
