Great customer service from " Paula " , a blue buffalo rep. It was hard finding any dry dog food for a senior Chihuahua, with Poultry allergies, almost all of the ones that said beef, bison, pheasant all had a chicken byproduct in it, no matter the brand. It was a bit frustrating, but Paula helped us find a salmon kibble from blue buffalo. She was very informative.

I went there specifically for my sweet, beautiful and healthy bearded dragon. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. (I wish I could remember her name) she was so helpful and gave me confidence in my purchase/adoption. I've only had him home for 24 hours and he's thriving. I am so happy with my experience.

I bought some dental treats for my pup, and the cashier informed me that if my dog didn't like them, I could return the rest of the package. I was surprised. He said it's their policy on all their items. I wish I knew this sooner, but I'm happy I know now.

So I called in today to make an appointment for my dog to get groomed and they only said that I needed the paper saying that they got her rabies which she did. But they are refusing me service now so highly not recommended and this is the only place I can go to get my dog groomed so if you know what's good for you do NOT go here I repeat do Not go here I have to rehome my emotional support animal due to the fact of them not letting me go in to get my dog groomed. I have disabilities so this is discrimination.

Love bringing my yorkie in to get his haircut and groomed. They have the best staff in the grooming department and the front cashier lady is always so happy and welcoming when we come in.Banfields is also a great vet there if you need any animal medical needs!

This PetSmart is the best! They treat our animals exceptionally well, providing top-notch care and service. The grooming salon has a great crew and they actually listen to our requests. Isabel loves our kitty and takes great care of her grooming.Highly impressed with their commitment to pet welfare.

I’ve been coming here for several years, and I’m sad to say, that the new employees and people they’re putting in “management” positions seem to lack “management” training or skills. If you have more than one pet, then I would think twice before coming here. The people they are employing here seem to really dislike their job, let alone having to do it. Each time i come in here to buy food for my pets I am gawked at, harassed, talked about, and feel uncomfortable due to the comments the employees make about the size of my purchases. Their employees “Brennan” and “Nate” seem to really dislike having to do their job if it means they can’t run their mouth and make sly comments about my purchase size. Let alone make comments about their other employees to customers if said employee isn’t doing their job “fast” enough. They make an uncomfortable environment to shop in for customers, and an uncomfortable environment for their employees that they talk poorly about. Talking to their other “management” seems to change nothing besides making them^^ more passive. I will be taking this to the corporate level next, I’ve had enough of the unnecessary comments and dialogue from these workers. Scan the food, bag the food, do your job you get PAID to do, and stop running your mouth about other people. Don’t like it? Find another job. Because I won’t be finding another store to shop at.

Absolutely unacceptable that a chain store is closing early when Top to Bottom can stay open when the ice storm is basically over. I think people’s pets needs are of great importance. Completely unprofessional and uncaring for staff to close early.

How come there’s not a lot of Kitten/Cat products? This PetSmart always has the food I need at a decent price. Few toys here and there. It’s definitely better than Petco that’s for sure.

Quick and easy always has frozen rats in stock for my noodle.I can just buy a single rat instead of buy multiple online and having to store them in the freezer I only have 1 snake so it just simple and easy plus there open late so I can always get what I need after work

I hadn't thought much about my experiences when visiting this store until I visited a competitor. Night and day difference. Without going into details, I concluded that PetSmart takes pride in their customer service and promotes the welfare of their animals. They now have a loyal customer.

The staff here is wonderful! They are pretty knowledgeable and very helpful when you need something. We adopted our cat there during adoption day, and the process was so smooth. Would be my only choice for pet stores, but they don't have any saltwater fish. Tell your pets I said hello.

Update: 2 years later.... I'm sticking with the 4 stars. Not much has changed in this store. Customer service and availability are inconsistent. I went there 2 days ago and there were no cashiers at any of the registers. I ended up leaving my freeze dried blood worms on the first register and walked out because I was in a hurry. They are however very friendly. They really are just struggling to get to that next level where they should be consistently.These guys seem to know there products well. I have never been told, "I'm not sure." or, "I don't know." by any of the employees there. I really don't like returning anything I buy, so I tend to ask questions if I'm not familiar with a product. There store is clean and stocked for the most part. They were out of a few types of fish we considered buying for our small aquarium, but everything else we thought about getting was there. The only reason they missed my 5th star was due to the length of time we stood by the fish tanks without the associate acknowledging us. She was with another customer at first, and then continued her work while communicating with other employees. I eventually had to ask her to assist us. I had my 6 year old son with me, and he was being a bit testy. Perhaps that's why she didn't seem eager or super pleased to help us.? All in all a good store and worth the visit. I signed up for a rewards card as well. The check out person asked if I had one, but when I said no she never asked if I would like to sign up for one. I ended up having to ask her if I could sign up. A little work on customer service would get them that 5th star for sure!

Good place to start a pet life, they ave almost all needs for exotic, fish, bird, small, and large 4-legged pets. If you're trying to save lots of money, then you will have to spend a little extra time on where to find items for a lower cost. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Realized my dog with pancreatitis was out of food. Vet isn't open or on labor day. The food she eats is apparently prescribed. They let me purchase one can to get her by till Tuesday. Super helpful, I can't thank them enough for the accommodation.

We been in several times to buy goldfish there at a very reasonable cost. I got 60 goldfish for my aquaponics main tank for $8. I know a lot of people buy them feeder fish but you can still grow them for other purposes.
