!!Please read this BEFORE you take your pets here!!This place needs to be shut down. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional business. The vet needs to retire.I took my dog here to get her teeth cleaned and possibly do some extractions. I get to the office and it is GROSS. It’s dirty and dark and really unsettling. The front desk ladies took my dogs weight and kept referring to my dog as an “it”. How much did “it” weight? What is “it” in for? After multiple times of me clarifying that she is a GIRL and is clearly wearing a pink harness, they kept referring to her as either “him” or “it”. Not a huge deal, but right off the bat, it made me feel like they didn’t care about my dog.Then we go to the back room for her exam. **PLEASE READ THIS PART**First of all, the tools that were laid out on the table were dirty and literally had RUST. So unsanitary and unorganized. It looked like the set of a SAW movie. Then he starts heavily man-handling my dog. He’s grabbing the back of her head all hard to look at her teeth. He looked for literally 2 seconds and just goes, “yeah, they’re dirty”. Then he starts trying to give her a shot of anesthetic in the middle of me asking questions. I had to grab my dog and ask him what he was doing. He was obviously in a rush. Then I asked him “are you guys willing to please call me before you do any extractions so that I can prepare if my dog is going to come home without teeth?” He goes “NO!”I immediately grabbed my dog and my stuff and said “I don’t feel comfortable with you doing this procedure”. He rudely said “Yeah, I don’t either”. We both exchanged some ugly words with each other and he called me the B-word before I left. Even the front desk ladies yelled at him for how he was treating me.I will be calling everywhere I can think of to get this place shut down before they hurt or KILL anymore animals.!!PLEASE TAKE YOUR PETS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I had a great experience with Dr Raymond. I took my Doberman in to have her ears cropped (and all the series of puppy vaccinations) He has been a vet for many, many years. He is experienced and knows what he is doing, ear cropping is an art and Dr. Raymond definitely knows how to do it correctly.From research I expected to have to post my dogs ears for at least a year. I was pleased this wasn’t the case. Dr. Raymond did the surgery, the short term after care and only one “post” was required after healing, until her ears were complete(which he did) Her ears look great.I am grateful I live in the area and didn’t have to travel too far to find Dr. Raymond.He is definitely old school and to the point. I enjoyed his easy going and confident personality.

We are new pet parents, and our puppy had an ear infection. The vet was amazing, explained everything well and gave us the appropriate medication for his ear all at a very fair priceUpdatepuppy is thriving and happy and we are excited for a life with him.

Best caring, kind and knowledgeable animal doctor I have ever met ❤️ definitely recommend this place if you are looking to take your pets that you love the most, and want a caring, kind awesome doctor, and super friendly staff. Went in with my two kittens and brought our puppy for the ride and asked about her shots to make and appointment and he said why wait bring her on in and he will take a look at her. How AMAZING and the cost is not a arm, leg and foot. it is reasonable. My kittens had an accident in their cage and it didnt even phase him ❤️

Our pup developed a hot spot on her cheek this past weekend so called Monday morning and got a same day appointment. A few hours later her face started swelling so called back on the off chance they could see her even earlier... and they did! Gave her relief from the pain she was in and put me and my family at ease. A very heartfelt thank you to Dr. Heuberger!

So far my experience is Kind , friendly caring . trying to get an appointment on the same day at vet when everyone is booked, including mid valley and they still made room for my dog a new patient, who's m unable to go #2 and has me so worried.

The best bet we have ever been to. Cares more about the animals then the money and works with you. DR.H saved us thousands on a neuter. Went wrong and he saw us twice after without charge. And gave our fur baby necessary meds also with no charge. Very very good.

Dear Pet Owners, please read!Hello. I want to make this sound professional, at the expense of understanding how emotional this is.This veterinary clinic and its staff, cannot be trusted! The lack of equipment and medical knowledge, was flabbergasting!Upon taking my cat into the clinic, the doctor didn’t listen to any of our concerns and this resulted in (kitty’s name) death.For the full context, we brought in (kitty’s name) to be checked for a gastrointestinal problem and the doctor simply touched the kitty’s belly and claimed, “‘He just need this (gel like) medicine, only for a few days. Everything will be fine then.’” However, after three-ish days, the kitty was not getting better and we brought him back. Again, the doctor did not listen to our concerns and sent us away. All of this, alongside aggressive customer service/support and greedy intentions. A few days later (kitty’s name) passed and we were all devastated. The euthanasia was preformed by the doctor, and was very cold about the entire process. After everything was said-and-done, the doctor expressed it was his fault! I was frustrated, as immediately after the doctor asked about ‘payment’.Please be safe and check other clinics, do it for our pets. Thank you.

