I wanted something to hang off of a rail and this was the perfect place to go to get it. My last picture shows what we bought (bird food, pole, and holder was about 120 dollars). Quickly went in, asked about what to get and went our way home within 5 min. Loved the quick service! Thank you

I moved to Idaho a year ago and have found absolutely nothing that compares to your stores in Oregon!!!!!!! Your merchandise, knowlegeble staff, and friendly atmosphere always made it my "go to" place for gifts, questions, and purchases for myself. I just finished a transaction over the phone for a gift card today. Your staff member was wonderful.Please open a shop here in Meridian, Idaho which is the fastest growing city in the nation. Ill even offer to work part, part time as I'm retired! I live in a 55+ ACTIVE community and I could have your shop staffed in no time! Please don't say no. But give it some serious thought. This is a really cool little gem 💎. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge array of bird feeders, houses, baths and fountains. They have bulk and bag food of many kinds and will guide you toward the mix that will attract the birds or animals you like. The have a large & unique selection of garden art, chimes, rain chains, outdoor wall art, and butterfly, toad & insect water pool stones. Don't overlook the lovely selection of artisan made jewelry and greeting cards. Last there is a good selection of beautiful books and even binoculars. There is a lot to love here and their prices are on-par with what you can get on amazon. Check it out.

Went in yesterday, wasn’t greeted by any of the two girls who wear masks that work there. I even waited a bit by the front door until the one behind the register was off the phone. Didn’t even get eye contact. I’m an impulsive buyer, but after the second girl emerged from the back and avoided my existence as well I knew they would get none of my business. Will never go back.

I always enjoy shopping here! Lots of fun and interesting products. Best bird feed I've found, fresh and high-quality, if not necessarily the cheapest. Black oil sunflower seed is particularly fresh, and the woodpecker suet cakes are wonderful! The birds can't stay away from them. Ten percent discount on case lots.

What a gem! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of bird food of course, as well as decorative and useful items made by local artists. Focused selection of field guides too. Reasonably priced, good for gifts.

One of my favorite shops around. The staff are educated, and so helpful. You will not find fresher seed mixes in the Portland area, and best of all they provided the tips and tricks I need to bring a myriad of birds and other critters into my yard. LOVE!!!! ❤️

Wow!!! Walking in there is so inspiring and the ladies are welcoming and so sweet!! My theme this Christmas was “local made”. And they have many gift items by local artists, potters and metal workers!!! Love the shop and will start to shop more frequently! Thank you for such a great experience!

Ran in here on Christmas eve on my lunch break to buy a gift for my mom and the store staff were kind, cheerful, and even gift wrapped the gift for my mom. Great customer service. Everyone who works here is extremely knowledgeable and loves their job. They have a large selection for all types of birds, bats, squirrels and honey bees. Great place to buy gifts.

After acknowledging my entry into the store, never heard another peep from them even after I engaged them to tell them what I was looking for. Too bad they didn't help me find what I needed as I fully intended to buy both bird feeders and bird houses. I felt like they were way too busy getting their shelves stocked and could have cared less I was there. They lost my $$$ sale. I like not being bothered when I shop but if I say, "hey, I'm looking for this/that, etc.", I would expect a sales associate to get the message. Too bad as I will not go back now to what I once thought was the premier bird store. Very sad.

This store would not allow a mother with her disabled wheelchair-bound child to shop inside because he was unable to be masked. Even after she explained that he could not physically wear a mask and had an exemption. We have supported you in the past but refuse to support you again. Shameful.
