I agree with all the other 1 star reviewers. This place is a dump. I moved to Weston a year ago. When I went to the Pendleton Dollar Tree I couldn't believe what a pigsty it was. I talked to the manager. I told her I have seen some messy Dollar Trees before but her store looked like a bomb had exploded. She said that since it was a holiday weekend they have been slammed and haven't had a chance to clean. That they would be cleaning the store soon. It has been a year and it looks the same. I drove to Walla Walla and paid their taxes because I won't shop at this place anymore or until it is clean.

Okay, I am going to say corporate needs to get a handle on their management. It’s like going to a hoarders house and trying to maneuver your way through everything. The manager has no cleanliness whatsoever and no respect for customers. What I mean by that is she takes telephone calls during checkout and expects you to listen to conversation while she slowly checks you out. Or when she directly tells a elderly customer that she has to wait while she goes to her office to gossip. I know corporate doesn’t care unless it effects their finances but this place is dirty.

A one star is definitely too much! I guess I'm not the only one that thinks the employees could clean instead of being on their phone!!! Doesn't anyone CARE? I will not ever go in there AGAIN!

This is the dirtiest, most unorganized Dollar Tree I've ever seen in my life. It's clear that the manager and staff have no work ethic or notion of what a broom or mop are.The floor is covered with trash, the shelves look like they've been looted.How could anyone own that store and let it be like that??? SHAMEFUL!!

Embarrassing!!! Seriously, what is the problem? Safety hazards all the way from the front door to the back door. Half opened boxes thrown about. Freight tossed on shelves falling about onto other shelves and the floor, mixed together, no rhyme or reason. Just ridiculous and that's being nice. And don't get me started on the pathetic customer service.

Best place in town for all your cleaning and hygiene items. Good resource for your home dyi projects. You can't go wrong. Everything is $1.25. Cheaper then a yard sale and it's all new items. The staff are friendly and they always open another check out stand . They could teach Walmart a few things.

You’re getting the classic dumpy Dollar Tree experience at this Dollar Tree in particular. Only one cashier at all times and the line moves as slow as molasses. Finally they ripped up the awful who knows what stained carpet so the store appears cleaner but it’s still extremely dirty. The parking lot is a problem in and of itself; all sorts of sketchy characters both inside the store and outside to the point where I’ve just drove by, it’s not worth stopping at that point. Not the best, but nothing special for sure.

If I could give a negative 5 I would this place is disgusting the staff looks like a bunch of drug addicts and the manager is rude to even her own staff!!!!! The product isn't even placed rite on the shelves been like this for a while

Clean... Like all dollar trees... Yet this one seemed to have rather a huge amount of homeless and crackhead type people. Not being harsh, just simply stating how mu first experience here was. The cashier was very nice to my son. That's the only the only thing that matters to me.

Was in today at 1:50 and it was busy only one register open and customer asked checker if they were short staffed, checker responded with new manager is in the office but she never helps, then manager storm's out of office and tells said checker to leave store and get out yelling at her telling her she would clock checker out of time card. Employee said I don't trust you ill do it myself, manager then yelled several more times to get out thenlooks at customers and yells at them to get to register 1. I will not be in that store again what an terrible manager

Very good store. Probably one of the better stores that I have been too. The store itself was well stocked with items and very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting this store again when I'm in town. I highly recommend.

I went to buy 2case of Hawaiian Punch blue water packets. I was told to go to Walmart online and order it. Bc they didn’t have any. I said I can go on ur online app and order it. Like I said go to Walmart and get it. This doesn’t sound very professional to me. What is dollar tree coming to!!!

Went into the store to buy a cheap pair of headphones but they didn't have what I was looking for. Walked around to see if there was anything else I wanted but decided not to purchase anything. After I walked out of the store two women came out and screamed "you're going to jail you're not allowed back in the store" and the other woman yelled "you're shoplifting" I almost laughed since I can't even make myself shoplift if I want to. I turned around and asked if they wanted to search my bag because I was absolutely not shoplifting and asked why they thought that. They said no but not allowed back in the store. WOW.... Just WOW great area.

They need to stop acting like their a bank by not opening the doors untill 9 and start getting out of bed to open them in the mornings like all the rest of us working class have to. When i buy this company i will make triple the income by opening at 6am and any store managers & workers opening one minute later will no longer have a job.

This Dollar Tree store is neat, clean, well-lit and well-organized. I always find what I need here and a little something extra. You'll find deals on food items at a fraction of grocery store prices, too.

Is great because everything is a dollar, right? but they don't manage their stock very well. Frequent outages and bare shelves. The other stores within a sixty mile radius are better.

This is my favorite store. Literally everything is a dollar. Want a soda? One dollar. Want a not nerf gun? One dollar. Craft supplies? One dollar. So all things said, these guys got it all. Grocery automotive, crafts children's toys, knick knacks and snacks. They got posterboards and you can even load a greendot card here. No kidding.

I enjoy Pendleton $store. Craft section is awesome. We drive from Hermiston to do shopping in Pendleton, same stores just cleaner in Pendleton and the people are nicer
