Took my dogs grooming on Saturday it was a really bad service, They are always short staffed and do a bad job. They were aggressive with my dogs to the point of choking them, One of my pups have a cut after getting nails trimmed. This is the second time we have an issue with the grooming department, the last time we took them they left my puppy damp and didn’t complete the service. If you are in the industry of grooming a pet do your job right and not half way done. This is the last time I’m bringing my dogs here, never again. Left my dogs traumatized.

Store was clean and took great safety precautions. Easy to navigate through and find what you want and need. Friendly staff. Good sales. Horrible fish department, had quite a few dead fish. They also had tons of rotting aquatic plants. Fish department needs work.

Good place for all your pets needs. Great selection of cat food and toys. Staff was friendly and not pushy. A little on the expensive side but not too bad considering. The people that work there are what makes this place.

Puppy's FIRST real haircut. I have been bringing him in for fluff and blow dry regularly every 10 days, and minimal grooming every month (face, paws, nails, and underbelly/bottom). The groomers are so patient and gentle with him. I really appreciate how well they listen and communicate. Puppy looks like a MILLION BUCKS and he KNOWS IT.

Called before I went in for a cat screen door. Kelsie was super helpful on the phone and continued her great customer service when I arrived in the store. We always find what we need for our monster kitties here.

The front end staff cashier made fun of my dog when I tried to complain about the service. I wish there was an ability to give negative stars. Please avoid this location. There are other locations that are also PetSmart's within 15 minutes of this one. I wish we could have got our money back and avoided this location at all costs. I will never even go near it again. I called ahead. I brought my dog in. I warned them that she was a screamer/ talker. They showed me it wasn't going to be an issue. I then tried to show him her commands because she is trained. She has good commands and they didn't want to hear it. Should have been my red flag. They told me it was going to be 3 hours we said. Are you sure with her being a screamer that showed me it was good I said. Are you sure again because we're going to go 20 minutes down the road to pick up some boots because this is the Portland area again assured me would be good. We were paying for a full groom and the shed is actually what we paid for but not what we got. After 45 minutes. They called us saying our dog was wreaking havoc with her screaming and talking and that they had finished soon and wanted us there immediately. I said we'll return as soon as possible but you assured me it was 3 hours. When we left our dog was shedding so bad that it was worse than when we went in. And when we left there were like clumps of hair falling off of her. Not just like oh a little bit of hair. I mean this dog lost chunks of hair after. Let's top it off with its location It shows it's across the parking lot in this maze of a mall and it was difficult to find as well. If they had any reservations about her being a screamer when they were told they should have said so and we would have been happy to go elsewhere and it was accidental booking at this location and not our usual one. To be clear our dog was not aggressive. She was just screaming and crying and making a scene as she does bathing anytime. She is a white shepherd melinois mix.

Wonderful customer service by Salon Leader Amy Weston today. We brought our dog in for grooming and Amy alerted us of a medical issue with our dog that needed attention (not caused at grooming salon). She was kind and loving to our dog, and very professional and empathetic to us as well. We will be back to visit Amy soon!

Don't take your dog to get groomed at this petsmart. It is unsafe, unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. They did a hack job on our dog and also cut her nails down to bleeding. Then when we expressed concern to Amy the grooming manager they banned our dog, saying "this facility is dangerous for your dog". So even they believe this facility is not safe for pets. So zero stars and won't be a patron of this store again.

Normally they are the best. They had trouble with my Gracie so she didn’t get her sanitary area trimmed nor her nail. They sent her home damp. I think it was just an off day.

I decided to delete my review about their pricing bc they have new management and have gotten right! Now mind you, if you do it again I'll rewrite that review right back here. The people who work here are super duper nice people. They certainly know their stuff. A+ for their customer service. Anyways, I like shopping here bc I spend allot in this store and am glad to be able to continue since they corrected their pricing problem.

A special shout out and thank you to PetSmart employee Mikael. I was having a hard day yesterday morning because I had to put my beloved dog of 16 years down and I went to Petsmart to buy some pet stain cleaner and a toy for my other dog who I knew felt my sadness. Mikael asked me how my day was going and I broke down. He told me he was sorry for my loss, proceeded to ring up my items and then gave them to me without asking for payment. He said it was on them and told me how sorry he was again and that he hoped I had a better day. I was so touched. My dog went through training there 16 years ago and so did my other dog, five years ago. The employees are always so nice and so helpful. But that was above and beyond and it really touched me. So I want to say thank you. Our pets are family members and losing them is so hard. That kind gesture made it a little easier.

We couldn’t be happier with our pups’ training. It is more difficult with our case because we have three pups from the same litter, in the same class. Marj has made the experience more comfortable for us as she is reassuring and understanding. Our pups respond so well to the guidance that we’ve been given and we are true believers in the program. It’s a great program because it works!!

