This was my 2nd grooming. The first time my girl got bit. This time for $140 no pretties in her hair or bandanna. She was still shedding like crazy both times. Not sure even why I paid for a shedding service if she is still shedding like crazy. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt after she got bit, but definitely not worth the price if she is still shedding.

Poor service, I arrived a few minutes early and the woman at the front Trisha made me re-fill out all the information I had already put down online. I waited and answered all the questions again, only to be told that she couldn’t shave my dogs hair from the summer time. Would not recommend - you’re better off going to an independent groomer

Sequoia takes the time to talk to you and make your pet feel comfortable. She does an amazing job on my dog. She gets a bath, haircut, ears cleaned, teeth brushed and nails cut. My dog comes out looking like a princess and is always happy.

This was the first time that I took my dog to have her nails clipped. The groomer was pleasant and courteous and the area was clean. I was allowed to watch, which was comforting to both my dog and I. The price was fair. I will definitely be back on a monthly basis.

Horrible service I paid $105 just for a bath because they couldn’t cut my 4 months old puppy hair, the staff is very rude I will never visit that place again for grooming service, Don’t waste your money go to another place even if you have to wait longer,

My puppy hates having her nails clipped. She was trying to jump off the table, whining and acting like she wanted to bite Sequoia (she didn't bite, she just wanted to get away!). Sequoia stayed calm, tried to keep my puppy calm and quickly clipped her nails. Sequoia did an excellent job and I will continue to take my pup there.

All I can say is you don't want Sequoia to leave your establishment. She is WONDERFUL! I cannot begin to tell you, what a wonderful job she did with my dog. She is a professional and has a great talent. She was also very kind with my dog. Unbelievable! She rocks!

Trisha P and the entire grooming staff are all awesome. They really cares and listen to your needs for your pet. My dog Toby loves Trisha. I have no concerns are anxiety leaving him in the care of of the staff.

I only gave a 9 for satisfaction because I wish my dog had been cut a little shorter, but he looks fine. I gave a 10 for returning because I've been taking Butch there since I got him and it's very convenient as it' only 6 blocks from my home and I'm always satisfied with the work.

The Petco grooming salon, groomer, and retail location will be held responsible. This could've been avoided. Pet owners and pet lovers. DO NOT LEAVE the location where your animal is being groomed. Because this coulda been your dog. You will be held responsible for this neglect, distress, and death of my moms animal. I feel for my mother missing her pet.

I really like the way they groom Meadow. The other place we went to didn’t trim her fur enough and she ended up getting knotty. With Petco she was trimmed just enough to not be too short or too long. And I like that they do her nails and ears
