Travis was great to work with. Honest with what could be done. Really researched options which was appreciated. I can fix my problem for way cheaper than the dealership and they restored my headlights. The headlights were not something I was looking to get done but it was mentioned, good price, and they got it done so quick. Win-win-win!

I needed a quick inside detail after a long, messy trip and got an appointment the next day. It looks so nice and clean I can finally have friends in my car. Oh, and it smells good, too. It smelled like drive thru food and that smell is completely gone with the ozone treatment. Good work, Vincent!

After Best Buy blew me off and gave me a run around CarToys was across the street. I went in and had the best experience ever. They jumped in and gave me my options and did the install the same day. I will be back there for all my business. I asked a lot of questions and they answered everything. If you going to get a stereo, remote start, window tent, or car detailed for your car needs, this is the place. Travis was who helped me and was awesome. I had a stereo and remote start done and it seems like it’s factory done. Flawless job. They deserve more than 5 stars. Stop in and don’t deal with others you won’t regret it. And yes they do financing for if you want to pay over time.

John and the staff were awesome! Very friendly and I didn’t feel like I was being sold a million different products. They were able to install speakers the next day and I’ve already made another appointment to have my windows tinted. Go here and have them make your car badass.

Long story short, our dog got sprayed with a skunk in the backyard. At the time we didn’t know it and thought he had gotten into some kind of petrochemical. We transported him to the emergency hospital in the car.Needless to say, the car was very heavily skunked, by the time we returned home. I took it to Car Toys since they regularly do our detailing. They did an amazing job, and there is no trace of the skunk smell left.Great job, Car Toys!

Nice to roll in on a whim on a Sunday and find the right items to fix the broken rear view camera and then be able to have that and a new remote start system installed that afternoon before the store closed. Appreciated the quick turnaround and gracious service check on the wires we were unsure about.

I just recently put alarm on my Kia. I had great service from Travis and the installer. They did a fantastic job in communicating with me where to put the idiot light. The alarm works great. Then I put alarm on my F350. Travis help me out and pick the right alarm for it and Keegan installed the alarm. He was great to work with. everything works fantastic. thank you guys. These guys were great. Needed an aftermarket set of headlights wired. They were able to get me in right away. Billed me for an hour labor and that’s what it took. Working great!Side note; The service writer happened to own the same car model (even the same color) I just purchased. He’s very happy with the car and took the time to advise me of future maintenance issues.Appreciate it guys!

Got some great service from a gal named Angel who helped us through the install purchase process.About two weeks ago we came in to identify which stereo system we wanted. I was extremely disappointed with the professionalism, and the choice of language including multiple vulgarities, in what seemed to be a casual conversation by the manager when he was explaining to us the differences between the stereos. The repugnance I felt at that moment was nearly enough for me not to come back and purchase the stereo we had picked out. The location of the store was in a pretty shady area and it felt like the manager had the word his standards to act like the shady people who were lying out front on the sidewalks sleeping.I'm not sure that I'll go back, or recommend that location to friends, due to his very disgusting display of limited vocabulary and intelligence. But I'm very happy with the stereo and the way that it was treated by the other staff.

The interior and exterior detailing completed to my vehicle when using a GroupOn coupon was terrible. The manager walked out with me to check the vehicle and immediately went in to get cleaner and a towel to wipe off totally missed or dirty spots (and there were a lot) left on exterior after detailing was complete and I was picking up my vehicle. Whoever completed the cleaning did not check the vehicle to make sure a good job was done to the exterior. I also had the interior detailed. Areas of the dashboard were missed. I paid extra to have the interior carpet and seats steam cleaned which was done okay. I was really disappointed in the overall outcome of my interior and exterior cleaning packages. I will not be using this service again as I didn't feel the work done was a good value for the price paid.

Marvelous service. It did take much longer than expected so be prepared, plenty of shops across the street, but the customer service, detail, work put in, and end result was better than expected. Vincent will always be my go to. Feel like we’re driving off in a new car.

I was just at your car toys Hayden Island location in Portland, Oregon looking to replace my stereo for my vehicle. I walked in around 5:12pm today Monday February 26, 2024.The person who attended me was really short with me today and had a really bad attitude like he didn't want to be there. I'm usually one for empathy, but the last thing I needed was another white man giving me attitude for something I didn't even do.Whenever stressed him out doesn't give him the right to be rude and disrespectful to me.I told him nevermind and was walking out of your store. I told him I didn't need his attitude, and I was walking out he kept repeating: "Bye Bye" in a really sarcastic tone.I was ready to spend thousands of dollars at your location, but because of his attitude, you've lost a potential customer who was ready to use Car Toys as a service for a numerous amount of vehicles.

I came in to get a radio installed and left with extreme damage done to my car. I just bought it too. My hood was not relatched causing it to fly up on the freeway. Ive called multiple times to see when promised parts were going to arrive and everytime i call the manager happens to be on vacation. Extremely frustrating and i want to cry everytime i look at my car. its been 4 months and nothing has been done. the interior was also left with loose parts and missing screws, and the part around my ignition fell off due to this.

Awesome!! They were highly recommended by many people, so I happened to be driving by in my RV so I figured I would stop by. The manager was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, no pushy salespeople at all! I was needing new a stereo in my RV and he brought a tech out to take a look, he saw my driver door lock was broken, I jokingly asked if they could fix that and said they could AND they could put in power locks, AND windows!! I didn't even know you could do that!! Stephen is so knowledgeable! It makes driving an RV easier and safer! Was thrilled!! They installed as soon as part arrived, I was running late but Stephen stayed late to finish the job, so sweet! ❤️They hooked my baby up.. new stereo, speakers, power doors and windows, with alarm fob!! 🤗 And good, fair pricing! Ordered a rear view mirror back up camera, too! Again, I didn't even know that was a thing!😂 I just couldn't be happier with every aspect of this experience at Car Toys!!! Highly recommend! ❤️

I got my Acura's windows tinted here today with ceramic 3M film. The entire experience was great, from the responsiveness to my initial booking online by GM John, to the friendly greeting I received on arrival, to the quick and top-notch work by Aaron, the installer. You can tell Aaron really knows his stuff and while we were going over what the job would involve, he pointed out several cars around the lot so I could see what various % tints looked like and make an informed choice. The tint looks great, and I especially appreciated the excellent communication. Thanks John and Aaron!

Always have a great experience at Car Toys Jantzen Beach. I’ve had a stereo and speakers installed in my son’s car and Apple CarPlay and backup camera on my truck. I had a small issue with my backup camera, I brought it they fixed the prob quickly. Great customer service

Gigantic waste of time and money. They were supposed to do a “lite detail” of the interior. I bought the “upsell package” of “leather conditioning” which means “wipe down the seats.” After three hours they didn’t even do that. I had to ask them to “try again.” It took them another hour and a half to fail at wiping/vacuuming again. Four hours and $90 later. I had damage to my console and a missing accessory, and a dirty car. lesson learned.
