5 stars every time I shop here. We had a laugh today and talked with the staff as well as other customers. I lost my hospital badge and they went outside to look for it and offered to help us to our car. Mudbay is hands down the friendliest pet store! Appreciate you guys. Also have a good review for the treat toy I bought. That bowl one that can pop out is amazing ! I can wash it easily and add or remove treats easily. And it rolls and bounces to keep him active cause it’s hard but not impossible to get the treats out. So happy with it. Highly recommend

What a lovely pet store! The selection is awesome and expansive. The staff was SO kind, friendly, and helpful! We were commuting via public transit and they offered us a cart to borrow for a large item we were purchasing (a cat tree that the cats adore). They also gave us a very thoughtful thank you card and some awesome treat samples for our kitties! We are for sure making this our regular shop. Thanks guys!

This store is amazing! I strongly suggest that you do yourself and your fur babies a favor and visit Brandon and his Team. The staff at Mud Bay never fail to provide a warm and genuine welcome in and are also very knowledgeable. Mud Bay offers a huge selection of supplies for your pet including food, snacks, accessories and stuff you might not even think your furry friend needs! Mud Bay is my #1 choice for my fur baby- my team and I are happy to share with our future residents and hope that you will enjoy your experience here like we did.-Kim approved

I would agree with most reviewers here, the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and there for you 100%. They really stop, listen to your need, and get you just the right thing (without that pressure of buying something). Product wise, Mudbay has a variety of treats and helpful information, toys, and food... For just about any type of dog or cat!! Mudbay is my #1 choice in bulk dog treats and bones. My pocket appreciates it to. Given my tight budget, I would recommend bulk Lamb's Lung... It's a steal that lasts for a couple of weeks.

Casey is the best. I have a newly diabetic cat and one with inflamed intestines. Each time he was able to explain what I needed and why. I have been all over town - many specialty pet food store Dove Lewis and my vet - and no one was helpful as to what food are either high protein/low carbs or bland foods except Casey.It has been a very interesting time with recommendations but no specifics. Thanks Casey!

Friendly staff and high quality products. On my most recent visit, I was looking to buy sample size dog food, as my senior was just switched to a prescription diet, which hadn't arrived yet. Not only did the employee who helped me give me nearly a week's worth of samples for free, but they also researched the new food and tried to find something as close as possible for my pup. I love having this store in the neighborhood and I'll never go anywhere else.

The employees are very warm and helpful. I recently moved from Florida and the change in climate has caused my cats to have dry skin, so I asked the employee if they had anything to help with that. They offered me a sample of some omega oils to help my kitties, along with some advice- so I’m glad I came here, they made me feel way better! I’ve also bought several of my cats favorite toys from other mud bay locations so highly recommend them as a place with a wide variety of good pet products with super friendly service! That’s not easy to find - this place probably has anything need you at fair prices :)

Dude they're so nice here. They've given me several cans of cat food to try on my picky cats and they always give me treats for them. Even if stuff is pricey it's worth it for the great customer service and the obvious care that goes into helping you find a healthy food for your fuzzy children.

This place is absolutely amazing! Has soo many ranges of food for your pets!! The customer service was incredible, very helpful, honest and genuine. I wish I would’ve gotten their name!! My cat became a little picky so I made a stop here grabbed a care package for her and now she’s obsessed with every treat and canned product so far I love the New Zeland brand the kind clerk told me about. Anyways you should definitely stop here.

Cute little store with quality food and treats. They cater mostly to dogs and cats. What's amazing about them is if you buy food or treats and your pet doesn't like them you can return them as they donate open bags. This is particularly excellent for me as my cat is the pickiest ever!

Absolutely the best customer service! Rachel helped me pick out food for my cat and she was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions and was very encouraging, she didn't pressure me into any one option. It's nice to know that they only carry healthy and safe brands and are passionate about the work they do. They gave me a bunch of free samples so that I could let my cat pick before coming back AND they gave me a coupon. Not to mention it's so affordable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am a loyal customer for life now.

I went to Mud Bay for the first time last week and was expecting it to be overpriced, but I needed a couple things in a hurry. To my surprise it was very affordable and actually enjoyable. The staff there are so friendly, gave me great advice and even a couple little samples for my cat. I'll definitely be back again.

We love mud bay!I’m so glad my partner and I discovered this amazing pet store because they truly go above and beyond. We have consistently gone here for our cat supplies and are soon getting a puppy. When we came in we had plenty of questions about recommendations for our new family member, and (I believe Josh helped and talked to us) they were so willing to help and discuss their preferences from personal experience. I just really appreciate the time they take to answer questions and actively talk to you about your concerns. Thank you for the dedication.

I know its a local chain which might detract appeal for some, but the employees here are wonderful! I have an older chronically ill cat and a brand new rescue kitten so my needs are quite varied. Ive only been in 3 times, but each time the employee came out into the floor to assist me and were very caring and helpful. They have also been generous with samples that have become new staples in the house. I have only been to this location, but I cannot say enough nice things about it.

My dog and I always enjoy visiting this mud bay location. The staff seem completely genuine and are very helpful. They went above and beyond answering my questions regarding a diet for my dog that was healthier than normal kibble (but also wouldn't break the bank). They always spoil my dog with treats when I bring her in! It's worth supporting an employee-owned shop like this at least occasionally, even if the higher prices aren't always feasible for you. The difference in care is well worth it.
