Jen at The Dalles Pharmacy is rude. I'm not a regular customer, I wasn't really sure how the call in system worked at Rite Aid. Jen didn't want to take the time to explain to me how the process worked, and why they are so slow. All the other Pharmacy employees We're nice and helpful. Maybe Jen should be stocking shelves and not talking to customer.

I reviewed this place about 1.5 years ago. And I tell you all again that pharmacy treats everyone like total SNOBS!!! Corporate calls and saids they'll fix it. A month later they said they wanted to see at that Rite Aid location I hesitated but agreed. I waited for someone from Corporate to go only to come face to face with the actual pharmacist that I had complained about. I stood by r my review,I stood by what I said about her other people she works with. Conclusion: They NEVER apologized! And to this day I hear they're ( staff at Rite Aid)still the RUDEST people the general public has seen. No wonder the franchise is closing down. It's ashame it use to be a great store

I needed a cane tip for my cane. There was only one size available so I asked the gal in charge at the cash register area. She said it probably isn't large enough, but took the cane and worked and worked with until it fit perfectly. It will last as long as the cane!

The pharmacists and techs here are always kind and very helpful. They will get what you need or help you find it. Also LGBTQ friendly and respectful. The staff here are great

I wish I could give 5 stars, my problem is not with service, nor with Staff. Standing to wait in line for Rx, is impossible for me, physically. Every visit customers echo this issue. There needs to be a 'sit in line' process, get benches and 'take a numbers'

I have been trying to pickup or leave prescriptions at this - my regular pharmacy - for at least two, if not three weeks now. Either they are closed or everyone is on lunch from eleven a.m. until mid afternoon. I've made trips out to the pharmacy at different times of the day and it's either "They're on lunch" or " They're closed today" (not a weekend) lol Why?? I talked the store clerk out front today and she tried to tell me that the staff was just on lunch - at 3 in the afternoon???I *need* my prescriptions!So I went to Safeway and requested they take my prescriptions for me. Not a problem. I'm hoping everything goes through and I can get the prescriptions I need as soon as possible. .

This store has got to be the cleanest one I have ever been in!! The staff in the retail part is always very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, I have found the pharmacy to be terribly slow!! If I call in a prescription, the automated call-in tells me a time when my prescription will be ready, but it never is!! The pharmacy should take a page from the retail part of the store!!

Pharmacy is closed on weekends now, E.R. sent my sons antibiotics there to be filled, but we now cant get them until Monday at the earliest because the RX is closed on weekends. I feel like this Rite Aid has been going majorly down hill in the last few years. My family will not be using their pharmacy anymore.

The people at this pharmacy are great… one stands out above the (the name tag may fool you.. it reads Karen) this person always seems happy to see me, or even just talk on the phone. I feel like we’re actually almost friends. I hated going into the pharmacy in my old town.. I always felt like I was being judged.. by EVERYONE behind the counter.. Never felt that here.

Rite-Aide Pharmacy is a awesome pharmacy to go to. The pharmacist is really really great, & she works a lot to help people get their medications filled & to them. We really like her very much & we appreciate all her work she does for our family. The hours of the pharmacy is: (7 days a week) (Monday-Sunday) (9:00AM- 9:00PM) which is very helpful. I have gone back to Rite-Aide pharmacy in 3 states. Rite-Aide pharmacy helps our whole family with all their medications needs. The days & hours are very helpful for our families needs. They are so good that sometimes it may be a little hard to get through to them on the phone. But all the people there are so wonderful & nice. I really enjoy our pharmacy & all the people who work there.

2 weeks ago I had a prescription put thru at 8:30 am it wasn't ready until 4:30 pm for a sinus infection. Then today Friday 10/21/22 I had another prescription put thru for an ear infection, went to pick it up an hour and a half later and was told it would be ready Monday. How anybody think this is alright is beyond me. Will be changing pharmacies!

Terrible customer service. The hours on the website are not the pharmacy hours, the staff don't answer the phone, or if the call is connected they hang up immediately, and they don't help customers in order. Waited 30 minutes after checking in with staff to pick up the prescription (while the staff helped other customers) only to pretend they had never heard of me or my medicine. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible, unless you have hours to wait in line.

Doing business with Rite Aid Pharmacy is something i will no longer have anything to do with. Because of my congestive heart failure my doctor prescirbed me an inhaler. They came to me refusing to give it to me blaming my doctor. Then they asked me to wait coming up to me after that saying they wont give it to me this time blaming my insurance provider. I walked out of there with no inhaler medicine because Rite Aid Pharmacy had no interest to help only wanted to create misfortune by saying no and blaming others. I was so discouraged i havent been back to that pharmacy or any doctor for over 7 months now. Do not ever go to Rite Aid Pharmacy

This is my choice pharmacy to get prescriptions filled. Staff is great. Helpful and quick. Also, a great place to pick up those odds and ins from gift cards, makeup, beer, sunscreen and snacks. Photo lab to print pictures.
