We got 2 puppies that are 6 months old and I took them to there 1st beauty parlor appointment yesterday. Crystal took real good care of them and did an amazing job. I will be taking them back for there 2nd getting familiar appointment… I like how she takes her time with the girls so they get used to it and won’t be so nervous & scared to be there.

Took great care of my Freddie. I wish I took a before pic. He looked like the Shaggy DA, except smaller. I love the way he looks and he is super soft. They come out to your car and pick up/drop off your pet. I like that.

Great place. I'm a last minute person due toa hectic schedule and they always fit me in. My dogs are happy and well taken care of. The negative comments below are ridiculous. Seriously complaining that it smells, there are wet dogs being bathed!! The price is great so I will continue to support you!

My groomer did a good job however the communication channel is a bit terse. They use CRM system and text about appointments. So you never know who your actually communicating with. They raised there rates 15% but my grooming for my small dog went from 40$ to 65$ thats 65% increase. Then when I asked if I could be a few minutes late dropping off my dog this is the text response I got. "We do need our clients to be on time as even 5 minutes can through our day off." Or I could wait another month for my dogs grooming. Good bye Bark Avenue

We've been taking out husky to Bark Avenue for 3 or so grooms and they’re so friendly and do suck a great job with our shedding pup. They get us in quickly, are easy to reach, convenient, affordable, and our dog comes out looking great every time!

I looked around a lot for a place to take my cocker spaniel puppy and landed on Bark Avenue. So glad I did! They did a fantastic job introducing him to grooming, and he's come back relaxed, happy and looking great both times I've taken him in. The pup and I couldn't be happier with them.

If I could give them a 100 out of 5, I would. Such incredible work. It's been so hard finding a groomer here in Central Oregon who knows how to cut Giant Schnauzers properly, handle them well, and amazingly it's been hard to find one that actually loves my incredible pup. We tried Groomingdales for a bit since they didn't do too horrid of a job compared to the rest that we tried (not by much might I add), but he would come back from the groomers super timid like they were really rough with him. Coming out of Bark Avenue he was so happy and acted like a sweet little angel all day. They truly love dogs and do such a good job with them and their cuts. I cannot recommend Bark Avenue enough. His coat is really tough to do a good job with and they made him look so incredible! Not a hair out of place and he loved his groomer! Can't say enough good things!

We drive to Redmond to get our 8yr old pitty (big baby)to get her nails done. They are the best! We adopted her 3yrs ago. She has alot of fears and nail trimming was impossible. I'm so glad I read the reviews for Bark Ave as I will not take her any where else! They do an excellent job and it is so worth the drive and cost thank you!

Not happy with being charged for services not rendered. I took my dog in three times to get her nails trimmed and every time either nails have been missed or only a tiny portion was taken off. Also the nails are ragged and left with "shards" hanging off. I specified using a dremel only not clippers. The person who does the nail trimming seems timid with dogs and I don't think she has a clue what she is doing. I thought maybe the first two times were a fluke but the third time she literally missed a whole foot and on another foot only snipped off the extreme end of the nail. You could barely tell it had been done. I won't ever take her back there again.

My dog (border collie/shepherd/heeler mix) was blowing out, rolled in the mud and absolutely needed a professional grooming. She was able to squeeze me in with an hours notice for our first ever visit to a groomer. Shelly then spent 2 hours brushing, bathing, brushing, nail clipping, brushing, ear cleaning, brushing, and even checked glands, and then brushed again. I would have paid double what she charged me with as much as she did. The dog was absolutely comfortable with Shelly as well. She did such an amazing job on everything. I HIGHLY recommend Bark Avenue to anyone with a pet that wants a professional grooming. I will be coming back every couple months at the least for upkeep. No more clicking across the kitchen floor or smelling like a dog.

My mom took her golden retriever today when she picked him up he could barely walk. She took him to the vet and he has trauma to his spine!!!! He was fine when she dropped him off. Not impressed. Hopefully they will take care of any vet costs.

I took my two cranky chihuahua's in to be groomed and they did a wonderful job!! Friendly service great prices. Bark Avenue came highly recommended and I sure can see why!! I will be back again! Thanks for taking such great care of my dogs.

Leaving your pet with another person is always stressful. When I leave my baby with the staff of Bark Ave I know that they will take care of her like one of their own. Its really like a day at the spa for her..she is so happy and excited when we show up for her appointment.

I cannot mention enough how excellent the service is at Bark Avenue in Redmond, OR. The owner, Shelly is the best! I live in Lapine and have no problem driving 50 miles for her services for my 12 dogs and 4 cats.

In this season of covid 19, they took us on as a walk-in no appointment nail trimming. They met us outside, at the door, and in a few minutes, we were done. Beautiful! Another minute to run our card, and we were gone. Excellent service, no fear.

This place is fantastic! I was on my way to Smith Rock & my pup desperately needed her nails trimmed, so I swung into Bark Ave hoping I could get her in last minute. The owner was working and got me in right away. She was soooo attentive & sensitive (my dog is wiley & a bit of a chicken)... we were in and out so quickly.That being said, I have been trying to find this place for a number of months but couldn't remember the name. Lo and behold, I have found it! Will be coming back asap, I've had bad experiences at other places lately so it's going to be refreshing to be back in a safe place. Thank you!

My boy Jaxx will not let me do his nails so I have to take him in. We used to go to Petco, but they are never open. I found Bark Avenue to be not only available and willing to take care of him, but they were much more affordable and Jaxxon loves to go. I've never had trouble getting an appointment and they are right near the house. KEEP IT LOCAL I always say . Good job Bark Ave

Refuses to take any dogs over 30 measly little pounds, or any new dogs. So pretty much prejudice against medium and large dogs. Way to go. I guess these dogs don’t matter to you. But that Seems to be the thing here in Redmond and bend. Most dogs aren’t allowed here.

Bark Avenue has been in business for 13 years. That should say something when groomers normally come and go like thieves in the night. Shelly is an amazing groomer and a kind and caring person. She is gentle with the dogs and really gets to know them.

Wonderful friendly staff my dog looked amazing after her grooming and was very reasonable for all the work they did!! Highly reccomend
