Again I had another door dash order at this and what I wanted was out of stock,I think corporate better come and get this store back into shape and keep the shelves filled with product for their customers,had another door dash order with today and the washcloths I ordered were out of stock, I am going to say again get this store whipped back interested shape with where the product is never out of stock

Always such a mess. Update , now they close at 6 according to a hand written sign on the door. This is consistently happening and it's unacceptable .Once again closed well before 10pm. It's getting ridiculous.Closed @ 7:30pm on a Monday. Might as well permanently close this cesspool. DG should be ashamed.

The stores are either empty because the truck didn't show up or you can't find anything because it's just scattered everywhere. I wouldn't even go to the Dollar general on Franklin avenue. They are not friendly whatsoever. The one cashier is a downright witch!!!!!!!!!!!?

I frequent this location often and consistently have price discrepancies on what the shelf says compared to what I actually pay. Last week it was a 6 dollar shower curtain liner priced on the shelf as 6 dollars and rang up as 10. Had to go back in and prove to the manager that it was indeed 6 dollars. She claimed it was supposed to be 10, but yet there was absolutely no 10 dollar hooks on the wall and the 6 dollar tag described what I had purchased along with several other of the same liner being on the same hook! Tonight I go in an purchase a few more items. I was overcharged on 2 more items. A 10 dollar bag of Tyson chicken tenderloins rang in at 10.95. The tag in the case clearly says 10 with no cent amount. The other being a box of stove top turkey stuffing which said 1.50 and I was charged 2.65. That’s over a dollar more! This is also happening in Ohio where Dollar general corporation is being sued for purposely ripping off their customers. They claim things are in the wrong spot , but the tags say the correct items. I’m not blaming the employees, but rather the corporation.

This Dollar General rates far above others i have been 2. I live in Akron, and most of these stores r a Mess. Empty shelves, items cluttering the aisles, and palettes blocking the aisles, r what u see there. I've seen all of this; however, this store is great. The Makeup section was FULL of makeup items, with things I had never seen before in other stores. The aisles were clean and the rest of the store appeared 2 be well stocked. I spent a bunch of money there and when I got home, I checked out all of my purchases and was very pleased with them. I would love 2 go back, but this store is quite aways from home. The employees were kind and helpful, especially, Dawn. She was very friendly and helped me find what I needed.If u shop this store, you'll find what you're looking 4, and a whole lot more.

Although the layout of most Dollar Generals is the same, the employees in this store, are exceptional. I went into get a few things on my way home and the employees were friendly, hard working and provided great customer service. Even with the pandemic, the store was very clean and sanitized and employees wore face masks like we should or at least be considerate of each other and just stay home. Gave 100% customer service.

This place never open on time, parking lot fulled wit people just waiting to shop. Lady with red hair and glasses very rude with an attitude. Never coming to this dollar general again.Unprofessional and always open whenever they want to. Hours on the door says 8:00am but they open at 8:30am. Unacceptable

This store used to be clean and tidy but as is with the rest of these stores they became a congested mess! Boxes and stocking carts everywhere and is like an obstacle course! They should stock the store after hours to make rid of all the congested isles! That will never happen !They do have a good selection if you can get to it!!

The staff were nice & helpful. They have a good selection of products especially a wide choice of $1 products. But were out of stock on several items I needed to get. All my digital coupons worked. However I was overcharged on 3 different things that I bought from what the shelf/sale price was supposed to be.

I don't normally give one star reviews, but this store is awful. I went in a few months ago an it was a complete and utter mess. Boxes everywhere, inventory looking dishevelved, etc and I figured they were just doing inventory. The person working the register was complaining to every single person she waited on about how the door dash app was not working correctly and she couldn't customize what she wanted on her order. I came back tonight to pick up some things I needed for an event and the store looked pretty much exactly how it looked a few months back, as if nobody ever lifted a finger. It was so cluttered I could barely walk through the place and it looked as if it were being run by a hoarder. I think they only have one employee working which to me seems like a pretty dangerous working environment.

When I first began frequenting this particular location, it was fairly neat and tidy, but over the past few months, it's turned into an absolute train wreck. Yes, they generally have the products I need, but with aisles literally packed full with unopened boxes and equipment from their truck, it's an absolute time-consuming chore to gain access to what you need; Sometimes you can't even get your cart down an aisle. Plus, this mess is also a safety hazard. I feel bad for their staff, as you can tell they are clearly spread way too thin. I will say that despite this, they are somehow always friendly, which is more than I could say for myself if I was working in that mess. I don't know what's going on with that place, but management is clearly poor.

Rude and unprofessional employees, just sitting behind the counter on their phones the whole time. The store is a giant mess with boxes packed in every aisle and it's impossible to get to the things you actually need. Convenient location but the store needs help.

Best set up I've seen. The one on Franklin Street in Aliquippa I mean. Everything is new and clean and set up to easily find. I love DG. The prices are as good as Walmart. This one's walking distance from my house, better than driving all the way to Walmart. I am concerned about this one's location though. We have problems with poverty and five-finger discounts. Good luck to them. I'm glad the business is booming. They are hiring too. I worked for them in 2001 and it was a great company to work for when it comes to minimum wage jobs.

This place have some of the worst employees I have ever seen, they afte rude and don't know how to bag, every time I go there I have to tell them hiw to bag,dont put my pop in the bag with my bread, don't put soap with bread and when you tell them they get smart and dont want you in the store

I bought a bag of Munchos only to find a whole chewed in it from a mouse. I returned it to the store and grabbed another one only to find another chewed hole. I never even made it home with either bag. I took the first one back within a half hour.

I Live in that crazy store I'm there like 3%4 times a week getting something for my house and the prices are Goid they even have a Dar. DOLLAR SECTION in dollar General. Go figure

It's good...when it's open. Seems that they are having issues with covering shifts because on several occasions over the past couple of months they were closed during normal advertised business hours.
