I deleted my previous review which was 5star. I am so devastated. I came in on the 9th. I've been coming here for almost a year. I buy feeder fish for my Fahaka puffer. I have a breeder tank that I've spent a lot of money and time on these fish. I was looking for something safe to clean the gravel beside a pump because I had fry that I didn't want to kill. I walked to the fish department as I always do. There were so many to choose from. I asked a young lady if she thought this Best gravel cleaner was safe for snails and my Fahaka plus breeders with babies. She said oh yes that will work. I spent almost 50 bucks. Bought 50 minnows so I wouldn't have to buy any for a few weeks. I have several tanks. I go back to the house. Read the directions several times. Measure the proper amount and add it to the breeder tank and my snail tank which has Mystery snails with Rams heads. All different colors. Go buy all the different colors. Not just one. Three of each color. Not cheap. Within 48hrs both tanks go straight to Heck. This stuff destroyed both tanks. 50 minnows dead. My breeder tank is almost completely gone. I'm so glad I didn't add it to my Fahaka tank. That would of been a $500-dollar fish. Not an ordinary fish. A highly intelligent fish. If you call a 5-year-old child intelligent. Which is smarter than the youngster who said OH YES That will be safe for all your tanks. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. To say I'm so hurt. Came in today to adopt a corn snake and Isabelle hooked me up with everything I needed! She was very knowledgeable and helpful and even made sure I got a good deal! Definitely ask for Isabelle when you go in!!

My child and I shared an amazing experience at this PetSmart location! Sarah assisted us as we browsed for beginner-friendly pets. Sarah was very knowledgeable towards the pets and also towards my special needs child! We will definitely return to and refer this location from now on!

Stopped in to check out the dog costumes for my mother-in-law's dog. Browsed the store for the kitty cats while I was there and was surprised to see gift cards and coffee mugs. Picked up a cute coffee mug for my aunt's X-mas gift. Lots of selection throughout the store, lots of different things for animals in the clearance and very clean store. 😎Stopped by to see the cats up for adoption and the fish tanks as always. 🐟🐠🐡

It's always fun stopping at PetSmart. Picked up some great treats for our fur kids. Had a bit of aquarium envy. The store was clean, well lit and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I just dropped by here with my girlfriend to pick up some flea stuff for my cat. this is a store i originally purchased my cat here. great customer service and even larger selection of things to choose from. My favorite thing about this store is there cat litter you can get up to a gallon 15 bucks.

(This is for the grooming salon, specifically!) Krystal is just the best. She is a super experienced groomer and does a great job talking through the available grooming options and giving her recommendation. My pup comes home clean and happy, every time.

I was so impressed with the grooming services! Much better than some more expensive places in town I've been too. We'll definitely be returning. Kelsie was great with my little guy! Great attention to detail and all of the employees are incredibly friendly.

This location had a good selection of items, not what I was looking for but one of the staff members gave me some really good ideas on how to deal with the licking and to cover my dog's feet LOL really hard when I am driving on the I5 between Vancouver BC Canada and South Lake Tahoe California

Worker wouldn’t sell me ANY fish because I didn’t have a 30 gallon tank.. went and looked at the betta fishes because you don’t need 30 gallon tank for those. And most of them were dead. Sad.

This PetSmart is over all good and if my dog feels comfortable, it's ok with me.My issue is with the grooming area. Not the grooming staff, but the size of the waiting area. They pack you in like sardines. It's one thing with just people, but dogs roam, so how much can you move to avoid being shoulder to shoulder? What's worst is that the door swings in. It was a little comical.The reason why I left this review was because of the older lady with the balb, the one in the purple or blue scrubs, was extremely rude when she told us to move down in an unpleasant tone. No duh lady - I wish I could!

This is a great place to go if you need the regular aquarium or dog item. Unfortunately they don't carry any specialty items. My favorite part of this store is definitely when people bring their little puppies in. I did run into a huge problem while I was here. There was a Russian couple purchasing fish in the person who was helping them try to explain that they were getting fish that wouldn't Mash well. When the couple couldn't understand the employee due to a language barrier employee said screw it and help to them get the fish they wanted anyways. Both the employee and I knew that her fish were going to die. Why not try to go the extra mile and explain to the people what was wrong with their purchasing of the fish? This isn't the first time I've had issues with a PetSmart employee. It's not their strong suit for sure

The store itself is about average for a pet smart. The strange part was having an employ tell me not to purchase many different products sold by PetSmart, even went as far as telling me what she would allow me to purchase. Yes she said she would not allow me to make a purchase. Very strange, I prefer any other store to this PetSmart.

Update December 2023.Still unfriendly, I had a couple of returns and was trying to understand the policy and how they record PALS information. Woman kept blowing me off and wouldn't answer question. Clearly there was a glitch somewhere because it said I had oy shopped in store once this year so they would only give me credit. Once that is gone I will do my best to shop elsewhere.One of my least favorite PetSmart's. Unfriendly cashier's, difficult to find anyone to help ( and this was the case even pre pandemic.) Limited selection.

My Henrietta, at 12 years old, just got her first bath here at PetSmart. Kelsey her groomer was wonderful with her clipped her nails cleaned her ears give her a bath had towel dry her as she didn't want the hair dryer. Kelsey is very good with her and I look forward to taking Henrietta there another time

So I've been sitting outside of PetSmart and it is 9:05am now.The hours posted on their door say 9am to 9pm Monday thru Saturday. There was another customer who came out Who informed me they do not open until 10 am. Some seriously great customer service.

I visit this store a lot as it is close to my work. The hours are convenient, but it's the people that help me look forward to my visits. As I sneak away from work, I'm in a hurry. Someone is always smiling and welcoming me in, but there are always people asking if I need help--which I always do! In particular, one person named Toy... yes, I say T O Y. He remembers me every single time and almost before he even sees me, anticipates that need for help. Not only is he knowledgeable about the different Pets I own, he knows exactly what items I need and where they are in the store...and he actually takes me to them! Toy is a life saver when I walk in the store, and I see him give the same personal attention to every customer! I would say the best name I can come up with for great customer service is in fact Toy.
