Cool, old house turned into a neat looking ice cream shop with delicious ice cream! The apple crumble ice cream was amazing. I got both apple and the cinnamon snickerdoodle, which reminded me more of the milk after eating a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch, but it was still good.

Outstanding, just outstanding!! All ice cream is not the same. The ice cream at Shannon's is amazing and most of it is handmade by Shannon and her staff (these are your best options IMO).I got the crepe this time and I'm telling you it was out of this world!! Stuffed with whatever you want on the inside with ice cream on top. Mine had almond pistachio topping it which was truly one of the best ice creams I've had! Oh my, what a treat that was!They have plenty of amazing non-dairy options and lots of other tasty treats as well.Shannon and her staff are wonderful hosts and you will undoubtedly have a great time here. I highly recommend this if you like premium awesome ice cream!Thanks Shannon!!

OMG what an incredible ice cream experience. We had a beautiful walk through town, to a wholesome, family environment at the ice cream shop. The ice cream is delightful and fresh. The place is clean. Everyone was so friendly and nice, we left with our tummies full and just happy. We've been back twice. They also do pup gelato.

This place is very quaint and adorable. The artwork reflects the shop and you feel at home. Not only does this place carry Tillamook ice cream, but they also make their own. I had snickerdoodle and it was the best. The waffle cones are made right there and they stay crunchy. Service is excellent!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE…

Don't miss the opportunity to have this amazing ice cream. The girl that served us was super friendly and very patient with us as we sampled different flavors. I had the rhubarb crumble ice cream and it was fantastic. Very creamy and smooth. Some of the best ice cream we'd had.

This is the place to go for ice cream. When you enter you're immediately met with the smell of their home made waffle cones. The wait wasn't long, the staff was super friendly, and ice cream was on point. It's no wonder why they have such a great reputation with the locals. If your ever in the area, I recommend stopping by and trying it yourself!

John and Shannon make the tastiest ice cream, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit after a 9 hour drive from the Sawtooths. The house made Chocolate Hazelnut was amazing and I will definitely have their Rhubarb Crumble next time. Their making goes far beyond ice cream... Be sure to check out Shannon's Photoshop pieces and interior/exterior design from lighting to the beautiful awning. And, if it's not too busy, ask John about how he made the "fiddleback" ice cream case from pieces of the dead walnut tree outside. Yes, they did have the owls carved in that old tree too.

We love Shannon's Ice Cream. The owners are so friendly and they make amazing ice cream. I can't eat sugar and it is so rare for me to find ice cream shops that offer tasty sugar free options. But Shannon's always has at least one flavor (usually more) and is so good! They also offer dairy free options too! It's such a blessing to have healthier options that taste so yummy!

This is a gem. Darling shop with delightful owners. It was fun to meet Shannon and Jonathan and chat about their business and town. Other staff were equally charming. Ice cream was fantastic. I'm rooting for Shannon's long-term success so I can return. :)

What a great find! We were looking for a treat when we pulled into town and chose this over a chain store. Very cute and spacious inside and out. Great tasting and unique homemade flavors as well as more comercial popular flavors. Homemade waffle cones too. You won’t be disappointed!!!
