Bought my first Kubota about 1997, L2900. Good choice. Good crew at Rickreall. Went back in 2022 and bought a UTE. IT'S a nice drive and worth it. I think family owned, stay away from the big dealerships. You'll thank me.

I would not recommend this company to fix an older tractor. I brought in my b7100. They said it would take about an hour to diagnose at 150$ an hour. I told them the issue was that it just stopped going forward or reverse. When I went to pick it up they said it would be 499$. The manager was nice enough to lower it 100 but when I got it home it was worse then when I dropped it off. They said they tightened everything but it feels like they loosed everything like the clutch and pedal. Even if they could not fix it you would at least hope that you would get your tractor back in better condition for 400 or at least in the same condition you dropped it off. I am going to see what the bbb says. I would not trust their mechanics especially the shop Forman to work on anything. I told them also about the spring that was broke from the hydrostatic transmission and as you can see in the photo they did nothing with it or even mentioned it. They also just put a nail in and did not line up the spline. Just would not trust them with anything. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Parts department sucks Hispanic guy can't find any parts and parts manager doesn't care about customers sales guy can't figure out the paperwork so you have to redo it to satisfy the state now I have to do the leg work to fix it and the pre delivery was a joke broke down with less than 12 hours on it never again

Bought a new B2601 8/2022. Received with steering wheel 180° out of correct position and a LA435 loader linkage on left side that hits a nut every time I raise and lower FEL 🤔

My husband and I stopped by to check out tractors on our anniversary. The salesman, Peter, was very informative and helped us choose the perfect tractor for our needs. We were told that it could be 60 days to get the tractor, however, within the next week, Peter had called with great news that our tractor would be delivered within a week. He kept us posted with texts and pictures over the following few days. The delivery lady, Lori, ( I cannot say enough about) was amazing, so friendly and educated me on every detail of the tractor. I would recommend, Rickreall Farm Supply to everyone. Truly a great team!!!!!

The folks who work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They carry quality yard equipment and service what they sell. I had a warranty issue on a back pack leaf blower and they fixed it quickly. My fault, I ran at lower throttle and this caused exhaust particulates to accumulate on the spark arrestor on the exhaust, plugging it. I was told to run full throttle to eliminate this issue, worked great for years to follow. Recommend if your in need for tractors or yard maintenance equipment.

Great place for lawn equipment. Service guys are awesome. I stopped in with a flat on my car. Filled it up and pointed me in direction of tire shop, without any hesitation. Rickreall farm supply is a top notch company! The best in the valley that I know of for stihl equiptment. By far the best in the valley in their line of business for customer service, friendliness, and superb at making sure you're treated swiftly, with honesty, integrity and complete customer satisfaction. This is a mostly family run business as well as other wonderful people. I have been going here now regularly for over one year. I am from Salem and in the past have shopped at all the stihl stores and others who carry their product. I would much rather make the drive out of my way to Rickreall and deal with this awesome family run business! Each emploee practically always says hello to me (and my dog) and are super nice. Although I posted a negative review earlier, citing the high cost of their services, I am a returning customer. They really know their Kubotas, and I want the best for my older lawn tractor. The old saying "you get what you pay for" applies in this case. It's hard to shell out the money, but it's worth it.

If you are looking for a Stihl product dealer for example a chainsaw or a kubota product like a tractor, Rickreall Farm Supply, 130 Main St, Rickreall, OR 97371 should be at the top of your list for Farm Equipment. If you are in the Salem, Albany, Independence or Dallas Areas drive on over. Easy access from the 22 fwy via the 99w. I've shopped the store since my recent move to the area and I couldn't be more pleased with the sales and service departments. Im confident that Rickreall Farm Supply will not only sell me equipment that I need at a fair price, I know they will also keep it running great due to their experience and knowledge of the farm equipment they sell. They specialize in certain brands, It's my recommendation if you are looking for a certain item call and ask they are awesome at answering questions to save you a drive.
