Landon and his family helped our farm for years. Good times and hard. Words do not express how much my family is thankful for Diamond L Feed. When our farm flooded, their high quality feed got us through the winter. When I needed calving advice, I got it. When I needed Cowboy advice, I got it. When times were tough, they were there. A few years back, Wilco had garbage overpriced feed (with gravel in it), I was told by a Cowgirl, Diamond L Feed had the good stuff. Best decision ever. Landon, his wife and his family work extremely hard to get what the area needs. I would give Diamond L Feed 10 stars if it let me. Give em a call and leave a message, be patient because they are working hard. I tip my hat to these folks and wish there were more like them. God Bless!

Quick response to availability on hay. I live on the coast and need special hay for one of my horses. Got my 40+ bales loaded and headed home. All the gals there were helpful and friendly. I'll be back next year!

This was my first time getting delivery from Diamond L Feed and Transportation. I needed 6 and half tons. Landon was very professional always answered my texts and set up delivery and was on time. I like that I was able to order by # of bales and in different varieties. The quality of hay was excellent. He unloaded everything stacked it where I needed it. I will definitely be using him in the future. My 3 horses love the valley grass hay and the alfalfa hay that was delivered. Thank you again Diamond L feed and transportation and a big thank you to Landon.

I called in desperation because my new horse did not like the hay I had for another horse. Landon brought me quality hay and took the other hay away for me for an even exchange. He's prompt on delivery and when I go to his barn I get great customer service there. I will continue to purchase my hay and grain from Diamond L.

Ordered for delivery. Had help lined up to unload and stack. They completely blew it off. No show. When I called, they just replied oh... yeah.. making it clear that they forgot. Did not make it up by getting on it immediately. Scheduled for days later and did show up, but my help and i wasted our day waiting the first time.

I have exclusively bought all my hay approximately 45 plus ton a year of several kinds, big and small bales( and assorted grains) from them for the past 5 years, it's always been exactly what they said it was, very good customer service and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I reccomend them to all my horseshoeing and horse related customers.

Unsure what is going on internally; however, it seems they lack communication with each other and/or remembering what was said to customers. Up until today, they was, what I thought, a ideal 4.5 star rating. (little bumps in the road but Landon would try to make the situations "right" with each bump). Of course, I dealt with him directly. Since this year, I noticed a shift in their service by other customer/local discussions by people mentioning the "girls in charge" are rude (they used some other terms that is not ideally appropriate to post). I brushed it off as each person can have issues. Some legit. Some drama. Some in between. Until today that is.....Whoever is in charge of the social media etc, defiantly gave horrible customer service. The moment I screen shot the situation so I could discuss this with Landon, was the moment they took off my comment/concern, blocked me from any further comments (removed me as a follower). Instead of saying in the beginning "I'll pass this one to Landon so he is aware he didn't call you back". Instead, I got a justification and an excuse about how he is busy and has a family. This is concluding that customers, who pay by the thousands, don't have a life of their own. I called on a Sunday, as a few rare times in the past, when they are normally closed. This was personally okay'd with him when he delivered hay to my property last year. It was okay'd because sometimes he is out of state or on the Eastern part of Oregon or we need to set up delivery ability based on his schedule etc. Just to call toward evening for a quick price check or a acknowledgement of his departure if going to go pick up a load. Easy 5 min call, if that. I have swung by there in the past and they didn't give him my messages, so this was his solution that I was following. I had to seek elsewhere for hay for the mean time awaiting for that call. It is Thursday with no call. Nonetheless, the attitude of this woman was un-called for. Also to mention, the website on Sunday DID NOT have current prices. The last update was about how they was closed on the 4th. That was a few weeks ago, so obviously it wasn't updated. I brought that to his attention on Sunday (hence the reason I told him I was calling). I was looking at picking up trying to buy 4 to 6 tons of local hay on Monday (or schedule delivery) and he acknowledged that and said he would call me back. If can't remember to call customers back, take down notes or even use text if needed to. Yet, this is the response I get.....If he forgot about it all, okay, just acknowledge that with out all that attitude justification. I won't be back, that is for sure.
