I really enjoy and appreciate Wilco Farm Stores. I haven't the foggiest clue as to the magical ingredient that draws me to these stores. Truthfully I'm not really even a pet person, let alone someone that would ever have livestock to care for. None the less, if I can think of something I do need that they carry, I will go there over other stores regardless of who has the better price.I have a very similar fondness of the Home Depot. There is one subtle difference however. When you walk into a Home Depot, there is a significant business vibe. Customers along with employees have a sense of urgency and importance about them, and it's jobsite dialog in every ear shot you're walking through.When you stroll into a Wilco Farm Store, it's just easy. The jobs are just as important, if not slightly more important. Only here, there isn't any panic or guess work. Things move at the same pace, but you don't feel it. Wilco is like, getting ready to sit down to a farm fresh breakfast after working outside in the morning. Iced tea and a sandwich with all the fixin's after washing your car in the lawn. These wonderful people live their work 24/7. They don't go to a job site, they work at a home. Perhaps not always their own home, but the vibe is the same.Just makes ya wanna hug the nearest farmer!!!.... and before I forget to mention it, the reason for 4 stars as apposed to 5 is only due to my experience at this particular Wilco. It's not bad by all means, however the employees at this location always seem to be slightly stressed out, or like they aren't having a good day. It's a little bit strange. One could speculate, but I think we all have an idea as to why that usually is in any company location.

Their clothing does not include plus size for women. The clothing section is just to small. The store feels cramped and the two employees I met seemed absolutely bored with their jobs. But the loading of feed into your vehicle is nice. But seriously, some plus size, high quality working jeans for women would be amazing.

I've been hitting wilco for dog food and puppy food and other puppy needs since Oct 19 when I had 2 litters born and they have been so helpful. Their prices are reasonable and makes it easy to get what you need to care for your animals.

So-called them up and asked them if they had car heart t-shirts in my size it put me on hold when it looked came back and said oh yeah we got lots in your size so I went there instead of driving on past state and then go into coastal only to find they had one shirt and my size d*** wilco anyway

It's ok, but a small store in the branch. When I went to pick up some feed the guy in front of me was sold the wrong feed and had to return and buy the right one, then when I went up to purchase some feed I asked for medicated chick feed and was sold and loaded regular chicken feed. Also asked for two bags of bedding and was sold and loaded one, didn't bother to go back in and fix it cause I'll need adult feed some day and was doing this on my lunch so was running out of time. They're the same distance from Scio as Coastal Farms in Albany and just rather go there, I've always gotten the right product the first time and they have a lot more to their store and better knowledge with live stock and back yard farming. Wilco should really upgrade the stayton store.