I love the easy process of grabbing a nicely marked bag of crickets, wax worms and meal worms. Don't have to ask someone for help it's all right there! my tree frogs love PetSmart!

If I could give less than one star I would. This is the absolute worst grooming salon ever. Grooming manager could care less about customer service and has no clue how to run her department. Left me standing there for 10 minutes while she twidled around even though I had asked to speak with her. Had my dogs scheduled three different times over the past 14 days, and all three times she had groomers call out and the same groomer all three times and yet that kid still has a job. Instead of moving people around and canceling appointments across the board for all groomers, they cancel all the appointments for that one groomer leaving everybody hanging week after week. I realize she doesn't have much control over somebody calling out, but the fact that that she's not addressing the matter and the fact that she has absolutely nothing to say to me as a customer, including not even so much as apologizing or offering up a discount on future appointments is pathetic. This happens here over and over and over. I've been taking my dogs here for 5 years exclusively and I have five dogs plus I'm a breeder of Basset Hounds and have taken many of my puppies there. This place has become a shamble and when I took my small Shepherd mix by there last week they couldn't even get his nails clipped because nobody there is trained to clip a dog's nails who don't care for their nails being clipped. She should absolutely be ashamed of herself in the fact that I went in there and specifically asked to speak to her today and ask to also speak to the store manager who couldn't even bother to grace me with his presence at all. She/they left me standing there for 10 minutes while they BS'ed as though I can't see them standing there laughing and biasing with the cashier who had nobody in their line at that moment. This makes the whole situation even more pathetic. My best suggestion to people is do not use their grooming salon ever if you can avoid it and do not patronize this PetSmart if you can avoid it and buy your stuff elsewhere. They could care less about their customers and they show nothing but contempt when you try to deal with them. They are pretty much just as bad as the dollar store in Wilsonville and everybody knows how bad that is...

Not a good place for people or pets. They called me two hours before my dog’s appointment yesterday to cancel. The groomer had a family emergency. That’s fine, I understand. They asked if I could come the next day at 3:00 and that worked for me. I showed up and they said she didn’t have an appointment and were rude, argumentative. Scheduling is a nightmare, I’m sure they would have charged me if I had a family emergency and cancelled two hours before. Also, the dogs are here for an excessive amount of time. Even though you have an appointment (if you’re lucky and they remember to write down that you have an appointment), your dog has to wait for their turn, which can be a long time. My dog has always come back from this place with a hoarse bark.Summary:Their schedulers don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care. Dogs are made to wait too long and left barking the whole time.Last visit to PetSmart for us. Will go only with small, independent groomers. Don’t waste your money on this big box store. You and your pet deserve better.

We had an emergency last night with my dog and the store manager was quick to take care of us. The vet there was closed and store manager gave me information for another vet and store manager met me there to make sure my Willow girl was taken care of.We have been coming here for the past year and have been very happy with Banfield, love Kim the dog trainer, and bought fish and have been pleased with how well they are doing. First time fish owner here. Also love shopping their sales.

Overpriced, small animal supply selection is pointless, they only have one brand of rat food and it's crazy spendy. Stock never seems to change. Stale. Staff are mostly friendly.As of April 2022 I have seen a lot of changes at this location,for the better. Small critter section is still a bit underwhelming but the staff are awesome and very helpful. Michael is a great manager and does everything he can to help out. Working retail is rough and often thankless. With the pandemic and shipping issues, the stock has been a bit in and out but they do their best. If they don't have what you need, the knowledgeable staff can usually point you in the right direction.

Got great help from a lady who was stocking shelves. Needed help on hair brushes. dental stuff and treats for my rescue fur baby. Nice to know that I can return a freshly opened bag of food and get a different kind. This was the first time back on this store after about 3 years when I had to send my other fur baby to heaven. So thank you for making this easy for me

As a Cat Mom of 3, I shop at PetSmart frequently.If you've never been to a PetSmart, I highly recommend that you check it out!The store is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your pet in with you while you shop. (leashes are required) of course you'll mostly see dogs, but I've seen the occasional cat in thereI almost always find what I'm looking for there. In addition to the usual pet related supplies, they also carry live fish, snakes, turtles, lizards, birds, rats, mice etc. It warms my heart to see that the small animal cages are always clean & the critters look lively, as some pet stores don't pay much attention to their small animals.The employees are friendly & really seem to love pets, the store is always clean, prices are fair, & I've always been able to find help if I need it.That's enough for me, but the extra added bonus is that they also have a dog grooming service in the back, (although I've never used it, since I don't have a dog. Peeking through the window shows it to be as clean as the rest of the store, & I've yet to see a dog that seemed upset)My absolute favorite thing about PetSmart is that they partner with local no-kill cat shelters, which is so important! I always stop by to talk with the new kitties. Sometimes they have kittens, not just adults. Some cats are available as singles, others are bonded pairs.I hate to repeat myself, but be sure to check out your local PetSmart when you get the chance.
