I purchased my home insurance through Stacy Odell @ Blake Ewing Farmers Insurance. I cannot praise Stacy highly enough. My home, a dated mobile home, was damaged during the Feb 2021 ice storm. Severely. I live under a bunch of 100' + Douglas fir trees. I knew it was vulnerable, right? As Stacy consulted me through the purchase of my insurance, she gently insisted that I purchase a Replacement Value policy. I tried to resist the inclusion, but ultimately it only added like $10 a month, so...Stacy SAVED MY BOTTOM. Because of the age of my home, I would have only received about 30% of the cost to repair the structure. 30 PERCENT! I couldn't have replaced the roof let alone do all the repairs necessary to make the house livable again.Today, my home is repaired, and comfortable. It's been basically rebuilt from the frame up, and it's beautiful, as I've been told repeatedly. Foremost Insurance (Farmers sub) went out of their way to make sure I was compensated for the loss. Their claims adjustor (Rob Ward) was beyond helpful. He was instrumental in guiding me through the process and wanted to make sure we were okay. I was worried about having to fight an insurance company. HA! They took care of us.But it ALL began with Stacy Odell!
