Cannot speak to their grooming, but they are extremely unprofessional when it comes to keeping their scheduled appointments. I made an appointment for my dog back on 11/20/23, I told them my availability in terms of days and hours. Shonda said they could get my dog in today, the 29th for 1-2pm after I explained to her that I was in school until noon. Fine, appointment was set for today at 1pm. So, there I am at school and I get a message from the groomer at 10:50 telling me she will be there in ten minutes. I tell her my appointment was for 1pm because I’m in school in Portland, I send her a screenshot of the text exchange between Shonda and I. I am told to hold on because the groomer is going to call her boss. I then get a text from Shonda telling me the groomer finished the previous client early and needs to pick up her kids, so my 1pm appointment can be rescheduled for tomorrow or Friday.EXCUSE ME? How do I know they won’t pull this again since they obviously didn’t keep my appointment today.People are not just sitting around their houses waiting for the groomers to come, we work and go to school, I can’t just drop everything because this place cannot honor appointments. Also, did they know this this morning? That the groomer had to pick up her kids and cannot honor my appointment?! Who knows, all I know is that this is VERY unprofessional and quite frankly, the absolute audacity to assume I’m cool with my 1pm appointment being bumped up on a whim and not being honored. Do not recommend in the least. What a way to run a business.

We love these guys. They take such good care of our Daisy May, the cuts are cute, the nails are trimmed, they come to your door, and they are very efficient!! It's always a pleasure. Thank you for giving my husband comfort by being right at our door.

Shelby did my two Goldendoodles and left them smelling amazing! I have tried many groomers but we weren’t pleased, my girls would smell good for the first day then after the smell wasn’t pleasant. Shelby left my girls smelling amazing for weeks! Thank you and I will definitely be booking again.

Great job on my dog who was over due for a good grooming! The groomer who I didn’t catch his name but he was very knowledgeable, patient, loving And skilled with my pup! Highly recommend these guys!
