Just stopped in looking for reading glasses. They didn't carry them. Nice selection of Sun glasses though. The store clerk was absolutely sweetShe said hello as soon as I walked in. Customer service A+. Will definitely be back.

Having a hard time with this review..( reason) love the owners of the store and most of the employees are great. But today went in and was waiting in line and I should have been helped next but Casey only waits on men. Not ladies so I had to wait for the other lady to wait on me.. when I said something to her about it she said Casey was doing what she is told to do..not sure what that means so if you stop might want to go in before 3

The only market I go to! The staff is awesome, it kept clean and always in stock. Stormy, the cashier, is always so kind and helpful. I’m glad they got rid of the other girl with the septum. The vibe is so positive now! Always my main market.

Welp today is 8/24 and I came in at 8pm. Grabbed some snacks and a drink. When I went to pay I really considered never coming back. I feel like every time I come here the lady with the dark hair, glasses and a septum piercing is always so rude. Literally 0 customer service skills. She’s short, no greetings, doesn’t smile and if you tell her to have a goodnight, she glares into your soul and ignores you. Probably gonna keep going to Smart. At least they’re friendly.

the lady with the septum piercing and long black hair gave literally the worst customer service i’ve ever had just trying to get some ice cream bars and as i was paying she was sighing and rolling her eyes and didn’t say a word to me didn’t give any eye contact i work at a grocery store and i could never even imagine treating any customer like that rude af! i wouldn’t come here. and i will never come here again!

The best little mom and pop shop North Roseburg has to offer! The owner is very kind, and the girls who run the registers are the best. The prices for the occasional items are a little high, but I am more than happy to pay that cost for the exceptional service and friendly staff on a day to day basis.

Staff is very friendly here, and helpful. We came in for powerball tickets, and the cashier helped explain the other games available. Store is a bit cluttered feeling, but that's because they are stocking a wide variety of items. Bonus points for having a vintage arcade machine, Mortal Kombat, wish we had had time to play!

Asked for 7 in dollar bills for change said no they were short. So i said ill buy something else with this 5 dollar bill then. She said no she would not do that so i would get my dollar bills that way, even though it was another sale. What a shame, and how disrespectful. Never swinging by this store again. Plenty of others to shop on the way home from now on.

This place is awesome ... they let you fill up your flotation devices for free ...and they go out of their way to pull out the air compressor if you’re floating the river at odd times off the year ....and they always have bags of ice and cold drinks
