Our senior pup had her first ever visit to a groomer today. I usually take care of her at home but with less walking and more lounging she's been needing a spa day. They did an amazing job getting our girl all spiffed up. She was happy as could be after too. Thanks y'all for taking great care of our fragile babe. Also, everyone who works at the store at this location is always so kind and helpful.

Amazing grooming experience with Hazel! My doodle was a matted mess and recovering from a really bad haircut from another groomer when I brought him in. Archie came out looking like a stud! Definitely recommend Hazel for doodle grooming (and I’m sure all other types of dogs)!!

Get ready for a serious sales pitch for their membership if you go to Petco. I was asked twice if I wanted to join, I said no twice. Then the person checking me out just started the process anyway. As it was happening, their system went down, so I waited longer for something I didn't want to happen. To their credit, when I made it clear for the third time that I did not want a membership, they let me to check out and leave.This is a ridiculous company policy and I feel a lot of sympathy for the person checking me out. They were clearly just as uncomfortable as I was The whole experience was awkward and unpleasant.Edit to address company reply: Did you even read what I wrote? This is a policy problem, not an employee problem. Your team is not the issue here. They were very clearly doing exactly what management wanted.

The vets and employees are great and did a fantastic job, but the company is awful. My cat needed a booster for a vaccine and I wasn't informed that it wouldn't be included in the plan I purchased for all his vaccines, so instead of the $50 I was expecting, I was charged $135.At no point from signing in to checking out did they tell me the price, and I was under the impression it was all bundled. I called the help line and was scolded for misremembering the "package" as a "plan" and then told that it's just the price of the vaccine and there's nothing they could do about it, no mind that I don't have the money for my phone bill now.So, five stars for the employees, but zero for the company. I was told to go here because I'm low income and literally no other vets are open on my days off, but if I had known this I would've gone elsewhere. Hell, taking a whole day off work to get this done somewhere else would've cost less than my travel fare today plus the vet bill.

The employee named Chris is AWESOME! He is one of the most invested, caring, fun, kind, and thoughtful customer service people I have ever had! This location is always good. Great staff and clean store with good vibes--but special praise for Chris!

Got the dogs shots! Went great. Petco staff were awesome with our pups. From start to finish they were very good handlers. Especially during a shot session. The girl giving the shots was as good as I've seen anywhere! Quick, and easy. They weren't even nervous about seeing both dogs together. I'll definitely be going back!

Repeat delivery has really stepped up its game with a door dash drop off. I always have my cat food on time. Petco makes it easy to add additional products which I frequently do.

Great location and great staff. Stock is pretty random. Never really had what I need exactly because it is a smaller Petco. Recommend ordering ahead to make sure they have what you need.

Not a fan of Petco, but I had to stop in recently and the staff member who helped me, Kileen, who helped me stock up for kitten needs was so friendly and informative. I might even try Petco vital core that she mentioned.

Grooming appointment for our 12lb dog - the store did great; exactly what we hoped for. Marvin came back nice and clean. The shop was easy to find (they have their own door or you can enter through Petco) and he was done in less than 2 hours.

Worst petco! Worst groomers with hipster attitude. Never take ur precious pets to these amateurs. The groomer girl doesnt know what she is doing and no idea about how to speak to customers. Pathetic service.

Pet co. Is one of those big box pet stores however these kids have a heart. Every 'now and again you need something only the large stores have. I'm glad I have them.

went in to find something that is on the store website- it's a medicine for kennel cough to help alleviate symptoms. three women who worked there patronized me and made me feel so judged and acted like i was dumb for asking for that product and followed me to the register telling me i need to bring my dog to the vet (i already have).. never felt so judged and chased out of a store before. will only be going to petsmart from now on

After hiking at Gorge (WA side), my puppy got a lot of ticks. I and my friend checked my puppy's body all over, took out more than 20 ticks. Then I stopped by Petco on the way to return to my home. I got tick twizler, tick &flea shampoo, comb for tick/flea. I got them all I need. It helped after I went back home!

**No live animals or frozen feeder mice** so I just go here for superworms. Anna and Tyler were super friendly and helpful :) They used gender neutral pronouns for everyone, which is always awesome to hear. I wish they had more turnover with the feeder insects so there weren't so many already dead ones, but that's not the fault of anyone affected by this review so five stars anyway!

I was the only customer in the store that was treated like a thief. I just figure you have to treat everybody like a thief if you're going to do that not single out certain people when you don't know who they are or anything about them at all. You're just judging their appearance or whatever it is you're judging.

The one staff member I regularly see is nice, however this location is ALWAYS super understaffed. Im here at 6pm on a Wednesday and there's literally only two employees. Staff's words, not mine. I've been standing here for ages waiting for a feeder and these two guys are just swamped. Almost better to just drive out to Gresham instead half the time...
