There are no words to express how truly amazing all of the NW Naturals products are. You really just have to try them for yourself. Not only do they change the lives of pets but knowing that they use human grade ingredients and pride themselves on the quality of their products leaves this dog Mama’s heart at ease. Not to mention the outstanding customer service!!!! I’ve been using NW Naturals for many many years now and feel that I can attribute the use of their products to my Bulldogs being in their best health and living their best lives. My eldest passed away at 15, followed by a 14 year old. I have a 9 year old that is in top notch health as well as a 6 month old special needs puppy who likely wouldn’t be in his best if it weren’t for raw feeding. Not only are these products easily digestible making for less pet waste but they are so gentle on their organs as well as keeping their teeth clean. From their thick bright shiny coats, to their perfect vet checkups- these products have helped us in so many ways. No more food allergies, no more chewing at their paws or bothersome ear infections and no more inconsistent stool. We love our NW Naturals!!!!!

My 6 year old heeler had developed weight issues on any kibble we tried (including Merrick). We got plenty of daily exercise but she was still gaining.. Switched to your raw food and she instantly lost the extra weight and her energy levels have gone up too. So glad to see her healthy again!

I have been buying their cat food for around 7 years. I'm fairly certain it added a few quality years of life to my IBD/pancreatitis cat who passed away at 18 a couple years ago. She was diagnosed with her illnesses at around 14 or 15 and it was looking grim at the time. Once we got her diet straight, she thrived for a few more years, and even her vets were surprised how far she had come. I believe NWN food played a major role in her recovery. One of my current feline housemates loves their freeze dried rabbit now, and it's about 99% of her diet because it's all she wants usually. There were a couple times I had questions or concerns over the years, and their customer service is amazing. Tanya went above and beyond for our little furry buddy, and it's much appreciated! Great company with amazing service! Don't hesitate to support these folks, and make your pets happier and healthier!

Schooner & Skipper love Northwest Naturals dog food. It has make a great difference is their coats. They look healthier! They love the chicken. I buy the 25 pound boxes of dinner bars and raw diet freeze dried chicken. They love the treats too. I drive over 2 hours to drive up and back to make sure I am feeding my dogs the best food. Thank You Northwest Naturals for making my dog happy!

I have been giving my dogs the freeze dried raw as treats for years. It’s a great training treat since dogs will do anything for it. I often dog sit for other people and like to work on a trick or correct an unwanted behavior to surprise the owners when they return home. I can’t tell you how many times owners have asked me how I got their dogs to do what I asked of them since they have never had much success. I tell them you have offer the dog something that they really want to work for, and NW Naturals fits the bill. The next time I dog sit for those dogs, I usually find a bag of NW Naturals in with their dog supplies. I love that I can expose pet owners to a high quality product that is good for their pets and that their pets love.I also feed the raw lamb, but unfortunately can’t afford to feed it for every meal. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying NW Naturals is overpriced! But, when you’re feeding Great Danes, a six pound bag doesn’t go very far. My local store only carries the frozen nuggets, so that’s what I buy. One of the other forms would probably be more cost effective, but the website doesn’t provide enough information for me to make that determination. “Available in: 6lb Nuggets, Individually wrapped dinner bars, Bulk dinner bars, Chubs and Freeze dried diets.” doesn’t tell me much. This is my ONLY complaint about NW Naturals. Since it doesn’t affect the quality of the product, I didn’t take off a ⭐️ for that.

Fantastic local companyIf you're anything like me, you were searching for a better food for your pet.... Raw food has been a game changer for our german shepherd.He used to not eat his food, get ear infections, and have an upset stomach constantly.We tried a bunch of different dry foods and the vet suggested raw food. Our pup is healthier than ever. He eats with excitement, he goes to the bathroom way less, and his coat is visibly better.If you are thinking of switching to raw food, I would highly recommend it!

We made the switch to Northwest Naturals because they are local to the PNW and was recommended by our trainer. We have an senior dog who has always had allergies. We are 5 days in to the switch and we have already noticed a big difference in her coat as well as her skin. We are off of all allergy meds! We also have a 19 week old puppy who we have noticed a big change in behavior as well as coat. So happy we made the switch! We are customers for life!

People beware, there raw food is very cheap low quality. Their food gave my dog pancreatitis, he was in the hospital for days and I almost lost him. He was eating only the beef formula because he can’t have chicken and his blood was FULL of fat. The beef formula was so fatty that when the vet spun his blood down to process she couldn’t run it, it was half fat, she showed me. Then even though I stopped feeding this to him he went on shortly after to develop a severe case of acute pancreatitis. Be careful! You have been warned! Educate yourselves on proper pet nutrition and find a better solution. They are cheap for a reason but you will not save any money. Pay now or pay the vet later. Take that money and buy better raw food or educate yourself and learn how to make their food. If you decide to make the food you better know exactly what you are doing though. This food is garbage and you know what…he didn’t like it anyway. I thought I was giving him good nutrition for his own good but it almost killed him and he didn’t even enjoy his meals anyway, terrible.

Kibble of any kind caused our golden retriever to bloat after every meal. We've been feeding NW Naturals Raw for 2 1/2 years now and no more bloating.! Our vet is amazed, and everyone comments on how soft his coat is.

I am a big fan of Northwest Naturals. It took me awhile to find a store that would bring in the freeze dried raw cat food. I got a sample at a pet show and both my cats, and now my brothers cat aswell LOVE IT.so easy to use, the kitties love it and I was able to find a store near me that will order it in :D My only wish is that the variety in cat grows, my kitties like variety. Currently though they are both loving the chicken. I recommend this all the time :)

When thawed it fell apart into some mush, smells funny, and the dog will not go near it. Oddly enough this is the vegetarian food. I made some rice to serve as a binder to see if that would help but Russell still refuses it.Thank you so much for your response. I am well aware that it needed a binder and was going to add it to his boring prescription hydrolyzed soy food. I still feel it should not have been a mush that you can smell form across the room, literally 10' away.

Have been buying their food for our 1 year old pup from our neighborhood pet store and called with a question about the frequent buyer program. The person on the other end was aggressively unhelpful. This company could care less about its loyal customers. Very disappointing as we really wanted to support a local quality food company for many years to come.

I got a trial size packet from the dog store I visited in Portland. My cats and dog went crazy for them. Literally they followed me around the house because of this food. I will definitely be buying!