Love this clinic and Dr Raymond. He is very understanding and patience. Even with us humans. Lol. He made a very difficult time go smoothly and gentle for both of us. After 20 years of having my emotional support dog I had to have her cross the rainbow bridge. I will never forget all of the kindness Dr. Raymond and his staff did for us.

Very knowledgeable and straightforward. Doesn't run you through the paces with uneeded tests or procedures. He even showed me how to get my cat to take a pill, it works every time. He's also the best price I've found. Been bringing my animals here for 5 years, and will continue doing so.

Very straightforward people. Not rude. Just to the point. They don't mess around with any unnecessary x-rays , blood test ect. Prices are great. And they didn't even charge us for a visit to look at my dog's teeth and check his heart

Raymond and his staff are so friendly and extremely helpful! My pup had an angry looking foot and Ray knew what he needed and explained everything quickly and thoroughly. My Bruce is not a fan of the vet but eventually felt comfortable enough to lay down on the table. If you need a reasonable vet that knows what they are doing definitely go here!

It's unfortunate to leave a negative review because I know multiple people who take their dogs here, but after 2 pets have died, I think it's important to inform others of the lack of care. I have never bothered to bring my own dog here after always being rudely spoken to by the receptionist. Rude customer service makes me worry about how poorly they'll treat my animal, as well. I did bring my kitten here as they are very cheap and it was only for shots. However, my in laws took their lab here multiple times a few months back. As others have mentioned, the vet fails to fully inspect the animal and just prescribes antibiotics. She ended up passing away in November from what we believe was cancer or some sort of organ failure. My brother-in-law also took his cat here recently since they're so cheap. His cat was sick for weeks and the vet again just prescribed antibiotics without a thorough inspection of the problem. His cat had to be rushed to the emergency vet, was diagnosed with a urinary blockage that ended up causing kidney failure and he also passed. For the sake of other people's animals, this vet needs to retire. I've never heard of so many animals dying from lack of vet care.

Very nice and friendly service at the front desk. Very caring with my three cats. Prices were very reasonable and no waiting for the appointment when I entered.The Vet was great with all my pets, they didn't act frightened and were easy to hold during their check-ups.I look forward to having them care for my pets in the future.

My dogs were itching to the point of pulling hair out and they helped me stop the itch plus had spray strong enough to get rid of the fleas and eggs. We had tried everything before this, even grooming, twice.

No frills here. It's pure country farmer QUALITY care here. You may feel as if you stepped back in time in this waiting room...rocking chairs, antique displays, etc, but the vet here knows EVERYONE and you are not just another tail coming through the door. There are plenty of urban new clinics to be found...don't miss out on this old times Jewel of a country vet. Awesome level of care here.

We were treated as if we were a bother to them. The front desk lady yelled at us to hurry up pick which animal we are seeing first and get in the room. I have other people waiting in their car outside. The place was not busy. Only one other person there who was waiting for someone else to show up. We were rushed in rushed out and treated poorly. Worst place ever. Only good thing great prices. If you don't care about being respected or the well being of your animal, go for it.

Dr. Heuberger is the best vet ever. He's the most affordable, knowledgeable, engaging, and sensable doc, and I will drive hours from home for my dogs' routine exams with him. He's been my family's vet for years and always stays relevant and abreast of current practices. His good sense gave me many more months with my old dog, and I couldn't be more thankful for that time!

This vet is the best!!! Did extensive surgery on my 11 1/2 year old dog, he took 3 tumors off, one of which was the size of a baseball, he did amazing and I didn't have to pay an arm and leg for amazing, and fantastic surgery. I recommend this vet to anyone looking for an AMAZING VET!! These are the before and after pics of the one baseball size tumor. I also have to give recognition to the receptionist/vet lol, she knows her stuff and is on top of things!! Love them both ❤️ Thanks for actually caring about the animals and not the $$$, wish there were more people in this world like these two!!!

You're not gonna find nicer people or more reasonable prices anywhere in the valley. Dr. Heuberger and staff do this because they love animals. Certainly not getting rich on the prices they charge. Great people plus he is a veteran.
