Caye's Aquarium is my absolute favorite place to go to. The customer service is outstanding. They make you feel like family. Danielle and Jerry are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help, even staying late for me. They are extremely generous, their prices are reasonable. They have educated me more than I could imagine. They gave me a free heater to compensate for a cracked aquarium lid that couldn't be replaced. If I could give them a gazillion stars, I would.

As a newbie, helpful with set up and tips as well as growth. Nothing local that we drove a bit to check to check out their store. Much more willing to shop here than the retail stores. The fish we wanted wasn't ready to be sold, but they were very good with alternatives. They knew most customers by name, which made me feel like they care about their fish and their customers.

Well worth the drive. Beautiful healthy fish at great prices. This store has the best little bit of the main fish I expected to find, and so many that I did not expect to g going all of which are Super top notch. Definitely going back.

What a great store. The lady working at the counter was incredibly attentive and nice and had the answers we needed. Having been to some stinky fish stores this one was top notch, clean and even though it was muggy as every fish store is, it still felt very clean. Wonderful selection of fresh water fish and certainly coming back when we look to buy more!

Great store! Jerry was extremely helpful in helping me diagnose some issues I was having in my tank, and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was genuinely a pleasure to work with.Aside from that, they have a great selection of fish, tanks, medicine, and super fair prices. Go Here!

Love this place and the fish they stock, They are always ready to answer any questions and are really knowledgeable. My go-to when I need any type of aquatic plants of fish! Would highly recommend this shop to everyone and anyone looking to expand their aquarium hobby!

This aquarium shop had some really cool fish but not the ones I wanted… I was searching for oranda goldfish and they had only 2 for sale I saw this yellow one that looked really cool but it was for display only, this aquarium shop was overall Clean and most fish looked healthy.

They were very helpful on my first visit. After scouring the pet store franchises and my local mom and pop pet store it is obvious these folks are head and shoulders above the rest. Also their prices were better. In some cases, way better. I needed some tank mates, driftwood and a live plant for my betta rescue and they set me up very well. I will definitely be returning for more live plants and fish in the near future. Definitely a 5 star establishment.

Lots to choose from and great prices. Everyone I talked with on the phone or that helped me when I got there was super polite and very knowledgeable. The girl that helped me even told me what to do if I got stuck in a traffic jam on my way back to Salem with my new baby pirhannahs to keep them alive. I did and it worked and we all made it home safe and sound! Such great service! I wish more places really cared about their customers and pets like these people do. Excellent service at Caye's. They'll take care of you:D

I do a lot of my betta shopping here. They have a really nice selection of fish for very reasonable prices! The staff is super friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service!😊 I am extremely happy with our new silver slats. I bought 6 crabs, 5 snails, 4 red shrimp, 1 domino damsel and 2 silver slats. Survival rate = 100%. Great compliment to my saltwater tank. Thanks Cayes!!

Inspired me to buy not one, but two aquariums. SO helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate. Yes, I drive twenty minutes past multiple pet stores to get to Caye’s. Will replace a fish that has died within 24 hours of bringing it home too. And free water testing! If you’re considering buying a fish, GO HERE. Not Petco!

Went to Cayes the other day to trade some fish. I got 9 cardinal tetras from my trade and they all infected my aquarium with the worst bacterial infection I've ever seen. I woke up this morning to 3 dead Corydora cats and several of the cardinal and rummynose dead. The cory in the photo I'd fighting for her life. DO NOT SHOP AT CAYES. There fish will infect your aquarium with awful fish killing disease. Pray for my fish dosing lots for meds now.Wishing I could give negative stars but had to give something to warn all of you.Update: the infection is called Culomnaris its highly contagious and very fatal. Pray for my aquarium I started treating yesterday with help from the wet spot. The cory in the photo passed away last night 😭.
