We walked down at 5:30pm on 07/15/2023 and the doors were closed. They would not open. No one was there. Nothing. It was very odd and a let down since it is the closest store on our walk, we needed things and could not get them and I have no idea what hours this store is, on the door is says 8am-10pm but there is also a sign on the door that says "reopens 8am sorry for the inconvenience" This makes it difficult for people who live around the store and depend on the store. I wish they would publicly put hours down and they can complain as much as they want as not having help but you need better management and pay for your workers here they deal with A LOT of people with bad personalities. This was a let down and a waste of time.

They closed at 8:00 pm and the web site says 10:00. I was there at 7: 55 pm and the store was closed. Don't shop at this dollar General on Franklin ave, go to the one on sheffield ave. Much cleaning and nicer service. The previous reviews are true.

Hands down the worst dollar general. Cashier didn’t even speak, had her headphones on the whole time, she was very rude, didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt , had to bag my own stuff, then the lady before me left and her stuff was still on the counter, so the cashier needed the manager to override the transaction and the manager walked away as the cashier was asking her to do it so we sat there for 5 mins. The store is TRASHED. Nothing is stocked yet there’s unpacked boxes EVERYWHERE. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Close it down

If i could give the store 0 because the manager who is here quite a bit it's ignorant she has her employees treat the customers rudely they don't smile the constantly following you around the store like you're about to steal something whenever their store is completely like overflowing with stuff stuff is hanging off the shelves and everything they don't clean the store that is super unfriendly like it makes me not even want to come back here doesn't want me to come back to the store. Guess what I asked the manager if she has a problem with me she wants to walk away from me.

The store employees are rude, untrained, and should not be in customer service. When asked to speak to a manager about the situation at hand the assistant manager proceeded to be very disrespectful when speaking to me, when asked to correct his behavior before I call corporate he got even more rude with me. Store really needs to get better employees.

It's a dollar store... Nothing about this place is anything other than what you would expect. It was well stocked and the cashier was very pleasant. They always have something cheap that I need. This time was replacing some kitchen utensils.

Staff friendly and helpful. Also well stocked but the store had a lot of things that needed to be put on the shelf so we had to maneuver through it all. If not for that would be a 5.

This is a great New Dollar General... Excellent location quick construction. Some things are a little different like extra lighting and certain miles and a better layout of the store

FilthyHalf the isles are just littered with items.Parking lot filled with trash.It's a new store I don't understand how it's so gnarly.

The people are friendly which is nice cause not many people are in that town. Only thing i suggest is check the dates on items there are alot of expired item like months expired
