The staff have always been awesome but costs have gotten out of control. I wish I could rate staff separately. The quality is good enough and selection is great. For ranch supplies I’d give higher score cause I use their things but again, wish price was more affordable.

average farm store, unremarkable...and an automated form letter reply to confirm this. Seriously though, the store is fine It is difficult to get in and out off of the highway, aisles are tight and stacked super high but they have a lot of stuff. Staff is there if you need them, bathroom is clean. Lots of western clothes. There are several other smaller farm stores in town also, this one is larger and more general. They sell guns, camping and hunting gear, coolers, fishing gear, etc.

If you need it, they have it! Great selection of clothing and shoes. Priced about the same as other stores. Sales prices are great for us that get sticker shock. Watch the ads! Best selection of products for our dogs we have found in town. Helpful employees.

Not the greatest selection of trailer/towing accessories as I came in looking for specific locking options before a long road trip, but to be fair about the same as everyone else in town. Staff was fantastic, very helpful, and personable. Ended up getting a few things I couldn't live without before leaving. Definitely recommend.

Got told to come today with a trailer to pick up a safe to just sit here for over 45 minutes to be told they have no one to run a forklift. Seems odd when most of there stuff back here would require a forklift. Also seems odd there is about 20 people working right now and the company is either to cheap to certify them or their employees are to lazy to want to get it. Not a great experience!

Purchased a 500 dollar grill with Bluetooth. Went to exchange the grill because it wasn't working. Turns out the grill was not Bluetooth capable although it was advertised as such. The manager rudely said he "understands" but there is nothing he can do. Told me to contact the manufacturer and beg for a free upgrade and if that doesn't work then come back and maybe he can do something for me. I'm not sure if this is Coastal policy to decieve their customers to make a sale but the manager certainly thinks so. I will be contacting their corporate offices to at the very least make them aware of the Manager and his attitude towards customers.

Great experience with the Coastal employees! I called ahead to make sure the item I wanted was in stock, and when I arrived, they wheeled it out to my car and helped me assemble it to make sure it would fit (I was purchasing a dog crate) before I bought it. They were very friendly and helpful, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Couldn't get help lifting heavy bags Cashier called for assistance for me No one ever bothered to come I finally just pushed cart to car and painfully lifted the 2 heavy. Bags in to car myself .

The staff there followed us around so much that I was convinced they thought I was stealing. Went to look at pants and this employee with a cowboy hat starts giving me guff on how I'm picking out pants for someone like I was doing something wrong?Overall the prices were high, the staff was bizarre and intrusive, the decor however, was fitting.

If you need it they’ve likely got it, and with more to choose from than anyone else! Massive store with an impressive inventory. Good prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, abundant parking, easy access from the highway. Boots, jeans/clothing, pet supplies, camping gear, guns, children’s clothing, gardening supplies, horse and livestock items, virtually anything you can imagine for your farm or ranch. Leave yourself plenty of time to shop - you’ll want it!
