Amazing people, Amazing customer support! Heather took such great care of our youngest after her newly purchased (from a reptile show) tortoise passed away. She talked with her about different reasons a young tortoise might not live very long and let her sit and hold some of the other animals she had in the store at the time. Once my daughter found a tortoise that she connected with Heather marked it with chalk and said it's yours when you are ready! A few days later we came back and picked it up. They showed us how to set up a good natural environment and how to maintain it. Heather gave my daughter the confidence to take in another tortoise and he/she is doing great (we are still not sure). Awesome shop will return soon...oldest still wants a snake.

I would recommend this buisness to anyone who values their reptiles! They clearly care about every animal they have under their care and it shows in the health and quality of the animals they produce. They also produce all kinds for food for any animal that you could purchase from them so you know the food your pets are consuming are raised right and are good quality food for your pets! They are a great small business and my whole family sees them for reptile food, not just for our ball pythons we got from them either! I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets and who wants the best quality food and care!

I highly recommend this place The owners are extremely knowledgeable they make sure you know everything you need to know they are very responsive to phone calls and texts and their tank builds are done very well and you can't beat the price I was expecting it to be a lot more I was really surprised so if you want to be surprised and have a wonderful experience. Update. They're building a custom 4x2x2 enclosure for me can't wait to see how it turns out

S&H Exotics is owned by a lovely couple. They have quality reptiles and even better food. They take great care of all their animals and the food for the animals. Just because a rat, a mouse, a super worm, or a cockroach might be used for food doesn't mean their quality of care is diminished. The baby rats and mice (and even the adults sometimes) get snuggles and attention. The reptiles get handled and loved. They all get quality food.The shop its self is in the living room of their home and is kept clean and at ideal temp for all the animals kept there. Their prices are fair and they're very easy to talk to. This place is absolutely worth checking out if you're looking for Ball Pythons or food for reptiles. They're also a great source of information if you have any questions. They've also been known to take in rescues, if you have or know of a reptiles that needs help.
