All the people in here are so nice and so laid back. They mind their business when you walk in. They will ask you if you need anything but it’s not right when you walk in. Their policies are super great. Every product I’ve gotten I’ve loved or my pup has loved. The nulo food brand is quite good same with their treats. I do gotta say it is expensive but this would be the first time I’ve said this in awhile. You pay for what you get, quality is fantastic. Don’t shy away from this location please !!

The selection was great and when I went in with my girlfriend she was helped and had great service. When I was checked out my cashier was staring at me way too much. It felt like goo goo eyes honestly. I felt super uncomfortable, and considering my girlfriend and I were walking around holding hands it just felt disgraceful. I’m not going to be coming back anytime soon.

Always a pleasure to go. The staff are friendly and always willing to lend a hand to the car. Unlike some pet stores that isles are wide open and wheelchair assessable. The product selection line is always good. If you want an item and they don’t carry it as long as they’re able to get it they will special order it for you. Their treats are amazing and they treat the fur friends just as well as the human friends. They never don’t have an extra treat for my little puppy. They specialize in all natural products and toys and treats for dogs, cats, and small animals. Not a place to miss out on ordering for your furry family member.

AMAZING selection of toys for cats and dogs. They toys are durable too! They have sooo many options for healthy pet food and treats. As well as the employees were great! It was my first time going and they helped me find some great toys and training treats for my dog. I also got some really awesome kitty toys as well!! I highly recommend shopping here for your pet needs, the toys were very reasonably priced for good quality.

We just moved to the area for my husband's job in healthcare. Of course we needed a new place to buy our sweet pup's food. I found them through the pup above website with their store locator. We had a great experience not only through the phone, but in person too. We made sure the location carried her food before we ventured to pick it up.They set aside a bag for us to come by to grab it after we finished getting groceries. Upon visiting the store we were greeted by members of the team. They were very helpful and courteous.What a beautiful store, wonderfully organized, and a great experience! Thank you to Mud Bay for making our first visit lovely. We might go to the one closer to where we will be staying, but what a great start to living in Oregon! Well done Mud Bay!

I love it here and so does my pups they choose treats and food with great ingredients! Their bulk section is AMAZING! Freeze dried lamb lung and cod skins are his favorite! Amazing staff and amazing products! I have brought so many friends here! Me and my pup will be coming back for years!

We love these stores and so do our dogs. It's too bad they are quite a drive. Our dogs love sniffing the store and especially the doggy snacks.

Was very excited to go into Mudbay as I used to shop at a location in WA years ago and my doggy hasn't ever been to one. After looking around for a couple minutes we were greeted by a smiling face that told us to lock our dog leash in a short fixed position. Our dog is extremely friendly and the other 2 dogs we saw didn't seem nice. Instead of ordering us to shorten our dogs leash, how about telling the people with unfriendly pets to not bring them in. Never has anything like that happened to us. I walked out feeling like we just got scolded for having a well behaved small dog. Was planning on spoiling him but not here!

New in town, I would pass by this place and was really not sure what it was. I finally pulled onto that particular shopping center and realized it was a pet store. At first I thought it would be expensive, but after shopping there I realized that they have great treats, toys and specialty foods. All at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place.

First time in, and I absolutely love it! Their prices are very comparable to Petco, and they have a great range of things for your pets. The staff member I interacted with was super kind and engaging with me; she answered my 100 questions I had as a first time customer who was curious about every little thing. Highly recommend shopping here.

Excellent customer service, huge selection and Tessie (Flat Coated Retriever) loves the samples of treats when I get home. Will bring her with me next time. Also, their return policy and giving to charities is awesome!

What a fantastic place! Lovely staff and everyone wore masks. I'll be back for my dog..they have a big open weight scale! My kitty loved everything especially her MudBay paper bag lol *note*pack-a-poo bags tear very easy but the dispenser is nice

Great pet store with lots of options for treats and toys for all sorts of furry friends and family. You can select your own mix of dog and cat treats and there is a large variety of other options as well. They also give free samples of treats when you make a purchase. Can be a bit expensive.

They have a great assortment of food, treats, toys, and just about everything you might like to have for your pets. For dogs, I found birthday cakes, treats, party hats, etc. Ice cream for dogs, too. If you're looking for unique products for your animals or to get a gift, go check it out. They even have a really cool water fountain for cats.

My wife and I are here at least once a week if not more. We have cats and a dog, so we can weigh our dog, and pick up some pet food or treats. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. And they give Bella a single serving dog treat each visit!

As I walked up to the store I heard a dog barking with windows barely down and no shade today,, July 8th with the temperature sunny and 74. I was going into the store to tell them to call the police, because I did not have my phone. However the lady that owned the small blue SUV came out with her shopping bags from mud bay. I confronted her and she said mind your business. I told her it is my business as it is against the law. She could have taken the dog in the pet store or left him at home. The dog was clearly hot and from the amount of items she had, she was in the store way too long. After this I went in the store and told them a dog was in the car barking with the windows barely cracked and the person at the front had no reaction. So my point is I will never shop at this pet store again, especially when they do not seem to care that a dog is left in a hot car. They could have called the police.

Not as large as some of the big box pet stores but still a wonderful selection of pet products for your dog or cat. The staff was very helpful in understanding our Chihuahua's food needs and offered a couple of items that we bought and sure enough our little guy loves them.

Wow. Such incredible customer service here! I heard amazing things about this store so I had to come check it out. My puppy and I were immediately greeted by friendly staff with treats! There are many safe chew bones/toys to pick from that are all safe and digestible. Many food and treat options. I signed up for a membership and got a coupon for my next visit. I’m definitely coming back :-)

They're wonderful. They made my 1st experience cost effective and low stress. They also helped me find homes for kittens that lost their mother and even took one too. They are the most friendly neighborhood pet store ever!. Love them ❤️

I tried to place a delivery order for my dogs food. Using the online ordering process. First I was informed that my order was ready for pickup. I had chosen a delivery not pickup. Then I discovered that my discount had not been applied. I contacted customer service to remedy both issues. Customer service was able to change the pickup to delivery but could do nothing about applying my discount. I was given a new discount code to enter but the system was unable to except it. I contacted customer service again and was told they were unable to do anything about it. I mentioned that they need to contact the I.T. department to correct the problem and that I would like my order canceled and my money returned. Although they were fast at taking the money from my account, they were unable to refund my money promptly and I will need to wait for up to 3 days to see the charges reversed. This seems like a scam to me and I will not try to do business with them in the future. Petco filled my order, delivered it the same day and with my tip applied the cost was the same.Thank you for your time,Cowboy Ken

I had a horrible experience at this store on 11/6/22. I walked in with my 2 1/2 year old son eager to pick out new goodies for our puppy who will be with us soon. However, as we walked in we were not greeted but another family was. As we were roaming around the store I saw a certain female hovering over us, she had on a rainbow lanyard. All the women there saw my son and I and didn’t offer any help whatsoever. I really wanted to support this store since there’s so much that I feel could help with our new puppy but that experience really tarnished our view of the store.
