Walked in, great to see a safety gate so pups can't escape when customers come in, the staff was very nice, nail clippings were done fast and we couldn't have been happier. We did have to ask if there was a tip jar, and they put one out. The bath tubs are great, they had everything you would need to scrub your pup, loved the air blowers to dry them. Our pups got the full treatment we used the shedding tool and that was unbelievable. Prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service!! They trimmed my two ornery chihuahuas nails quickly and made sure to make them comfortable. They did an excellent job!! Will absolutely be a loyal customer moving forward.

Great place with friendly staff. I have done the self serve twice now. I have no complaints, using this service is so much eaiser than washing my dog at home. I will certainly be back. The groomers who do the full service talk to the dogs they are working on and seem to do a good job. Be sure to ask for a punch card so you can work towards a free visit!

Definitely worth going here for my dog. He's a special needs dog. He's been kicked out of too many to count groomers. He doesn't like to be touched or brushed. I asked for a muzzle just in case I needed it. I don't care to be bitten either. One of the employees gave me a look. She had no idea about this dog Nor did I care. She's not the one working with him. A muzzle is better than drugging him up. I liked that I could wash him myself.Thanks, Sv Rhiannon❤️☮️🌍~🏴‍☠️

We have been taking our dogs here for many years. We usually bring in our dogs for a nail trim but have also had our dogs fully groomed. Our dogs have very long hair so it takes quite a while to groom both of them. They always look very good when they're done with their grooming. All of the employees are very nice and professional.

I have not been to this place in a few years now but my dog is still struggling with the experience he had from getting groomed here.We had a regular groomer and would only schedule with her. If she was not available they would let us know. When we had gone in for our appointment they didn't let me know it was someone else who was grooming my dog and he came home with jagged nails and when I would try to trim them myself he was no longer comfortable or willing to do so like prior before this appointment. We are still working to get him comfortable again with nail trims.

Fall was ANGELIC! I have never been so happy with the task as she seemed to be for LB's nail trim. She was all about safety and comfort and was finished in just a few short minutes. No where near how it goes at home. I've taken him there before for a full wash and was very happy with that service. Any amount of money, is money well spent there!! I'm serious. I can't recommend them enough. Angelic both girls were so helpful. It's so nice to find a place that cares about your babies as much as you do. Very professional, great hours.

Love this groomer, very clean shop and the service was so helpful. My two girls loved the experience. They have a large selection of brushes and grooming tools, great suds and large tubs. Will definitely be returning again someday soon!

I love taking Hercules there and having them do amazing job on his nails and then I can shampoo and clean him. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are great with my little dog.

I go here every month to have both my pups nails trimmed! I always just drop by on a weekday afternoon and they have time. They’re super sweet to my dogs and do a great job. I haven’t used their washing stations but I will report back when I do!

I couldn't ask for more accommodating, helpful, competent people. Fall is at the front desk, phone, setup of self wash clients tubs and supplies and does nails but she went far and above that for us (this was my first but not my last visit with a thick double coated dog. The supplies and materials were superior as were the personnel. I recently had some very disappointing experience with my former groomer..speaking with Ollie filled me with hope, I expect to be able to have her help in the future. I was a drop-in self wash customer today. Kevin also works the front desk, and is pleasant and helpful. I continue to rely on them for the best 👌 of care.

This place is great! They have the baths at waste height so that you can clean your while standing up. The nozzle has plenty of spray options to use. I like the mist option for my dog's face. There's more great features to fit your needs.Update: I still come to this place on a regular basis. I've already used my free dog wash after coming here often enough. My dog doesn't like bath time, however she has gotten used to the familiarity of this place and she isn't resistant like at the beginning. She can't deny how much she loves towel time, plus the attention she gets from being so fresh and so clean. She's developed a ton of tolerance for the nessasary evils of life to get to this point. I'm thankful for this place suiting all her hygenic needs

I really like this place. They are all very friendly and they can handle my small toy poodle with very big grooming anxieties. I usually have a hard time finding a place that can handle her and they seem to do a great job with that. Also, she never shows signs of fear when we get there which tells me they treat her with love. My only minus is that the cut she receives can be inconsistent. Sometimes it's perfect and other times it's not exactly what I was expecting. Again, I understand my dog can be difficult so it is a small concession to make.

I come here 3× a month love the staff ! you can wash your dog or have them groomed. Family owned and operated. Always accommodating. Staff will jump in and help if your dog is not so happy with the bath. LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE

We love this place! If you like to wash yourself while attempting to wash your dog, you will too! Lol our dog shook himself often so guess who got drenched? It was fun, the staff are friendly and exceptional in their service. We left a huge mess that they refused to let us clean up... dog with fluffy white fur that flew everywhere! Yep, that was us LOL. I highly recommend these folks, they're cool and the price is right for all they offer.

This place is awesome…I stopped in while traveling through Portland on a road trip. Although they were booked up, they were able to squeeze me into the self service station and also kind enough to teach me how to do the ear cleaning my self! We left cleaner and smarter than when we arrived…and all done with professionalism and smiles! Thank you!!

Awesome place to bathe your pet without worrying about cleaning up. My pitty was happy and did well in the environment. Staff is very helpful and nice. Overall a great experience for our first visit. Will be returning:)
