Best drugstore with friendly associates and wonderful pharmacist in a great location, due to high volume of residents in close proximity to family homes and businesses. Not many friendly drugstores around. Target pharmacy is nearby but horrible customer service.

The pharmacy gets 10 out of 5 stars. I’ve been utilizing the Rite Aid - N. Cedar Crest pharmacy to fill my dog’s medication for about a year now and my experience has been flawless. The medication my dog needs was hard to track down and this pharmacy was the only one who offered to order it when I called to inquire if they had it in stock. The pharmacy techs have always been diligent in making sure it’s ready by the promised date and time. They are always kind and have gone above and beyond to provide stellar customer service.

This rite aid is the best in lehigh valley. They are so quick with filling my medicine. There is barely ever a line to pickup unlike other rite aids.

If I can give this pharmacy more than 5 stars I will .. I went to pick up my parents medicine the young woman Name Victoria helped me! Let me tell you what a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond to help me.. she was very professional kind pleasant answered all my questions properly!!! I have NEVER met a more caring woman like Victoria in any pharmacy. You can tell she really cares for her customers and she is extremely knowledgeable This Rite Aid will always have my Business as long as Ms Victoria is there!! It’s a complement to whomever hired this lovely lady! Thank You

This Rite Aid is terrible. I’ve had a handful of experiences just because I live nearby so it’s a convenient location, but they are staffed with the worst workers. The girl with the dark hair and glasses and Brian who both usually work on the register are incompetent. I came one night with my daughter who wasn’t feeling well to purchase children’s Tylenol cold and flu and she had told me I couldn’t because I didn’t have my ID. I’m sure rite aid does not pay you enough to turn away a mother with a sick child in her arms. Another time, I went to make a western union payment and I was told by Brian that they don’t do that there… when I’ve done it at this location beforehand. There is always an issue at this location.

The pharmacy. Normally I wouldn’t give them more than two stars Experiences in past were not good or friendly. But last night Monday evening 7/18 I had an infection that required immediate attention. My wife went in expecting the same less than friendly experience. However she was greeted by a young African American woman that was so pleasant and helpful. After receiving the prescription , the pharmacist said “ I hope your husband feels better”. NEVER. Has anyone there been this nice The others that we have dealt with in past need to understand that people are going there usually looking for help, perhaps medication for an issue or something medically far worse than just a cold. A friendly gesture could go a long way- it REALLY doesn’t take much I was in the car and when my wife told me how great she was I was a bit shocked as never having a kind experience there When I feel better , I will go in and thank this wonderful pharmacist for her kindness and professionalism. I only hope that she never becomes as jaded as some of the others working here. Thank you so much. Others can take a lesson on dealing with not well people.

If I could give this location negative 20 it would not be enough. The pharmacy tech was rude and had zero consideration for customer service. I went in to pick up my prescription there was nobody in the store at all and I was told it wouldn't be ready until after 7pm. When I explained I had to leave town for an emergency she got smart and loud with me. If you want good customer service do not go here. I need to call a corporate representative because this wa appalling. I will NEVER use rite aid again for anything. 0 stars 🌟

Very disappointed in the pharmacy dept. Not feeling well, my husband went to get a covid test. He did not PRE register and that was told to the pharmacist who preformed the test. Her response was “ no problem , we have your phone number” . So the swab was obtained, and a week later with no results known ,we call Rite Aid. Surprise!! No one knows anything. So my concern is, the pharmacist, a person who should have heightened awareness of details, filling our medication prescriptions obviously cared nothing about details. Meanwhile, a second test , taken elsewhere, resulted positive.

My daughter came into the store for me to pick up a cooler that we didn’t know of it was on sale or not and I was working I had saw it in the morning and didn’t even think to ask about it , well she’s a young woman and was very polite about asking a worker now I was on FaceTime with her so I saw and heard it all , when she approached the lady and asked the lady made a sound like she was annoyed about my daughter asking if you don’t want people to ask if things are on sale then don’t put them on sale .completely RUDE LADY she was so nasty to my daughter she had short darker hair and glasses . Shame on you for being so rude doesn’t matter who your dealing with in the public you don’t be so rude . I’m a manager at my job and guess what with that attitude she wouldn’t be working for me
