We went on 8-26-23 and were treated awful, we are not homeless, we were paying customers, two Caucasian females ASSUMED we didn't have money to purchase food, my grand daughters wanted chicken strips, very unprofessional and RUDE!! We asked for the bathroom code to wash our hands and automatically they thought we were homeless!!!!

Convenient location. Easy access off/on the freeway; for travelers ( a HUGE plus for me!!)I had a diet pepsi float (Yes! Diet pepsi!)A perfect "meal" on a hot day.

Me and my buddy got to pinning away for Moolatte's and, we were hungry, so we hit the drive thru. Ordered the appropriate drinks and fish sandwiches. This was my first experience in memory with a DQ fish sandwich. I have to say it was pretty good.Parking: DQ is easy to park at, unless it's really hot out, then sometimes the parking lot can be full, right along with the drive thru. It's hot, and they serve ice cream, what do you expect... lol.

Dairy Queen is a bit on the expensive side but the quality and flavor of the food is great. In the dozen or so times that I've visited various Dairy Queens I've unfortunately never been wowed by the service. Other times I had to wait a long time in the drive thru. But my experience today at this particular location wasn't too bad. I was greeted soon after entering even though they were quite busy. I had placed my order via the mobile app and they were already working on it. My order was brought out promptly and the order was perfect. Thank you for pulling through for me this time, Dairy Queen!

This was hands down one of the best Dairy Queen or fast food places we’ve been to. The customer service was great. We had a group of 18 people and Jaynee was awesome. She took our order and got everything perfect, even the special requests. They were organized and had great attitudes serving a big group on the 4th of July. They brought all our food out and asked if we needed any boxes to go. Highly recommend this location.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENTYou must train your employees on a higher level when it comes to being sanitary. While preparing my food, it is completely unexceptable to run your fingers repeatedly through your hair from the from to the back while holding my food directly under your face. This is a huge turn off. One would think common sense would tell you to never touch yourself while working with food. This includes hair placement, scratching face, neck and arms. And a huge one I see everywhere I go, playing with your phone in-between orders. It baffles me how some places use hair nets and gloves and others do not. Consider it or not, but how you and your employees conduct themselves behind the counter is what strengthens or weakens the future of your restaurant. Customers are always watching.

The employees at this location are incredibly unprofessional! My friend was ordering and the entire time you can hear them through the speaker box complaining and yelling about what we were ordering. Then when we went up to the window the lady in the drive through window asked if we wanted to donate to a charity and we politely declined and she shook her head at us and was completely rude the remaining time. How unprofessional and sad to treat people like this!

I went after work to get my free doordash chicken strips meal. The guys and girls working where FANTASTIC! Staci and her co-workers where do friendly and working HARD. I arrived at 5pmish on a Friday and they where really busy but I still got my food and choc malt in a timely manner! Thank you (The Dalles) DQ crew!Love ya Staci! 😁

Service was good and food was fresh. I like that they let you sit down and bring you your food instead of making you stand there and wait for it like a lot of other places. We stopped going to our local Dairy Queen in Columbia City, IN because they skimp on the fries like they will go bankrupt if they give you more that 5 fries, but this location gave plenty.

Not good customer service barley anything I even asked for extra chocolate on my ice cream and left it half empty. Got $50 worth of stuff and my card didn’t work for some reason and the girl working there gave me a attitude and said rudely that it’s the card and their machine has been working all night I said thank you and sorry after he gave me the last thing and he didn’t say anything and closed the window with a frown on his face

Staff was nice, but it felt like a high school home room, not a restaurant. Staff was distracted by phones, friends, and talking to each other instead of working on the dinner rush. Also found bone in chicken tender.

I have never had such horrible customer service. I ordered my blizzard and was given the wrong one so I asked for the right one. After some confusion the manager proceeded to yell out the window at me & my mom (multiple times). My mom tried to give the blizzard which was given back and she was really rude in explaining that they can’t take them back. After finally getting our food and pulling around the store to eat our food we the. Realized we never got our sauces that we paid for, one of our drinks, & our cheese curds. I worked in customer service so I understand the job can be stressful especially when you are trying to manage large orders; but there is no excuse for yelling at a customer who is paying for there food.

Messed up order. Forgot a fry got a med size go back after I've already gotten home, they give me a size SMALL fry. What in the word?! Can't do anything else. Pretty messed up. Can't even make it right but yet give a size smaller

the food was good-we had a hot dog and chicken strip basket. The young gal who waited on us forgot who ordered the meal when it was ready. We heard her ask the other counter girl if she knew who ordered it. It is about 8:15pm and there were 3 other customers on a Monday night. Good grief, even I knew what the other customers had ordered ahead and behind us.

Food is good. Fast service. Only drive through is open you cannot go inside at all. Nowhere to sit outside which I think they need since it is right next to the highway. It's also a little difficult to find your way there from the highway.
