Every single time I go here its way overpriced, you might be able to find some good things but be prepared to pay premium price for it. You might as well be shopping on Depop.

Two stars for today. I shop here usually multiple times a week and have always had a wonderful experience. All the ladies that worked while I’ve been in have been nice, polite and helpful. The prices are very fair, and the store is store is set up great. But today, my experience was horrible. A new employee that I’ve never seen before was working at the counter. She was extremely rude. Unhelpful. Not professional and then at one point disappeared from the floor entirely for about 10 minutes. I dinged your bell three different times and no one came out. I’m really disappointed because I love coming to this store, but this experience was not a pleasant one and I don’t know if I will be back due to the rudeness of this employee. Honestly wanted to talk to the manager while I was there, but thought it would better if I didn’t cause a scene unlike this employee.

I stopped by today, Saturday (7/10/2021), around 1:30 p.m. As I entered the lady cashier offered a warm 'Hello, welcome to the Arc'. I was in for about 20 minutes, bought a Britta pitcher. During my entire time in the story the lady cashier was very helpful, delightful and charming. The extra effort she puts forth made for a very pleasant visit to this store. Thank you!

I purchased an old cast iron kitchen set did not realize that one of the pieces was missing and was replaced with a small smashed bottle cap to cover the whole . It was covered by another piece of the unit. When I called to ask to return the unit I was told there were no return

Best thrift store in town! Such friendly staff and the manager is the best that works at this store. This store is clean and organized. I love that this store helps with programs for people with disabilities. The proceeds go to greatness!

Great store. Clean, very well organized, good prices, no traditional thrift store funky smell either. They know when they’ve got treasures too so it’ll be rare to find a hidden gem, but overall the store is great.

I love the Arc. But their employees or volunteers or whatever at this store - are not spectrum-child friendly. Attempting to parent another person's child without addressing the ACTUAL parent is ridiculous. Bad attitude and she didn't even apologize when we left and when my friend went back to talk to them - they were equally dismissive of her.

As an avid used clothing buyer i can tell you that this is one of the best used clothing stores I've found in Oregon. It is extremely clean, well maintained store with an excellent selection of clothing and household. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very nice.
