Was in to purchase a handgun & the staff was very friendly from the start to finish. It’s always a long process when purchasing guns & they do their best to make that process as easy as possible. I had done my research on the handgun I wanted to buy and luckily they had it in stock. I was always greeted promptly and helped right away. I am happy with my gun and would purchase again from Coastal.

I walked in this afternoon with a friend of mine that was looking for her first personal carry. She’s new to guns, never bought one or ammo and asked me to come along to help her. I assured her that whoever she meets at the counter would be extremely helpful and willing to answer any of her questions, As most firearms dealers/employees are. My opinion completely changed when we met Jeff. He was very standoffish and rude. Almost as if he didn’t even want to deal with any customers. After asking to look at a small ruger he scoffed at us and gave out a sarcastic “Okay”. He did retrieve the gun but he leaned over the counter towards my friend. Gave her a disgusting look and handed the gun over to her with it dangling out of his fingers saying “here you go” and I swear I could smell hard alcohol on his breath. My friend was clearly uncomfortable so I told him no thanks and we left the store. After purchasing from coastal farm and ranch before I am very upset about this! With Jeff on shift I can’t even give this location a one star

Great store store associate Kristy Borton went above and beyond with helping nor only me but several other customers. I was so impressed I stayed to observe. Coastal is very blessed to have such a great employee. Thank you Kristy you made buying boots quick and easy.

I called in to order some dog food. They put me on hold until 8PM (closing time). I had called about 5 min till. They answered and refused to take my order for 1 bag. Told me they were closed and hung up. Another time they said it was too late in the day to get my payment info so they'd just take it when I came in. When I showed up the next day, there was no order and no evidence that I had called. I was showing the manager my phone log when the night manager piped in that there was no call as she walked past. I had the evidence in my hand. A 3rd time, an employee had a question and yet a different manager responded way to harshly to the employee's question. This store is staffed with the rudest possible people and I only go there out of necessity.

Good people, well stocked store. Only reason 4 stars is the checkout area could use an update. Sometimes it's hard to tell which line is supposed to go where with all the stuff in front of the checkout area, and no lines or anything to direct customers.

The store has a wide variety of inventory. From stoves to knives and ammo to hot chicks and kids clothes. We did not find what we were seeking. The lines were backed up, so we left without purchasing the stuff I had picked up, but not really needed. put it back.

Went in to look at some firearms, the guy working the counter, I think his name was Jeff reeked of alcohol, and the slightly slured speech made me really uncomfortable.Why is an employee working with firearms smell, and appear to be buzzed if not drunk?Hopefully management sees this and addresses it before someone gets hurt.I won't be coming in anymore.

Lots of good stuff in this store.Good work clothes selection for men and women.Lots of fun stuff to look at, sporting goods, farm supplies ECT ECT.Boot selection is a hard topic, lots of good brands and a huge area of boots n shoes......but they never have the right size and it reminds me of a Kmart toy department.....just in total disarray!Aside from that a good spot for farm supplies and work gear.

It is a pretty good farm store. They have a wide selection of products. They cater a lot to work and western wear. They have a camping section, but mostly I go there to get chicken feed and cat food.There is a big parking lot and most of the animal feed is out so you can grab a bag off the pallet and take it out the front door, instead of driving around and getting it brought out to the car.The bathroom is fine if you are standing. The parking lot is large and there is a decent Asian food place next door.

This place has just about everything you might need for outdoor activities. They have rifles, handguns and ammo. They have targets for the shooting range and tannerite for making a big Bang. They have hunting and fishing equipment. They have clothing for any outdoor activitie you could want to engage in. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

They're almost ALWAYS out of the feed I need, or load the wrong kind, or say they don't have any only for the computer to show they have 25 and lo and behold when I ask them to look again, they do have it. The customer service for the most part is atrocious. There are a few great employees but overwll, none of them are knowledgeable about anything having to do with the department they work in. Had a particularly awful experience in the clothing dept. yesterday. I believe her name was Marlene. Beyond rude repeatedly. I was shocked and flat out asked her if she was that rude to everyone or just me. I put back the four clothing items I was going to purchase because I couldn't stomach the thought of buying something from her. Do better Coastal. Get some employees that are at least friendly and pleasant. Never mind knowing anything about their department. Like I said though, a FEW excellent employees that should get a raise for sure and you should cull all the rest of them. Rude employees is a surefire way to kill your business.

Drove an hour to get an advertised product. The store never had the product nor did they offer a replacement. The store has a stack of flyers advertising said product. Staff stated they never had that product. Probably will not be shopping there anymore.

I paid for a small bit of straw at the register. They didnt have that in the hay shed, so they sent me home with a full bale...enough to mulch my strawberries for 20 years:-)

This place is a not worth the trip anymore.Used to be a good farm store, not even a decent hardware store now.Waited 15mins on hold, called back 4 times, hung up on me 3 times.Put me back on hold... all just to find out they even carry fertilizer in totes? Are you really even a farmstore? Since when did farmers stop needing fertilzer.Mentioned phone problems to manager Daniel and he tells me "I hope you better luck shopping at a different store. WOW!Im going back to Wilco.

Not much staff able to help with stuff.Kinda expensive for feed. But otherwise it's an alright place. Boots are terribly disorganized, which makes it very difficult to find the right type and size of boots. Was frustrating trying to get my new work boots in my size, I actually had to get a more expensive pair because I couldn't find my size in the randomness.

I was not able to find what I needed, but I used the bathroom, and forgot my wedding ring in the restroom, I had left the store, and returned 10 minutes later, and my ring was still there, that showed that there are very honest people that shop the store, thanks to everyone honest person in the store.
