I like the selection of items Mud Bay has, they all feel like they’re of good quality and the prices seem fair for that quality. I love that they have their own brand of pine pellet cat litter, it’s half the price of Feline Pine and smells great. Mud Bay has a ton of options for toys, food, etc., so it can be fun to browse. Sometimes they give out a free sample of a treat or food at checkout which is a lovely touch!

Never been to Mud Bay but I now plan on going to them more as my alternative shop for my furry babies. We came here to buy birthday treats for our cat and dog and love how they offer healthy and local supplies. Staff is really friendly and nice, at check out we were gifted a sample for our cat and dog.

Love the wholesome feeling I get from shopping here for my pets. They have great deals on fun things for your fur friends. A bit on the pricey side, so it's not an everyday experience. Definitely worth checking it out. The staff is kind & knowledgeable, great quality products. The stores are bright, well stocked and clean.

I like to shop here for a dog vest. Mud bay is a little bit out of my budget by a lot but quality is 100% worth it! I'll spend as much as I need to keep my furry friend warm. I've been having this harness for a while now, and it hasn't given up on me. I did get the wrong size and returned it. There were no problems. I got my money back and got a bigger size. They didn’t ask questions, just the receipt and I left happy. The only thing that is disappointing is that there isn't a lot of cat stuff, like callors. Overall, I would come back for a vest or jackets.

Great variety of food and treats for furry friends! There are toys, beds, leashes, items for the health and well being of cats and dogs & MORE. Small selection of items for other types of pets. The staff was very kind and interested in meeting all the pets visiting the shop.

HUGE shoutout to the team at Mud Bay, specifically a taller person with glasses and a pink shirt with the Golden Girls on it. They deserve a raise. I came in minutes before the store closed in a panic because I had just moved here and needed dry cat food. This wonderful individual helped me find a great wet and dry cat food for my two cats and was very considerate plus helpful. Thank you wonderful person, pay them more!

I thought the litter lab was so cool! Also they have a great selection of high-quality cat trees. We picked one out and overestimated how well it would fit in the car, and the employees were extremely nice and went above and beyond to help. Thanks again!

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect products for my pet. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The selection of food, toys, and accessories was impressive and the prices were very reasonable. I also appreciated that they had a wide range of products for all types of pets. Great store for pets! Visited with friends as she was looking for a Mud Bay fleece cover for her beloved pup. Apparently it's the only cover he'll wear and refuses others. I plan to shop here when we adopt our kitties.

I love Mud Bay! I'm currently with my rescue dog #2 and mud bay has always provided for both of them. The thing I love is no matter which mud bay I go into, the service and quality is always consistent. I've never had bad service and I've always been super satisfied with the products. The staff are always friendly and so helpful. Honestly they're part of what makes the shopping experience so great. I've also used their home delivery service twice and both times it was delivered quickly and with care. The only thing I have to say - will you please bring back the sandwich cookies? My dog loves sweets and those cookies are a great way to satisfy him. Also I've tried it...they're delicious 😎Thanks for upkeeping such a great company!

The staff here were so patient and kind. I am forever grateful to them. I stopped by the store in a complete panic after discovering fleas on my cat for the first time. The person who helped me directed me to the appropriate products, and the fleas were successfully eradicated! The vibe and service here is so much more personal than stores like Petco, I will continue coming to Mud Bay in the future!

Great selection, friendly service and competitive prices small local store feel plus they provide free sample bags of most pet food and treats that they carry so you don’t waist money on a full bag of something that turns out you’re pet doesn’t like. Also, they have a liberal return policy just in case. My only complaint is that there aren’t more locations.

Great help every time we went here. I needed help with special feline dietary needs: the staff was all over their computer looking up ingredients. Also helped me order something online to hold the last bag at another store. Best customer service of any pet store I have ever been in!

Mud Bay is great! My kitty (Penny) has lots of health problems and the staff is always super knowledgeable about all of the products to make sure that they will work for her.One time my cat was refusing to eat her food and they gave me 3 cans of different foods to try for FREE to see if they would work. It was thoughtful, and I was able to come back ans purchase a case of food that I knew Penny would enjoy.There are several locations around the city, and each one i have been to has been great!

Our family loves Mud Bay! Our dog’s food can sometimes be hard to find, but they always have a bag or two in stock and their home delivery always arrived as expected. I love that they include a little treat with their home delivery as well. Our pup is a picky eater but he always loves what the folks from Mud Bay include for him! Great way to get introduced to new treats.

Mud Bay is my favorite pet store out there. This location wasn’t as big as some of the others I have been to, but the staff is always super pleasant and happy to help with any questions about your pet. My toy Aussie has struggled with tummy trouble for a long time, and they have always been happy to point me in the direction of helpful foods, treats and anything new that has come in. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have all kinds of samples for your pet to try before investing in a bag of treats or food.

The layout was nice and the selection of food was unique. They have information sheets on different diets which was great. As a vet I am not pro grain free but I don't love to see good store bought options for freeze dried and fresh meat diets. I would love to see more with AFCO approval labels as this indicates the food meets minimum requirements to be nutritious.
