Finding a grooming solution for us was challenging until we found Persmart. We have 2 Australian shepherds and one of them became dog reactive a few years ago after he was attacked by small dogs while he was on leash going for a walk. We have had success at this petsmart for over a year now! We do an early morning appointment and do an express wash so our dogs are in and out quickly. Our dogs go in happy excited and come out happy, relaxed, and clean. It’s true that our dogs come back with a bit of fluff still on them, (Aussies really need 2-3 hours of grooming) but I am more than happy to finish the brushing at home in exchange for a grooming experience where my dogs are safe and happy and loved.

My daughter and I went here to look at birds. They had quite a few to look at. My daughter really enjoyed them, and would like to own some someday.I like the concept of birds. They can fly. They are often very colorful in ways that mammals aren't. Like, there are blue birds, but not blue mammals. And some of the ones you find in pet stores can even talk.But these birds were giving me a funny look. Like they didn't want me being there. My daughter thinks it's because I kept saying we were at the pets-mart, but that the place it actually pronounced pet-smart.Other than that, it was a very well stocked pet store. I won't hold it against the birds. It is possible that I was in the wrong. I will say in my defense that the fish and lizards were not offended by my presence.

Loved the beginners puppy training course with Joe! This is our second time running through the course, but the first time with Lucy (mini poodle) she absolutely had a great time, getting more comfortable around new people, dogs, and areas. It was also a great refresh on the commands and impulse control techniques. Highly recommend to anyone looking to learn great strategies understanding how to properly educate your puppy!

This store is fantastic! We got so much great information about aquarium care from an employee named Kyle. Rarely have I ever gotten such great customer service. The prices and selection were SO much better than the pet store we went to before.

Joe is an excellent trainer and Izzy is doing really well! Puppy classes are complete! We have a lot to practice and will be doing intermediate class and advanced class. The classes are not expensive and your dog and you get great skills!

I boarded my dog at the Pets Hotel for one night and he seemed to have a terrible experience. Although the people were nice, he had an upset stomach for 5 days after and developed a weird sneezing/respiratory issue. When I picked him up they assured me he had a good time, which I now know is false based on how he reacted. They should’ve have been upfront with how he was while he stayed. Be aware of boarding your pet here if it has separation anxiety.

My dog had escaped another boarding situation the first time I boarded her and I was terrified to leave her anywhere again. Someone suggested Petshotel and it seemed like a great, secure setup with 24/7 staff. My dog tends to be afraid of enclosed spaces and strange people so I was really worried but she did great and the photos on their Instagram of her playing prove it. I was able to pay for a bath and she was nice and clean when I got her back and so happy to see us! You can absolutely tell the employees care about the dogs. I'm really happy with their service and will absolutely be using them again in the future even though they're almost 2 hours from me (closest petshotel). Venus is so loved and important and I just want her to be safe and happy and that's what I got here.

Luna and Eve completed their basic course last December, Intermediate in March and Advanced in May. It was such a wonderful experience. Can’t thank trainer Joe for all of the great work. Our girls have learned a lot ( and us humans too)!

PetSmart house brand cat food is my cats’ food of choice. All three of them! They’re always so friendly and I usually find nice things on sale when I need them. Catnip prices are good for the large sizes as well.

Been using this location for 10 years now. The Banfield attached to the store is the best i have found.The vets and techs have always been respectful and very good with our fur monsters. We have moved over an hour away but still use as our primary pet veterinarian. Will continue to stay here. I would recommend this location highly.. Petsmart itself is where we get most of our pet supplies and will drive the extra distance when compared to a competitor is closer but not as helpful as Petsmart

My dog came home from his grooming appointment and within 2 hours was unable to walk. Something had clearly happened at his appointment but no one told us. He was in intense pain in his back and was miserable. After taking him to urgent care, they confirmed a spinal injury from falling or jumping too far. It took him 2 weeks of meds and rehab to recover. When I called the store to discuss the incident with them, the manager assured me he would review salon footage and follow up with me - he never did. Hence this review. Don’t go to the groomer here.

The beginner puppy class with Joe was amazing! He is a very experienced and patient trainer who will set you and your pup up with the basics of good canine behavior. Our 5 month old German Shepard pup Zoe loved the classes-positive training approach was very effective. Can’t wait for the intermediate class. Highly recommend.

Really enjoy this location. The staff are frowning friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They helped me with what I needed and made the experience easy. The have a great fish selection and I'd recommend this location to others and I'll be back for sure.

The store staff is friendly and the store is always clean. The shelves are thin on inventory, and the product sales they advertise are light on the product, making it difficult to use the sale.
